This was our first experience with Hometown Pet . Adi a 26 week old bernadoodle had an amazing experience with Leslie, her groomer. Leslie did exactly what I request and Adi looked gorgeous when all was done. I would recommend Hometown Pet to anyone who is looking for an excellent groomer. Adi 13 pounds was done within 1.5 hours and she was happy!!! We got a report card and treats when we left. Thank you Hometown Pet for the amazing experience. Looking forward to a long lasting relationship

Laurie and Brigitte are two very special people! This is a great pet store! Super clean and always welcoming. Laurie always has helpful ideas for products whether it is for my Labradors or the little bichon. Brigitte is honestly the most amazing groomer. Patient and meticulous with her care for our dogs. The pups love her and so do I. I would give 10 stars if it was an option.

I love this store. The owners are so sweet and helpful, every trip to the store is a pleasure. They have so many choices of quality treats, food, toys and more for your pets, including horses. Their prices are very reasonable. I first started taking my puppy there for holiday photos with Kaitlynn Donnelly who is an incredibly talented photographer. Today I took my puppy for the puppy package grooming. My puppy came out so adorable with a Valentine's day bow. She was completely happy, she loves it there. The groomer did such a wonderful job, I already booked her next puppy day. Previously I took her to a major chain for a bath , just a bath . She came out very stressed and upset and I paid more than double what Hometown charged me for the full package.

Happy Thanksgiving! This review is long overdue. I am forever grateful for Hometown Pet Shop. The moment you walk in the door you know Lori and her team created a place where our fuzzy ones and their humans are top priority. There is a wonderful variety of treats toys food and clothing (including larger sizes like my boy) Lori is so helpful and spot on with her suggestions. They also care for the community too. You know that you will be taken cared of. Bridgette is an extremely talented, super sweet and collaborative groomer. My 13 year old Labradoodle Jack adores her. Bridgette goes out of her way to find the right treatment for Jacks itchy skin. She has helped him so much. You will not find this extra level of care and knowledge anywhere else. We are so lucky to have found this beautiful shop. Thank you Lori. Hometown Pet Shop is family.

I can't say enough amazing things about this shop. The pet store is wonderful with high quality products. The owner Lori is just delightful, she was accommodating with appointments, generous and knowledgeable with products and most of all truly concerned with your animals health and wellbeing. Bridgette is literally a goddess! My Bernedoodle is not the biggest fan of getting groomed and I have tried many places. This is the first place that she was happy when she was with Bridgette, she looks amazing, the best haircut she has ever received. Well priced and the place is immaculate. My Goldendoodle Parker and Bernedoodle Penny now have a new groomer and I could not be happier.

Omg Bridgette is phenomenal, the best groomer we have ever had! So lucky to have her. She does our Golden Doodle Piper and our difficult 16 y/o shitzu and takes her time with giving her breaks because she’s an old lady. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

Stopped in to make a grooming appointment for my Sheppard and they were fully booked till May, laurie put me on the cancellation list and said if something opens she will call me.A week later she had an opening and got my Sheppard in, my dog absolutely loved them and they did a wonderful job with her. They even walked her out to me knowing I had small children with me. I couldn’t be more pleased.

Small but very nice local pet store. The salesperson was helpful as soon as we came in. Not a huge variety but they had exactly the dog food we needed and there was a nice selection of toys and treats.

Awful. FYI if you drop your dog off here for grooming your dog will be left alone to bark desperately for HOURS. I’m a longtime customer at the nail salon next door and the barking dogs ruin the experience. I was there from 9:44-11:25 and a dog barked without a single break the entire time, making it impossible for me to enjoy my service I paid a lot of money for.It’s totally avoidable because the previous owner of this pet shop had grooming for years and you could never hear the dogs bark for more than a minute or two.It’s a shame how downright rude the new owners are!I’m probably going to find a different nail salon after 17 years because they got cursed with loud, lousy neighbors.I’ll never buy a thing from this store or recommend them because they don’t care about anyone but themselves!

Lori was happy to help me today when I chose food for my 17 year old cat, offering details about the nutritional benefits of my choice. Gleaming clean floors and display units greet each customer. Went in to check out the new store and wow, service was excellent. Store is gorgeous and the owners are extremely helpful and friendly and their prices are great! I purchased a Multipet feather catnip toy and the Fruitables Wildly Natural cat treats and my cat is OBSESSED!
