Would not recommend!Strange thing happened today: I ordered half-rack of ribs. Shannon told me it was $16 with coleslaw and pickles. The man who works there, charged me $20 + tax, saying that Shannon doesn't know what she is talking about... When Shannon came back, I told her what had happened. She looked at me and disappeared to the back of the store without a word.... I like transparency and consistency in pricing. It made feel like throwing out the food that I just purchased. And I did threw it out- the ribs were burnt, hard as a rock!

Wonderfully friendly staff help you select the perfect pies! Super personable and knowledgeable about the food offerings. The pies are tasty treats and the chocolate mousse cake is decadent! The pecan pie was a hit; the apple crumb couldn't reach that level, comparatively. Order ahead for popular holidays so that you can get what you want when you want it. We definitely will be enjoying more of the sweet treats and trying some of the savory selection from Shannon's!

Pine Island has a reputation for things that are out of this world...and Shannon's Pie shop fits right in. They definitely make an impression on the palate when you dig into there homemade savory and sweet pies. I had the most amazing steak and cheese pie. The soft buttery crust was the first thing I enjoyed. Then I worked my way onto the succulent steak, veggies and cheese. In short it was fabulous. The Key Lime Pie rounded out the experience with yet another wonderful treat. It was super fresh, sweet and creamy. A definite winner.

I’ve read most of the negative reviews, so when we decided to finally give this place a shot I was a bit skeptical, that being said this place is a must try! A Gem in Warwick when it comes to sweet stuff, I mean I walked in and I got hungry, delicious, delicious and delicious. The prices are just right for the quality of food being sold. Friendly customer service, and it looks very sanitary which is always a big plus. Check out the menu you won’t be disappointed! 😉

I was extremely disappointed and embarrassed at our Thanksgiving dinner yesterday when I opened up my order. I spent $80 and received pies that looked like they came from a bargain store. You cannot tell me that the pumpkin pie looks like a $24 pie!!! I will not be going back.

Great experience at this store. It was like taking a step back in time to a old fashion bakery. But when you see the inside it more than a bakery . My husband and I had the most delicious coffee and very deliciously perfect chicken pot pie. Plus we ordered food to take home. The people that work there are terrific. This store doesn't disappoint.

Shannon is a wonderful pastry chef! She is not only extremely talented, but humble. You can’t go wrong with either of her savory or sweet pies. The secret ingredient is the love that she puts into her craft!

Got a baby key lime pie and a medium chicken pot pie here. They were both crazy tasty and look lovely too. They have big pies, small pies and in between pies with both savoury and sweet fillings - something for every palate and budgert. Then the staff sent us over to Eddie's Roadhouse for the best burger I've ever eaten. Great community and great food in Warwick. Definitely a place to visit often.

The chicken, Shepard, pork pies all were phenomenal…. But please, please, please get rid of the tablet at check out that asks for a tip starting at 18% 3 pies worth the price but asking for a extra $9 to hand them to me is crazy.

I finally made the beautiful ride up to Shannon's Eyes On The Pies. I was so impressed. I have been in many a bakery, but this is something to behold! She has these wonderful tasties to choose from both sweet and savory. The pies come in three sizes and you can choose from fruit pies, shepherd's pie, pot pies, quiches, cookies, soups, gourmet coffees and seasonal pies (now it is all about pumpkin and apples). This is by far a partial list of what is available. Having an interest in the culinary arts, I toured the kitchen......sparkling clean, delightful smells and I saw first hand the labor of love using the freshest of ingredients. If I could give this six stars, I would. Keep up the great work Shannon! So glad I met you!

September 2021, this place is charming inside with some seating. But, in my opinion it is mostly a stop in and pick up place. You cannot step inside here without buying something to eat. Their menu is also laid out nicely with a few selections in each section, plus the prices are fair and worth every penny. We met the Chef Shannon who lovely and very personable. We ordered a small Shepherd’s Pie, and a Apple Turnover to eat inside - OMG they were both delicious. The Shepherd’s Pie had plenty of meat, peas, and was topped with mashed potato underneath a layer of crust. The Apple Turnover was light and airy with plenty of apples inside - Delicious. My other friend ordered the Corn Chowder Soup that she said was delicious. We also left there with some desserts for later on at home. This is a must go to place if you want a delicious meal, or just a cup of coffee and sweet for the road. Note: the Hewitt, NJ is now closed.

We love this place - the savory pies are such an easy idea to pick up after work (she's open till 7!) and the sweet pies have always been amazing. Such a great place to have nearby and worth the trip every time!

I moved to the area in the last year. I gave this place a try 2 times because I believe in second chances.. Unfortunately, I would not recommend going here. The food is just not good. I only tried the sweet items, but after trying them I have no desire to try the savory options. Each time I ordered 4-5 different items. They all tasted old and not fresh; both times. My kids didn't even want to eat the food the second time, which is a lot for them to turn away sweets. The coffee was cold and old tasting as well. The prices are also high for the quality. Not worth it in my opinion, considering there are better options in the area that I have tried. Not to mention, the first time I went a women was yelling and cursing on the phone to someone else. She saw us and went to the back, but kept coming to the front and we could hear her yelling. The girl who worked the counter was nice though. It was extremely uncomfortable, especially because I had 2 of my children with me.Unfortunately, due to the poor quality of the desserts and high prices, I won't be back. It's a shame because the inside is really cute and looks like it would be somewhere really good.

Best pies ever! Service was great and Shannon opened up the place when it was closed for me and the fam to get pies. Lots of menu options and sizes that range from small-large. I very much recommend this place. The chicken pot pie was delicious!

