This is the best place to bring your dog! I called in hopes to get an appointment and they squeezed me in. It was my first time visiting and they went over the best grooming package and costs with me. They kept me updated the entire time and before I knew it he was ready to be picked up. They are so thorough and gentle. I know I left my dog in great hands. He even came back with a cute scarf! I definitely look forward to coming back soon!

Today was my first time going to this groomer and I'm very happy. I tried calling a few months ago and I was told that they were not taking new customers, so I was surprised when I got an email back after contacting them on their Website Christmas day. Setup the appointment for the following Saturday (today), and then learned that it is a new management. Glad I reached out to them again. Well, I loved them and I think my baby (dog) too. He wasn't as nervous or mad at me, like he normally is, after going to the groomer lol. He had his treat, he was very calm and went to sleep. All that was good enough for me but he also look great. They did a beautiful job. Perfect cut!We shall be back in a few weeks !Happy Customer!!

I drove 2 hours on the recommendation of my daughter to try Shampoochie . Worth the trip! Staff were great- very friendly and they did an excellent job. The shop is clean and prices reasonable. Maggie is very happy and so are we!

I recently moved to the area 2 years ago but couldn't find a good groomer for my 4 paw daughter. I was driving an hour to/from her groomer from Jersey. I decided to do some research and give another local groomer a try and found Shampoochie Salon with very positive reviews and decided to give them a shot. The staff was so sweet and accommodating. I made a mistake booking my appt for my girl (booked a bath instead of bath/haircut combo) and without hesitation they remedied my mistake and I was able to come in the next day for her cut. They did such a good job and thankfully I can say, we have found a local groomer in our area that I trust with my girl. Definitely recommend!

Our mobile groomer we had used and loved went out of business. We have a Great Pyrenees who likes rolling around in the dirt WAY too much. They made our Double Coated Mud Monster white again. Shampoochie has been nothing short of exceptional.

Absolutely love this place!! My baby is old and always hated being groomed, some other place would make me sedate her to get her groomed and I hated it. I took my baby here and they were able to groom her! Down to her nails and face which she hates!! Safe to say they work amazingly with nervous old pups and the best part is she comes walking out all happy 🐶💜

Today I took my Miniature Schnauzer, Ollie, in for a bath and trim and I loved the experience. They responded quickly to my phone call, and were able to get me an appointment within a couple of days. Drop of was safe and easy, and the service was really quick. They even gave me a courtesy call so I could come back and pick her up almost as soon as she was done. My girl was very happy after getting groomed! She has been running around all day, happy as can be. We will definitely be returning customers! Thank you for taking care of my girl!

I usually only bring my dog Kali here to get her nails grinded. I was rushing around 2 days before Christmas and knew I wouldn't have time to bathe Kali myself. I called thinking I wouldn't be able to get her in for a bath considering the time of year. Rich told me it was no problem and to bring her right over. When I got there it was very busy but I was still greeted with a friendly smile and given the same treatment I usually get when it's not as crazy. Rich introduced himself and made me feel comfortable leaving Kali. The bath didn't take that long and was very convenient for me. I greatly appreciated the service I got! Kali smelled great, her nails were short as I like them, and she was happy. Corrine always takes the time out to pet Kali goodbye and always shows how much she cares! Shampoochie is the only salon I feel comfortable leaving Kali. Thank you Corrine and Rich!!

made an appointment to get my dogs groomed - when we got there they said that the appointment wasn't until the next day - some confusion on there part - but stuff happens so we brought the dogs back and they told us that WE can cancelled that appointment - not true as my wife had a text from Shampoochie confirming our appointment - very upsetting driving our two big dogs around and then being told the appointment had be cancelled. No way to run a business

I have a sphinx cat who absolutely hates baths. She's so fussy that I almost just gave up bathing her. I brought her to these lovely people. They bathed her and clipped her nails. My little girl didn't give them a hard time which was amazing. I highly recommend them and will bringing her here from now on.

If I could give Shampoochie zero stars, I would. I have been taking my Shih Tzu to this store since it opened. I took Lily three weeks ago to Shampoochie and Corrine informed me that she no longer grooms the dogs. She hired new groomers and a groomer by the name of Ashley groomed my dog, Lily. When she was done, I noticed that Lily couldn't walk well. I told Corrine "Something is wrong with Lily" and she responded, "She's just tired." I disagreed with her and when I brought Lily home, she began to cry and she couldn't walk. I took Lily immediately to the vet and discovered that Ashley used the razor machine on Lily's paw pads, and she had burned and cut them. That evening Lily was still in bad shape and I noticed that the solution that the vet gave to me was not helping her so I called Flannery Animal Hospital and I took Lily. I spent $88.00 in Shampoochie for Lily's haircut, $49.00 at the Vet earlier that morning and $138.00 at Flannery Animal Hospital that evening. I called Corrine the next day and informed her that the vets said that Lily was injured due to improper grooming, and I requested my money back for her haircut. Corrine agreed to give me back the $88.00 for her haircut. She said that she would call me to make sure that Lily was getting better and I haven't heard from her since. Now it's three weeks later, and I cannot take Lily for her walks because her paw pads are still injured, and every time I take her outside, her paw pads bleed when she walks. I have a followup visit with the vet on Thursday. I am still spending money for Lily's injury. Shampoochie used to be a wonderful place where your dog could be safely groomed. This is not the case anymore. She has more customers now and she doesn't care about the dogs anymore. Before this incident occurred, I walked into the store one day to drop Lily off for her hair cut and she was screaming at a puppy, "shut up, shut up, shut up!" She had no idea that I was in the store. After that, I started waiting for Lily inside the store. I would never leave her alone. I never imagined that day that when they took Lily to the back of the store for her haircut, that they would injure her paw pads. I should have never taken Lily to this store since the first time she screamed at the puppy.

Long time regular customer but sadly changing my review. I was told that my dogs' ears were being cleaned when they went there for grooming. But alas that was not happening. About a week after their last visit I noticed that my beagle's ear was bothering her. I looked inside and it was dirty to the point of black ear wax. Ended up costing me $300 at the vet who told me it had been a long time since her ears had been cleaned and she now had an ear infection. Now my other dog is having ear problems and we're finding the same wax buildup in one of her ears. Now it's going to be another $300 vet bill. Be careful who you trust with your pets and always double check any work that's been done.
