Megan does a fabulous job taking care of my pup. I immediately felt comfortable the first day I walked in, and Megan was very attentive and explained her routine. I leave my dog there for daycare and grooming. I see how excited my dog gets when we drop him off. Megan also did a lovely job shampooing him and cutting his nails. She takes great care of him and keeps him safe and occupied in the big playroom! I highly recommend her.

Great experience! Scheduled an appointment for daycare and Megan also ended up grooming him as well on short notice (thank you! He really needed it). The space is awesome. They have a couch which makes it feel like home. She did an amazing job with the groom (I have a Bernese/ Great Pyrenees mix so he’s huge & has a ton of fur). Couldn’t be happier & highly recommend.

I have been bringing my fur babies here since they were puppies (Almost 3 yrs now). They go to both daycare and are groomed by Megan. They get excited, almost overjoyed the minute we pull into the parking lot of the dog shop. The excitement I see from my own dogs and other owner's dogs regularly tells me they are being well cared for and having a great time at Vanity Fur! Megan has clearly worked hard to provide a safe, fun and overall very welcoming atmosphere at Vanity Fur. I would highly recommend for any of your dog care needs!

My dog had a great time here playing with the other dogs. This place is such a unique experience for all friendly dogs. 10/10 I would bring my pup back here. It’s very hard for me to leave him places but Megan sent me pictures and updates. I love that there are no cages and the dogs can bond and play.

Great friendly carer for our dog. We felt very happy leaving our pup here while we went snowboarding - our dog seemed happy and healthy when we picked her up. Owner has excellent communication by txt message.

If you're looking for someone who will expect your dog to sit by the table and play with LEGO than you can go and visit this place. I am not even going to waste my time here to describe the encounter with Megan. Unprofessionalism at its best! Too bad I didn't read the reviews. And God it smells BAD!

This was the first time I used Vanity Fur for boarding....Megan does groom our dog.A great indication that Mookie was happy to be there was he ran out of the car, up the steps and started jumping on the door. Megan was very accommodating in some of our changes in schedule.Mookie had such a great visit. Megan sent pictures and videos throughout the day. Mookie was so exhausted after his visit from playing with the other pups. So happy Vanity fur and Megan are in town!!!!

I brought my Jackie Russell Terrier in last week for day care and she was so happy. The owners are a young couple and very sweet. They did a great job taking care of my dog. The facilities are clean and adorable. My dog was the only small dog that day. The other dogs were large breeds but my dog fit in perfecyly with them. When I picked her up she was running around with the bigger ones in circles obviously having a great time! I will absolutely use them again the next time I travel to Hunter.

We love Vanity Fur! Megan and team take great care of our fur baby when we have to head out of town! He gets excited when we show up and literally jumps over the counter as fast as he can! Thanks for taking great care of our puppet!

We leave our dog for the day at Vanity Fur every time we go skiing at Hunter. It has always been a positive experience. Our dog loves the owner Megan.

DO NOT BRING YOUR DOGS HERE. Extremely rude owner Megan, she is not caring and actually gave me a hard time about when I was picking my dog up because she ‘had to eat lunch’. Meanwhile I had just dropped my dog off at 9am to go snowboarding for the entire day. I can’t believe this is an actual business. Very bad vibe, do not go here!!

My wife and I went on vacation and heard about this place. We don’t trust many people with our dog Titan but the owner was nothing but accommodating. She sent us pictures while we were away and Titan looked like a very happy pup. Always nice to meet nd engage with fellow dog lovers. Great experience!

We left our dog Yuzu (a very lovely Samoyed) there today from about 11:30 to 3 pm. We will NOT come back and do not recommend. 1. Now this place makes it a rule that the dogs must get a bath during day care, claiming that it’s due to Covid. But when we arrived the owner herself was not even wearing a mask? Are you really worried? Or just to make more money? 2. We agreed to give Yuzu a bath although she just had one last week. However when we got her back her hair was so damp? I had to dry her with all the kitchen towel I have. And I hold her all the time during our lunch in case she get cold. I used hair dryer to dry her for 40 mins after we arrived home. If you made us pay for bath, can you at least dry her decently? 3. Yuzu remained unhappy after the pickup for like 3 hours. She did not smile at all but hide in my arms. This is very rare for a Samoyed! I admit I did not see what happened, but I guess it’s not a good experience for her. Anyway for the health of my dog and other dogs, I do not recommend this place.

Our 1 year old Havapoo stayed for 4 days while we hit the mountain. After the first day he was clawing his way in every morning. They took great care of him.

I was visiting my aunt in Vancouver not long ago, and we brought her dog in for a hair cut / day at the spa. We were not disappointed, in fact the staff were amazing and I would highly recommend them to everyone I know...If i was still on the west coast :)

Never ran into such a rude service provider. The woman there just yelled at me for being 10 mins late. Didn't even say hello. Would never put my dog in her care.
