This is review is specifically for the Dog Training program with Megan. Our beagle, Phoebe, started with Megan in puppy class and we thought we would just do the basics and then end her training there. However, after seeing how skilled, knowledgeable, and dedicated our trainer, Megan, is, we worked up through Intermediate, Advanced, and are now in Therapy class. Phoebe was able to get her Canine Good Citizenship certification because Megan taught us what we needed to do and worked diligently with us. She guided us, sent us resources to use outside of class, and truly went above and beyond for her students. She is a treasure and I am forever grateful to have met and worked with her.The Therapy program is excellent with Megan running it. It could be even better with more materials and resources such as crutches, canes, braces, toys, etc. Things therapy dogs would be exposed to often. But overall, if you’re training with Megan, you’re in more-than-capable hands.

If you are looking for a trainer.... look no further!!Megan is absolutely fantastic !I started out with Max in puppy classes and he is now in class to become a therapy dog! He had some anxiety issues but that is on the mend as Megan taught me the skills to help my Max be the best pup he can be.We then added Oscar to the mix and he is a rescue who is also in class to become a therapy dog. Oscar has been in class since the week I got him and Megan was instrumental in targeting the skills he needed and what we needed to concentrate on to get him acclimated to life as a home pup rather than a puppy mill puppy.We love her caring heart and she goes way beyond the role of Trainer ... she is loved by all the pups and the pup parents. She brings so much love, compassion and dedication to her craft as a trainer. She should be training the trainers because there are some out there that could use the The "Megan" way to be a better trainer.I cannot thank Megan enough for all that she has done for my pups, she has been instrumental in molding me to be a better Mom to my pups while teaching us together as we journey to becoming therapy dogs!!

If you are looking for pet training, Megan is the best! Megan loves on her dogs in class and works so well with each and every one. She believes in them and their owners. She goes above and beyond any trainer that I have ever worked with and my dog is able to do things that I never thought she would be able to do because of the training she has received with Megan. Megan breaks things down for owners, and makes the classes fun for the dogs. My dog is so proud of herself and feels successful as do I. Megan makes sure that your dog gets the support they need and she is always willing to help you. I was recommended to her by a friend, and I was only going to take one class with her, but she is so awesome, I have taken four now! I feel so lucky to have found training with Megan! Just look at the smile she gives my pup and the fun she brings to her classes with those graduation caps. You won’t find another trainer like her!

Megan is the best trainer around! She is so extremely dedicated to her training role and in not only our dog's growth but also us as their handlers. My Mastiff started in the puppy class and is now almost all the way through to becoming a certified therapy dog 🐕 We could not be happier with Meghan and our progress there!

The trainer (Megan) at this site is AMAZING! It is so clear that she knows her stuff. Of course Megan does all the normal things well (timely, kind, knowledgeable about dogs) but she also brings so much to her classes; she is fluent in her knowledge of the class expectations, certification requirements, and how to coach you through helping your dog become a STAR! She gets to know her pets and pet families quickly and is able to give suggestions that work for your situation. I am so glad we signed up at the Webster Pet Smart and look forward to continuing classes with Megan!

Megan is an amazing trainer who goes above and beyond for all of the dogs (and humans!) taking her classes. She provides videos as extra models of the commands and creates customized learning plans for dogs to practice at home. She is also flexible in letting you make up a class if you have missed one, and she is consistently positive and encouraging. The community that she builds in each class is so amazingly supportive, and is truly what makes these classes stand out from other PetSmart classes/locations. My dog has benefitted so much from training; my original intent in taking the classes was to just sign up for the first level to socialize my puppy. Megan encouraged us to try intermediate, then advanced, and now we are in the therapy class! She is the reason I pushed myself and my dog to do more. I recommend her highly to all of my friends and family members with dogs.

Megan is an awesome trainer!!! I had a chance to participate in a class a few weeks ago and she was great with the dogs and a very skilled trainer! She was knowledgable and was able to direct the class effectively and keep the dogs on task. She knows all the dogs well and knows what they need to work on. Would recommend her to anyone looking for dog training!

We have had the best experience at Petsmart. All the staff are super knowledgeable and very friendly. We loved our Training with Megan who really knows her stuff. Megan gave my husband and I the tools we needed to train our Husky Girl.

Megan is an absolute godsend when it comes to dog trainings! She’s extremely knowledgeable at amazing at offering additional resources to help instill trainings at home in between each class. We’ve been taking Macaroni since we started Intermediate classes last summer, all the way through Therapy Training.We had gone to another trainer, elsewhere, in the past for puppy trainings but were super behind in several commands. When we started training with Megan she was able to help catch us up in no time and make sure that our dog is the best he can possibly be!So many people have said to me about how amazingly trained my dog is and that he is the most well behaved dog they’ve ever met. We couldn’t have done it without her and we appreciate all her efforts to help make our first dog receive the best training and support!

