(January 18, 2024 Cashier would not give me a $10 bill, she told me I had to get it from customer service because she only had one, and what if a customer needed change for $50. She did give me a coupon for my pasta. Excellent customer service from a woman in the dairy department, who may have been a vendor or working for Tops. Also good customer service from a Manager, and very good customer service from the woman at the customer service counter.) Employee Justin literally just arrived to the store, exited his car, and while still in the parking lot, said hello to me as I had just exited the store! That's customer service. I had just complained to the manager about that locations habitual lack of customer service during almost all of my visits there. Lacks customer service from several employees. Condition of multiple fresh vegetables on one of my visits were extremely low quality. All of the fresh ginger was dried out. Multiple green vegetables were yellowing. A male manager was near by, he stated that maybe produce had not put out new inventory yet. His demeanor was very unbothered and unapologetic. There was a male produce worker, who was polite and apologetic. There was a female worker who rudely stepped in front of me or reached over me, without an excuse me, more than once.

Nice store. Not the biggest, but they have everything you need to get you through. Quick in and out as well. friendly staff.

I want to truly thank the bakers at all Tops Markets!! This store has the best bakers around!! From Donuts to cakes to cookies to pies and every other bakery product.. Wegmans & Carvel cakes have nothing on you guys!! Tops is top notch and have the best tasting goodies in the bakery department!! That Strawberry cake!! Yes, that strawberry cake made with whipped cream topping; Wow it's amazing, so soft and perfectly made!! Kudos!!👏🏼👍🏼 To all the bakers!! Everything from your department is made with love and the best of fresh ingredients.. Everyone one I know says the same thing, I promise they honestly do(for years)!! Love your whole team!! I like this Tops in that it is a smaller store- while this limits the variety/quantity a little they still have pretty much everything you need, and it is easy in/easy out. Friendly staff too.

Very nice for one of the smaller stores. Quiet, clean, fresh fruits & veggies. Meat selection always looks good. I only noticed one item not in stock today. From what I see the dairy and meats are rotated and the shevles are faced. Prices are reasonable. Cashiers are friendly.

I like stopping here because it’s close to my job if I need to stop and grab a few things, I have been lucky, every time I come here, the cashiers are super nice and helpful, and that is so refreshing after a long day at work

The deli workers are incredibly rude here and the management is awful and does not address concerns. Produce is often moldy and pricing is often incorrectly marked in the shelves. The front of the store workers are great and the checkout experience is usually pleasant. Were it not for them I would never come back to this location

I live near this top store and go there frequently to pick up things the only concern I have with tops is that a lot of times there's only one cashier on and you have to wait in line for a few minutes it's not just quick in and out they really should open their self-serve line more frequently as you can get through quicker if you can cash out your own groceries other than that the store is cleaning offers a lot of variety

I wish the credit card scanner worked better. It's embarrassing having to try multiple times and use different cards, just to give up and pay cash becsuse a line of other customers are watching. Might be a mistake by a new cashier. Who knows? My credit card works the first time everywhere else.

We went in to purchase a few items we being myself and a friend. The store was clean the staff was friendly and efficient. So I would recommend this place to people who need products and or groceries!

Whoever runs and/or manages this store should be fired. Worst ran store in Onondaga county. I’m surprised this store is still in business. All the other Tops I would give a 7/10 or better. This store doesn’t deserve a 1/10.

I love that this grocery store is never crowded. If you know what you need, you can get in and out really quickly (compared to Wegmans down the street). Seems clean enough but it's a very straightforward grocery store. I wouldn't recommend it if you're looking for smaller brands or artisinal type products at all though.

The register operator Rosemary was rude. I am a Paying customer. If I want my groceries double bagged then they should be double bagged. She shouldn't not have smart comments on how I'm wasting her bags after she put my 4$ bread in with 10 yogurts and celery . Work on your bagging skills and I wouldn't need to use more bags to reorganize and sort out my groceries if it was done properly the first time . It doesn't matter what it is, if someone wants there groceries double bagged it should be done. It's not like I was making her do it, I was doing it myself. I was Simply minding my own business sorting out my groceries and making it easier for me to carry and she snaps at me in front of customers makes me feel uncomfortable over one bag . I will not be returning to this tops. Nothing but rudeness . Couldn't even say hi.

Decent prices, decent selection. Wegmans has more options, but is more expensive. Aldi's has less options, but is more affordable. Tops is closest to my house, so it's the best option when running to pick up just a few things.

I visited Tops Market on E. Genesee St.@ 10:10pm Friday evenin. The cashier was so helpful. She looked for a cart for me. Generally, in the evenin associates are not to friendly. Thank you for being so kind.

It's not too bad. Smaller than other stores and doesn't have as much as wegams. But for routine groceries is a good option. Accepts the Lemoyne college student card for payment.

I go to the bigger stores to walk for exercise. I like these smaller stores for quick stops. The clerks are very nice & can even fix a mistake without me having to come back another day. This is a definite plus.

This is a smaller store but it's great when you have to make a quick stop. The prices are a little higher than Wegmans BUT they carry more name brand products than Wegmans so I can find what I want!

I shop here frequently and a issue I have is I always see one of the mangers yelling at the employees in a unprofessional matter if you have kids don’t let them work here

The basics are available and the location is a great boon. Speciality items are rare but made to order sandwiches are made at the deli and a small seating area for lunch is available.

Small and limited selections but a good place for a quick stop when you know what you need and they have it in stock, then it's a win. In general, a bit on the pricey side unless you shop the sales.

Small tops. Not a great beer selection. Food to go is sub par from this location. Good for a quick stop if you're not looking for a bunch of options.
