What a fantastic experience. So many different things to comment on. The place is amazingly clean. Everything you could possibly want is in the store. The adjacent fast food offerings are fantastic as well. But the thing that will stick with me is the people. Jessica was the first one I interacted with. Always smiling, super friendly, great attitude, just a pleasure to be around. I was fortunate also to overnight here in the designated spots for folks sleeping in cars. I really appreciated this as it saved me the cost of a hotel room on a night that would have otherwise been impossible to find one: day before the solar eclipse. I felt safe and secure in the lot. What a fantastic chain, I’m now planning to visit them every chance I get! Recommended 10/10!

For a brand new location it’s already trashed. The fuel lanes are covered in fuel and look like they haven’t been washed since opening. The garbage that littered all the cans and fuel islands were concerning enough for me to leave this review. They have a great location but if it always looks like this I will not be back.

Large parking lot for pit stop patrons and weary traveler’s needing a nap. Large dark park by the pumps. Store’s clean inside and staff were busy stocking. Bathroom is clean and stocked of necessities like TP, seat covers, soap.Subway at this hour is well stocked with ingredients and Makenzi makes a delicious sandwich. Very pleasant and friendly.Up front Celia sports a friendly face and demeanor.I’ve traveled to Loves around the country. This is a great representation of what I’ve come to like about the company. Safe, clean, lots of options, and friendly staff

The store was great overall. Clean and well stocked. Didn't have what I wanted, but that happens. The shower was nice with the exception of one issue, the drain (in shower 5 at least) isn't working so well. Every few minutes I had to turn off the shower and let the water drain before continuing my shower.

Stopped here around lunchtime to fill the tank and grab a snack. This is a crazy busy location but it was easy to get on and off the exit I’m back on the interstate with no trouble. Love’s gas prices for some of the cheapest around, the bathrooms were clean, they had a good selection of healthy snacks to grab and go, they have a subway and a Wendy’s attached! This is a great place to stop whether you’re traveling alone or with a family and you need to grab lunch. Staff was courteous and surroundings were clean. Will definitely stop here when passing by again

BEST PLACE ON EARTH!!! I just came out of Love's and I felt very tired before even arriving, feeling loved and energized after being there. Staff is amazing! I will most likely come back from traveling. I am from CT and this is such a lovely place!

Everything is good but shower is too expensive. If they do $5/15 mins shower. drivers carry their own towels. They will make more money and don't worry about washing towels. Sometimes we just need a quick shower.

It was a great place for my dogs to run. The only disappointment I had was all the dog poop everywhere. Today was the first time that I took my 2 dogs to a dog park. There were very friendly people there. I look forward to taking my dogs over there on a daily basis. I cleaned up all the dog poop today out of desperation for my dogs to have a good experience (20+ poop piles). I can only hope that others could clean up after their dogs. Considering that there are already poop bags and a waste basket provided for everyone to use, there is no excuse not to.

Was a very nice place to stop… Looks fairly new still. Has probably about 30+ spots for truckers. Wendy’s was very good & loved that they had the kiosk to order. Differently would recommend a stop. 👍

I discovered Loves while traveling to see family in Pennsylvania and Ohio.I found one in NY state. Awesome coffee bar. Hot or iced. Best travel plaza coffee on the road.

Best Breakdown Experience EVER!!This had to be one of the friendliest breakdown experiences I've ever had. The technicians were quick to get my truck in the bay to find out what was going on with it.While I waited, I experienced excellent conversations, a lot of light-hearted laughter, and even some old school morale. I didn't even know how much I needed this experience until I received it. They had no idea I had been having a really bad day and that they had just turned it all around with this level of service.This truly had to be the best breakdown experience I have ever had! It's people and experiences like this that make a trip to New York worthwhile, even if everything else went wrong!Best Love's Tech's EVER!!

Love Travel stop, Truck stop has just about everything for a Quick convenient stop They have showers, bathrooms, laundry room, and a waiting room If you're hungry they have also Subway Fresh subs and Wendy's Krispy fries And if you're not hungry for that they always got hot dogs and other miscellaneous foods They have all types fuel and they have air pump in case you run a flat

Nice truckstop only thing is they allow dogs in the store and Wendy's, other than that it a nice truckstop, just I'm afraid of dogs especially that big and it's not a service animal. Pictures are from the Wendy's at the truckstop. Come on Love , service animals only are smaller animals.

The worker named “Haley” that works at Wendy’s is very disrespectful. Everytime I come to Wendy’s she is very rude to her customers. She threw sauce at me and when I asked for a spoon she gave me a lot of attitude. I feel very uncomfortable. She is also very rude to the other workers. I have witnessed her swearing at them. I don’t think I will be paying another visit here.

Today I filled at petro across the street so I could get my free shower. I do have plenty of free shower credits for loves but it doesn't matter at this location as their showers are usually out of service. They got me last time for $10 to buy dude wipes. At least mark down dude wipes until the showers are fixed. I hope loves HQ in Oklahoma reads these reviews.

Didn't take long to go from 2 for $4 to 2 for $5 to now 2 for $6. And that's only after you scan a Loves card. Almost $9 for 2 little burritos and a fountain drink. It's getting easier and easier to stop spending money in these "truck stops".

The store at this Loves is pretty good, average Loves store. The shop however, is a totally different story. The shop here is TERRIBLE! The work they have done here to my truck was absolutely horrible and horrendous. Just about as horrendous as the employees at the shop itself. You have been warned:) PS if the (Tom Love) founder of Loves was still alive- he would be totally ashamed of you -Waterloo NY Loves shop!

We are road tripping around the US for 12 months and I cannot tell you how much Loves has been a godsend on our travels for a safe night’s sleep and hot showers!This location (Waterloo) was absolutely fantastic. Friendly and helpful staff, clean and hot showers that were readily available, and we had one of the best sleeps in or car yet as it was quiet and safe.We’ll done Waterloo Loves :)

A great place for good gas prices.Clean restrooms, showed for truckers and travelers.A good selection of food items, snacks, and drinks. Plus other fast-food restaurants on siteLoves is what the name says. Great staff and warm friendly atmosphere.If your a hot dog lover, they have a grill with a variety of hot dogs, at reasonable prices/ 2 for $4.00. Plus a good assortment of condiments to suite your palate.

This Love’s is really nice. They have all kinds of food, drinks, snacks, candy, plus a bunch more stuff. The staff here are very nice. The Wendy’s and Subway are very good. They also have Subways that you can grab. It’s also clean and spacious. No complaints here. (🤫I moved over here from across the street. I’d rather spend the night here.) 😊

This particular Love's should just be completely closed down and sold to Flying J. The facility has been open for just short of 16 months, yet the showers have been down for nearly 9 months combined time in down time. Always some lame excuse about parts or no hot water. Personally I believe it to be laziness on the employees. Either way, just shutter the place and sell it to Pilot/Flying J or some other company.

Stopped for a snack today...car battery was dead when we got back in the car...first a staff member Stevie offered to jump it, but battery was too dead...so another employee drove us 4 miles to an auto zone to buy battery/tools...and yet another employee helped us change the battery! They were all so nice and helpful...what a great company and experience! Thank you all! Customer for life.
