Cool place that has a farmers market type deal. Never been to union springs so it was nice. Chapel street is a little narrow and the parking lot is kinda janky with people double parking and trapping people but eh... the park itself is beautiful and it was a fun time. :)

Nice launch site but need to use caution as one of the launches has the concrete pad broken. Longer boats will hang up the wheel on it I was told. This happened to a friend of ours. There is lots of parking and it's easy to maneuver around the lot with a truck and trailer. The baseball field is really nice as well.

Went to the board meeting to discuss the cormorants. These birds are killing the island and polluting the water of Cayuga Lake.

I love this place yes I'm always there alone but I'm not so lonely when I'm there I have good music a nice view and someday I hope I'll b able to b ring a special little lady here to enjoy picnics and sunsets

It's been a while since I had been here. I must say, it was quite disappointing. Not taken care of at all. Looked dirty and slightly overgrown. Bathrooms were locked. Didn't stay very long. It really is too bad because this used to be a nice swimming area for kids.Restrooms: Locked and not accessible.

The dock at the boat launch is a special place for my girlfriend and I. Been there a 1000 times never knew it was special til I met her. On a windy night the wind howls through one of the supports like blowing in a glass bottle.Took a pic of a sunset off that dock the day I asked her out. Looks like a postcard.

Frontenac is a nice little park. They have a boat Launch area near by. A electric car charger & Restrooms. In the summer the Library puts on a free program at the gazebo here for kids. The town also has movies in the park for kids once a month in the summer . They had a professional fishing tournament held here this past season as well. Several different built-in grills available for you to be able to use. My son loves the playground. They have a merry go , ,slide, ropes criss crossed for kids to climb,swings, large bouncing teater totter. The lake is close by to be able to walk by. It's pretty nice along the shore line, except for all the geese feces. Overall it's a nice park. If you follow union springs library on social media. They post when the kids activities take place in the summer.

We love launching from here! The launch and docks are set up perfectly for easy an easy in and out, even for big boats 🎉 it also has a boat cleaning station that is pretty cool!

Nice park for outdoor activities. Large open mowed field for games like soccer, football, frisbee, tag, and so on. There's a baseball field, basketball court, and live playground too. There's also a beach area and boat launch. They have an ev charger, and lots of parking. The goose poop and cleanness off the beach could be better but overall, a nice park for families and kids.

We rented the North pavilion for a bridal shower. Everything was open and ready for us to use. The bathrooms were open, electric on and gate open. We got there early and everything was clean with trash cans available. It was the perfect spot for our shower. Pretty scenery and a nice breeze to keep us cool on a hot day. The rental rate is great!!!! So glad we chose the park for our event.

Bring the whole family and the outdoor games have a BBQ or picnic. They have baseball , batting nets to practice, 2 basketball courts 1 updated, a nice renovated play ground good for all ages , small section of beach fairly clean from bigger rocks etc. Outdoor bathrooms , grab the fishing rods and hit the banks or bring the boat and utilize the new updated boat ramps ($5 launch fee non resident of area) permit required if resident can obtain in office on site. Newly installed boat wash to help keep our waters clean from all local and out of state boats . They host bass masters occasionally. I do apologize for the long review but there is something for all family and friends. Also if you are a hunter great location for birds check local law for more.

A good place to take some pictures of your new ride on a sunny day.And besides the boat launch always fast and well maintained, in a nice little spot. Usually plenty of parking, and additional lot up the hill 75 yards or so. Note to launch there is no charge but if parking is where they charge you. Not sure of the 2021 fee, but somewhere around 10$.

I grew up at this park sadly the town of union springs has shifted from the actual park solely to the boat launch there used to be swimming lessons lifeguards on 9am to 5 pm bagged lunches for the kids it was magnificent but now it's a sad shadow of its former glory. But hey at least they still put the dock in :=<

This is a nice field to play on as long as you don't have to play under the lights. They arent really bright enough for full dark play so can at times lead to injuries in the field. As the ball field is on the water it is cooler there which is nice for summer ball play.

They do have a boat launch. Not for free any more BUT they don't ask for very much either. We have a cannew and about 4 years I do believe it was $5 or 10.00. I can't remember. We rented a small pavilion for $25.00 we cleaned everything very well. A few days later we got back all of our money not half of it like some other parks do. Nice playground and swimming area for the kids. Life guards are usually friendly. This is a free park to come to. Just to relax and have a picnic. Sure Fine Groshery store and a Pizza Shop plus an Oriantal Restaurant are all in walking distance from the park. Please do come on down bring a blanket and have some fun. There are not many picnic tables in the beach area.
