I stopped here before work to get some random items. I picked up some flowers for 7.99. I checked out at the self checkout and the boy who was monitoring it hovered over me the whole time. I could feel him over my shoulder. Then, as I was paying, he picked up my flowers and began to inspect them. He said that he was checking to see if there was another tag on them, implying that I rang them up wrong. He said that sometimes vases and flowers are sold separately and they have separate tags? I’ve never seen Wegman’s or another business put flowers in a vase and make you pay separately for both. There is also a large tag where the flowers are displayed that clearly said “7.99”. It was a strange interaction and very rude. I felt like he thought I was trying to get away without paying for something. Employees who are monitoring self checkout should probably be familiar with the prices of the product.

I love wegmans its like a second home to me i can walk around the spacious store and relax while choosing between a great deal of goodies and whatever else i need.

One of the better Wegmans in Syracuse. They have everything. Even found my Japanese kewpie I been missing. Their produce was perfect. Absolutely loved this store. An the employees were friendly. Everything was well stocked. Found lots of items I haven't been able to find anywhere else in a while.

I don't go often, but every single time I do, I struggle to find things. Very strange organization patterns. Very hard to find the brands I want has been replaced by a storebrand item. Sometimes that's okay, but some replacement items are quite inferior.Store is cramped, like 7 pounds of overpriced pretension and products packed into a 5 pound ordinary store.I didn't grow up in the region, so I don't just get the Wegman's mystique.Just spent almost 2 hours there while their credit card readers were down. Did they have the courtesy to make announcements or put up a sign saying "CASH ONLY" in that time? Nope.

I don't like how wegmans are set up diffrent at each location. It seems that they are set up according to the area. The richer areas of town have larger stores with fresher food at lower prices. We're the smaller wegmans in the areas of town we're individuals don't have as much money are more expensive and the food is not as fresh.

Nice staff and plenty of parking. Excellent selection of Asian sauces. They stock Angelo Pietro Salad Dressings in the Asian section. The produce department has items from local farms. The bakery department has a great selection of products. This is the market to go to in New York.

I'm liking Wegmens less and less. I've shopped at Wegmens stores for 3 decades plus. They like to move things around a lot, making finding things impossible. They've changed their once great variety of products to products primarily with their label. I find shopping there a chore. Much prefer shopping elsewhere when possible.

I love this Wegmans, it's open 24 hours a day and has a great and low-priced selection of food that is cooked fresh for lunch and dinner and everything is extremely easy to find in here. There's also a very large parking lot and it is easily accessible and easy to see from the street.

Great store. Recently finished the re-model. Many strong departments ie… Produce, Deli, Grocery, Cheese, General Merchandise. Dairy needs work since Rick Prior retired. Front-end service is very good. Customer Service Desk is outstanding.

I went to this Wegmans because it closer to where I was, but I ended up leaving and driving to my usual Wegmans (Rte 31 Clay NY). This store would not take any of the bottles at the bottle return & did not carry several gluten free items I needed. The one in Clay has way more!

I love this store and also the staff are very friendly and know their stuff.It's always a pleasure to come here, s&a store spic and span clean, all the shelves are stocked, and the quality of their in-house items is excellent, as well as their store brand items.

The staff was friendly & helpful, as usual. Also, as usual, I had to park far enough away they should provide a shuttle service and they've bombarded the shelves with so many Wegmans products I can't find the national brands I'm looking for. A store this big should offer customers CHOICES, not force them into buying their brand or finding them elsewhere. Not cool Wegmans, not cool.

I can't say too much about the store as I spent only a few mins in there and quickly grabbed a few specific items. They do have gluten free and dairy free options which is what I needed. But the thing that stood out the most, was one of the workers, whom I asked about an item I was looking for. She was so nice and walked me over to where the item was and went and got me a cart as I was telling my husband we would need one. So grateful for her 💓

Why does this Wegmans (idk about other ones) have all the Latino stuff segregated? I was looking for Cotija Queso for 30 mins no lie. Lost at least 5 pounds walking around this store, to no avail. Crossed the street and went to Price Chopper, went to the dairy/cheeses isle and found the cheese within seconds.

This is one of the "local" Wegmans rather than a regional, higher end outlets. All the familiar goods and services on a smaller footprint. To use the different locations the app helps you get around.

Good quality but price is a little higher. Have a lot of things other grocery stores do not. Great sandwiches bakery and premade food.