We took a special trip to visit Shannon's Eyes on the Pies. It's in Warwick, NY and was a lovely ride. The shop is beautiful, and the cases are filled with absolutely gorgeous pies for dessert and savory pies (my favorites) to die for.My favorite is her shepherds pie, but she also has a wide variety of others. They come in three sizes and her crusts are wonderfully delicious! It is definitely worth the ride!

I am saddened by this experience. 1st time in, cute shop, bought a large Blueberry crumb pie and 3 mini crumb pies. Prices not listed on many things. Total came to 39 and change almost 40. For 1 pie and 3 mini desserts. Ok I didnt ask and paid. Shannon placed a menu flyer in my box. I got home to look at it. Mini crumb desserts listed at 3.00 and large 19.00. Flyer does say prices subject to change without notice, but 28 to 40. That's a big difference so I called and asked. She said the price was correct and that the flyer was 6 years old. Yes. Thats correct 6 years old. I wouldn't be so angered, but in 6 years if you haven't printed new flyers then price your items in the store and don't hand out such outdated material. I find that slimy and told her I would not be patronizing her business. I haven't tried the pie yet I just got home, but it isnt a 30. Pie. If you had updated your flyers earlier than 6 yrs ago I wouldn't have been so taken back. Recommendation is price all your items not some and update your flyers. Thank you!

Highly overpriced for pies that are mediocre. Owner is hot and cold, either just friendly enough or uncomfortably cold or rude. I paid a lot of money for Lemon Meringue, Key Lime, and Chocolate pudding pies and others from here which weren't good at all. Worse, the cream dressing is cool whip or something like it, very gross and disappointing considering how easy it is to whip up real cream. The meat pies are yummy but will make you feel terrible, bad ingredients, pretty much asking to be punished eating those things. We enjoyed the apple roses but they lost their luster somewhere since opening, not always fresh or lacking taste now. The store front is always nicely kept and the overall business concept model had a lot of potential in the small town. We were digusted to discover the owner is a frequent offender of driving while intoxicated and is both physically and verbally abusive to her (staff) who happens to be her young daughters and husband. We hope Shannon gets help, because she had a good thing going.

Worth going out of your way for. The crust on the steak pie was A+ top-notch, flaky/buttery goodness. The lady at the counter was helpful and patient. If you're going somewhere and you want the people there to like you, bring one of Shannon's pies, or better yet, bring two...

Stopped in based on reviews and spent $90 on pies. Reviewed receipt and realized I was overcharged (charged me for large pies but instead packed me up mediums). Chocolate cream pie was pretty on the outside, a horrible mess hidden on the inside. Owner seemed inconvenienced I was there. Definitely not friendly. Chicken pot pie was ok and would have considered going back for that, however I recently read the police reports about the owner abusing her children. I could never in good conscience support a business owner who beats her children. I wish I would have approached the owner and demanded my refund for the overcharges, knowing now the type of person the owner is. Supporting a child abuser is not worth a good piece of pie.

I picked up Steak Pies which were delicious, the small single serving was 9.00, the medium 2 people was 18.00. Delicious.I wanted a real home made apple pie but unfortunately, they were out of regular apple & I can't eat the crumb because of the higher sugar content. Definitely order in advance. They also have sugar free as an option. I'm sure Shannon will make it anyway you like.Update 6/18/21.I took a ride to Warwick with a friend to try Noble Pies. WHAT a disappointment. Not only are their Pies so much smaller than Shannon's but; they're super expensive. 6.75 for a small slice of strawberry rhubarb. The whole pie which is small, the 10" is over 25.00?? The 6" pie is 15.00. NO way!I went immediately over to Shannon's to buy my savory pie which is twice as big as Nobles & the LG. is only 20.00 the small was 9.99.THEY WERE DELICIOUS.At Noble Pies, the slice of strawberry rhubarb was made the day before & soggyness had set in. There's no comparison for variety, CRUST & taste. Shannon's Eyes on the Pies wins hands down.I haven't figured out how to upload a picture yet but everyone needs to go to Shannon's.

Picked up a steak pie medium size and I have say it did not disappoint. Prices are high end but well worth it. Variety of options to choose wether you want sweet or savory. Will be going back, also great to support local business or if your visiting from out of town.

Recently stopped for takeout chili and a small chicken pot pie for dinner. Very welcoming woman in charge who explained how long and how hot the food should be brought to.Chili was spicy and tasty but had a strong flavor of salt which really turned me off. Can’t believe the cooker/chef never tasted the chili flavor and adjusted proportionately.Pot pie was tasty and had all the flavors of a carefully made product.

Just had a fabulous array of quiches, Shepard's pie and BBQ chicken pie, salads, apple rose confections and much more to celebrate my 70th birthday. It was a beautiful day and we sat outside at picnic tables which were 6 ft. from each other so we socially distanced ourselves. My friends and I were blown away by Shannon and her staff. Absolutely delicious and abundant servings. Afterwards, the best part is we could buy more to go from the shop to take home and enjoy later. Such a pleasure to be with friends we have not seen in a year, share stories and once again break bread together at a place you might not realize provides outdoor seating and more. The fresh air, sunny day and Shannon's smile and dedication made my birthday one to remember. Sincere thanks to Shannon and her staff.

I'm a local cyclist and love stopping by to warm up in the winter with a hot choc, or fuel up with a cherry crumb. The place has really grown on me and Shannon has a great story if you get the chance to know her. She's a character!
