Throughout my interactions with her, I always found her to be a skilled and caring groomer who took great care of my pet. However, during my most recent visit, just as I was picking up my dog, she informed me that she could no longer groom them due to their size and the challenges it presented for her.While I respect her decision to prioritize her well-being and acknowledge any limitations she may have, I couldn't help but feel that the way this situation was handled was unprofessional. A last-minute cancellation without any prior notice put me in a difficult position, leaving me scrambling to find an alternative groomer for my pet.I believe that clear communication and providing clients with sufficient notice in such circumstances are essential aspects of professionalism in any service industry. A more proactive approach, such as giving me advance notice or recommending other groomers who could accommodate my dog's needs, would have been greatly appreciated.Despite this unfortunate turn of events, I am grateful for the care and attention my groomer has shown to my pet in the past. If you have the luck of her being able to take you on as a client Take it and never let go! She is normally maxed out with clients because she is so great!I have been coming here for a few years with my Prince, Teddy and Bear and I am more and more impressed with this groomer every time. Her care and attention to detail is impeccable. I had so many problems with Petsmart just lying so they don’t have to grow my old dog (Seriously pet smart tried to say my NO teeth 5 pd Yorker was a dangerous biter. SMH)This groomer is excellent, and even though it’s a few bucks more than the Big Box Pet store….It’s much more all inclusive in the package! It comes out less expensive if you consider all the add ons and A much better experience. I wish I found her years before. And I hope to work with her for years to come.

We travel a lot every few weeks and I am very picky with who I take my boys too 🐶🐶they were getting very fluffy it was time for them to get a fresh cut and wash . . . their hair was super long and they been swimming lately also so they started smelling a little bit ☺️ this place did such a great job made sure to get every detail of how we wanted our boys to look before leaving we felt so comfortable with leaving them there we knew they will be in great hands also it help a lot that is a family own business and they were so friendly for sure will be bringing them back when I come back this way 😃Ps. their prices are better than petsmart or petco not that I cared because they had me once she started asking so many questions (which I didn’t mind I was actually happy she did) about how I wanted my boys to look(Before and after pic underneath just look at those legs how nice and fluffy they were before and how skinny they came out after I love it they got a fresh new coat)

I brought my extremely anxious (and extremely fluffy) longhaired dachshund in for his first grooming and he began shaking aggressively upon walking through the door. The employee took him so carefully and cautiously, and assured me they wouldn’t do anything beyond what he’d allow them to do. When I picked up two hours later, my Jack was no longer shaking, seemed completely comfortable and in no rush to get back to mom! He smelled wonderful and looked handsome as can be. 10/10 recommend, we’ll be coming back!

I called in the morning asking if they had any same day availability and, although they were completely booked for the day, the owner squeezed us in for a 15 min face trim for my Morkie puppy. Amazing customer service from the very start. When we arrived, the owner was friendly and kind. She is very skilled at her craft, and treated my pup with care. 15 minutes later I left with a beautifully trimmed and happy pup. Prices were very reasonable. I highly recommend this place- I will definitely be back when I’m in town.

they did a great job on my Maltese! he looked great, smelled great and seemed like he had a great time. they even let me choose one of their home made dog treats to give him as we were leaving. I loved that they keep in info card on each dog so when you bring them back they exactly what treatment your pup received, as well as what type of cut, the clippers size, and why special requests. for example I like my pups face cut round with his ears in the short side to maintain that "puppy" look and they wrote all of that down on his card, so next time I bring him in all they have to do is refer to his card and I don't have explain to them what I want done every single time...Anddd it only took them an hour, which I was able to drop him off and come back for!

Just recently moved into the area and was looking for a reliable and affordable grooming place for my dog. I have a pit bull and she's not the easiest dog to keep calm cause she's full of energy and very strong. My sister recommended this place and I decided to give it a shot. I called in advance to ask basic questions such as pricing and if they usually deal with pit bulls (because they get a bad reputation). After talking to one of the ladies that worked there I decided to bring my dog Xena in to get cleaned up and her nails cut. I occasionally bathe and cut my dogs nails myself and its basically a wrestling match between us because she is not a fan of water or nail clippers. However one of the ladies (I believe her name was Sydell?) took such excellent care of Xena. I was in shock because normally its a battle for me to clean my dog up but she was so relaxed and happy with everyone at the salon. She remained calm and basically fell in love with everyone. I thought she would never want to leave. The staff was friendly and they took such great care of her. I will 1000% be bringing her back everytime she needs to be cleaned up. 10/10 would recommend.

Best groomer my Goldendoodle has been to. They listen to what you want and deliver it perfectly. He is so incredibly soft, smells amazing and you can tell they took their time with him. So so happy with the way it turned out, I would highly recommend!

I've brought my shipu here a few times already and I've never had a problem. He always comes out looking good and happy. The staff is super nice from when I walk in to picking up my dog. They trim his hair just how I like it and he comes out smelling good.

I can NOT fully express how much our family & our dog Gia adore Pampered Pooch! The owner Sydell takes such amazing care of her while she is at the “spa”. Every single experience we have had over the last 2.5 years has been wonderful! Pampered Pooch is affordable, reliable, always flexible with our schedule & most importantly friendly caring personal service! My bernedoodle was very matted when I brought her in. Sydell took the time to comb her out and she still has her silky hair just shorter. She looks beautiful, so cute! I highly recommend her.

Sydell is very good with my dog Chloe she takes her time and does one on one so the dogs get all of the attention they need. I recommend her anyone who wants to get their dogs groomed. She is very patient and really loves what she does. Highly recommended

I called in advance for a price was very clear I had 2 dogs. One 70 pound German Shepard and one 100 pound Shepard was quoted $40 per dog to include shampoo/conditioning and blow dry plus toenails and ear cleaning. Picked them up and was given a different price. Owner stated it was because they were larger to which I mentioned our phone call earlier when I gave her the breed and weight!!! Not sure where the confusion is? After some discussing the owner agreed to honored the original quote but when I got home I checked and they did not clean their ears as promised!!! Or toenails. Feeling disappointed. I posted pictures on Facebook to show the dirt I cleaned out of my dogs ears!!!

Brought my babygirl, Raven to this establishment recently and the service was impeccable and prices were fair. She’s part pit and VERY fussy but they did a wonderful job on her all around. I’m never going back to petsmart for my dogs grooming.This shop will most definitely be seeing me again. Staff was wonderful and you could really tell they actually love and care about the dogs

This is the best groomer my Golden Retriever has ever been too. Love the owner she took her time with my dog and he came out so great I was speechless, bad experiences at other places so this was a welcomed surprise and right in the town I live in.
