I am a medical patient and the gummies from fusion help me way more than anything I've tried from a nys medical dispensary and are a much better value. As others have noted it can be hit or miss when you go there as far as the employees being able to answer questions but everyone there is always kind and friendly. I appreciate how their product labels are "boring" (in the best way possible!). Other companies have labels and packages that are very obviously meant to appeal to children.

This place is a hit or miss depending on who is working and how much of their product they’ve enjoyed. Security is lax to the point customers have almost pushed inside the back room, clients can stand inside for periods of time with no attention paid to them, you have free access to most products. Some of them are very knowledgeable and some of them are verbally repeating what they read on the packaging. Product can be wet and packed before being fully cured/dried which causes mold issues. One product can look one way one day and completely different. The space for conversation about it is not really there. The list of products is not update even when visiting in person or it depends on who is working, their opinion of you, or current mood. You can hear what’s going on in the back so it becomes easy to figure out which days and people to speak to. Prices don’t match current market prices but black market prices. Some products are also not labeled correctly…which if you use anything for medical purposes can create inconsistency.The scene is ever growing and changing in this area so if you want a more dispensary like experience there’s like 3-4 places in the same driving range that have better prices, selection, and a bit tighter security for larger cash purchases. Which is common in most NY and NJ dispensaries. But if you are desperate it’s not bad.

I have been using Fusion CBD for about a year now and tried a few products until I found one with the right concentration, effect and tolerance to offset the effects of tinnitus.I buy a 30 day supply of 4:1 THC:CBD gummies and use 1/2 or 1 whole gummy at the end of my day, about 3 hours before bedtime.I now sleep through the night and have an improved quality of life.I never been to any of their stores, but their shipping is usually fast.I find their support to be honest and efficient.The one time I had a problem with an order due to their carrier having trouble caused by hurricane Ian, Janine made sure my order was expedited immediately with just one email.Great support, thank you!

First time in the store today. Want to invest into my community. Buy local. Found the person behind the counter to not be knowledgeable at all. Had to figure it out for myself as she just read the labels. I wanted a non THC but CBD/ combo full spectrum product and I wanted to know my options. I was given one. Anyway, didn’t make me feel like I wanted to go back there. Also the vibe in the store was cold. Need some music. Need so more ufff. Something. I’d prefer shopping at other options.

Fairly new to CBD experience. Stopped in and they were incredible explaining their lines and the benefits. Purchased a few items. Started following them and actually won something ❤️ their drawing at the end of each month. ( attached image of what I received). I can’t tell you how my skin in rejoicing with the lavender mint body cream, the soap is refreshing, can’t wait to try my other goodies. Totally recommend 👍🏼👍🏼

Very nice selection to choose from at their location. They have an amazingly cheerful staff who are all well educated on their products to talk to if you’re not already familiar with CBD and will help you find one that works just for you. They are always happy to answer all of your questions, really nice location, great prices, and easy parking. Bought a few products, their vape tank, topical cream, and oil droplets! I have to say I could not stop smiling after using their products, my back/knee pain went away!!! Highly recommend, these guys are great! You can tell that they take great pride in their work and that’s HUGE!

I absolutely love FusionCBD's products. I found them through a google search when I was in Warwick visiting my parents in the Spring of 2020. Now, my mom takes the tincture for her RA and COPD and what a difference it has made. When she took another CBD product it really upset her GI system but NOT Fusion CBD! My husband works construction and has for many years, the tincture has made his days so much better. I am a nurse and I am on my feet all shift, I use the salve on my feet before and after my shift and what a difference - no more foot pain! And the added benefit of my feet are so soft! I highly recommend them to anyone and everyone! And Ed takes the time to make sure you understand the product and how it works (even going out to the car to talk to my mom who was unable to get out of the car). I tell everyone about them!

New to the cbd world, I was So excited to find a local dispensary. That feeling of excitement quickly disappeared as I walked through the door. It seemed the employees were too busy talking about their own plans to be bothered with my questions. Instead of seeing that I was new to the game, they threw tons of paperwork at me and I felt as though they couldn’t be bothered with the questions I had. I ended up buying two products out of feeling humiliated and embarrassed. I will Never return there. I’d rather buy Charlottes Web products (which in my opinion are better) and use their customer service over the phone.Maybe your products just aren’t for me, but your customer service was horrendous. I’d work on that before losing potential customers.

They’re dishonest about what’s for sale, wasted over an hour driving to them for a product I was told is unavailable after viewing it in person days prior. There are a million places to get better CBD products , and without the dishonest practices of fusion CBD. I will never go there again

Living with chronic pain, a friend told me about all the healing products I could find here. I met Jess, a very knowledgeable salesperson who walked me through everything. I bought the topical salve and the full spectrum oil. I tried the hemp cones (yum) and was amazed by how well these things worked!! I also bought the PET CDB HEMP SEED OIL. My dog has a torn CCL and it has made a difference in the short amount of time I've been giving it to him! The CBD products also helped relax me enough to go to sleep, and sleep through the night!! I ordered one pack of CBD gummy’s. I live about 30 min away from the store and after waiting a week the gummy’s have went from New York, to New Jersey all the way to South Carolina. Absolutely ridiculous! Great way to lose a valuable customer !

Went to the store in Warwick and picked up some of the CBD flower to help with sleep. Great selection and Michele was friendly and knowledgeable. If you want to try CBD this is the place to stop in and find what will work for you.