Meghan, Training Sasha through petsmart was an awesome experience with you as our trainer! Sasha has gone learned so much as have I. You are great and have taught me how to get Sasha to this point. I love your style and your patience with me and my dog. I can’t wait to take another round of classes (#4!), to make sure Sasha is fully ready to be a therapy dog. The only thing I see that should change is the fact petsmart should support you and the dog owners with better classes, better training aids and an advanced therapy class too! I’m so glad I picked you as our trainer, your store is very lucky to have you. I use your store for Banfield, have had Sasha groomed in your store and spend money weekly for treats and toys. Keep up the great work Meghan!

3/1/24: Lovely store. The adoptable rescue cats 🐈 were sweet & beautiful 😍. They need to be adopted into good, stable homes 🏡 ASAP! The store was clean & well organized. The workers were helpful & polite.

Im so over coming to this store. I’d rather purchase all toys on Amazon and have the price be accurate, than go to the register and have them tell me “it’s put in the wrong spot”This happens ALL THE TIME. I’m all done PetSmart.

Two equally terrible experiences buying a goldfish with my school age children. Both times the sales person engaged in aggressive - fear based techniques to try to upsell a 20 gallon tank for one 20 cent goldfish. My children were told their last fish died after only living two years because the last tank was not 20 gallons (so we caused it die). Do better PetSmart.

This was a disappointing vist, but it ended up ok.This location needs management on staff, and needs to deal with customer matters, promptly.Jullian in the Banfield Pet Hospital helped out, but I had to let her know that I would file a complaint with corporate office.Hospital is not properly organized in regards to appointments for vets. Grooming may be better, but as for now, I will evaluate my next vet appointment. TY to Dr Ortiz and Jillian for at least providing Ruger, my best buddy with his needed shots today..May 9, once again the hospital is not properly managed. Denied service for my Baby Girl, for poor billing issue.August 8th Ruger gets clean report that ear infection from grooming cuts us finally healed.

Typical big box store. Online retail is cheaper , especially with subscriptions.Long line , one cashier. Waiting for a price check due to a wrinkled bar code. If we didn't need items immediately, would have bought online. The savings earned with the membership still not a huge savings compared to online retailers again.Glad they're here, not a huge shopping destination

Called ahead and was told I could bring my dog in for a nail trim with no appointment. I show up and was told that I would have to come back later bc someone was on lunch. I came back and was told that I needed an appointment. Make up your mind! Will never come back ever!! Go to County Max for your animal needs

awful. I had an appointment for my husky to be groomed. I had put on there that he’s quite obnoxious and doesn’t do great with other animals. They complained the entire time about him and claimed he was dangerous only because he didn’t enjoy the kennel. Claimed they had no idea how he was going to act and that they couldn’t do the full service. Never going there again and would not recommend.

Horrible customer service. I always go in there and can’t find a price or anyone to give me a price check. Waited 15 minutes waiting in line on 9/17 because cashier was waiting on something for another customer and couldn’t ring me up in the meantime. Made me wait, didn’t acknowledge me or apologize and then mumbled something under his breath as finally a second cashier opened up. Who then had to type in all the canned cat food bar code numbers because her scanner didn’t work. Where’s the manager around that place anyway!?

Went for Christmas cat toys very expensive and the whole store was trashed. No one was around to ask for help. Was going to buy some fish all the tanks were dirty and Most of the fish looked dead or dying and some had infections and parasites. Waited for 39 mins for help to get a pleco and no one came so I started looking for litter and it was empty or beyond the cost of what it is at Walmart super store or country max or even farm and garden.i was only looking because I was waiting for the employee to help me with a pleco and beta fish at this point it was 50 mins with no acknowledgement. Please don't shop here they neglect the animals and throw sick or injured animals in the dumpsters out back . Take a peek in there dumpsters out back to see the truth.

I don’t like to leave bad reviews but this place was so bad that I HAD to leave a review.Worst absolute customer service I have ever had. I went in to do an even exchange for an item and the cashier (female with longe dark hair working at 930 am on 5/21/23) was nasty from the moment I stepped up to the counter. I had wondered why the guy in front of me looked so unhappy when he walked away from the counter and now I know.I said good morning- no response, just a nasty look from her. Then I told her why I was there, again, no response. Heaven forbid I ask her any questions about the exchange. Her answers were forced, sharp and accompanied by an eye roll. Keep in mind, the item was new, tags on and accompanied by a receipt. She acted like being there was a chore. (My 16 year old has better manners and people skills than her!)I would not leave my pets here becauseI hope she doesn’t work with animals. They don’t have a voice to speak up if they are treated badly.Needless to say, I will NOT be returning to this store. I am embarrassed for management because this is who they have acting as the face of their store. (She was the only cashier working). Oh, and I called to talk to someone and was told, “ we have a kind of emergency”and then hung up on. Ridiculous!I come from working with real emergencies…you don’t answer the customer service phone if it’s a true emergency. My guess is that it was that same cashier trying to keep herself out of trouble.Petsmart, do yourself a favor and put her in the back where people don’t have to deal with her. There’s no shortage of pet supply place around the area and online. Customers don’t need your business and won’t return if they are treated so poorly.

For $20 you will receive a coupon book that is good for a free health checkup (includes updates booster shots) and microchip, grooming bath session, 1 puppy training class, 15 dollars off your first bag of food, and many other coupons are included. What a perfect deal!!! I highly recommend coming here first with your new puppy!
