New years hours listed till 5pm,but as I was trying walk I. At 4:28pm for 1 item that was an emergency to me,they wldnt let me in cause closed at 4:30pm! I even begged to give the. A $20 cash to just ring 1 item out,keep change(which wld be like $16.00)& bring the item out 2 me,so it wld be fastest 4 them.ppl were still checking out so they cldnt lock up yet anyway. I've done retail HR/management for ovr 18yrs & that's just bad service when u see someone so desperate and needs 90sec in the store for an item. I just know I would hve helped someone out! So what I have to stay at work an extra 3min! Crazy how this generation has become so selfish & distant with cust serv!

I used to always get my prescriptions at the Kinney Drugs in Tully, but switched to this one because it’s closer. It takes days for them to have your prescription ready, and even when I have called ahead to ensure it is ready, I get there and have to wait for 30 minutes because it actually is not. It is incredibly frustrating that not a single person seems to know what is going on. After calling for the past three days about a prescription I need, each day they say it’ll be ready tomorrow, they told me today they just received the script this morning. I’ve been calling everyday and everyday they said they don’t have it on hand and will get and/or my insurance won’t cover it (which they do but only the name brand but they don’t listen and only check generic). What do you mean you just got it today we’ve been talking about it for days? Literally just save your time and drive the extra 5 minutes to any other pharmacy if you need something, ESPECIALLY if you need it urgently.

Went to get suppliments and energy drinks. I have a medical condition and needed to use the restroom. They are permanently "out of service". I had to leave, Walgreens has a restroom for customers.

Kenza is very short and rude, hung up on me because my 4 year old was talking to me in backround and when you ask to speak to the supervisor Jennifer she isn't much better. Literally told me her employee didn't hang up on me and wasn't being rude. Didn't let me explain anything without interrupting and telling me what I'm saying didn't happen.

I’ve been trying to get my prescription for 2 days. One day they said they didn’t have enough of the medicine I needed and to come back the next day. I go back the next day, and I have an outrageous copay because they never ran it through my insurance company they told me to call back later the same day, call back a few hours later. And now no one will pick up the phone. Not even the front customer service will. Absolutely horrible customer service.

I didn't know being rude just because I had my headphones in was a Kinney Drugs special. Didn't even have anything playing just had them in. Apparently your people think it's okay to belittle someone. I wonder how they treat the seniors who come here. Wouldn't send my grandma smdh

This place does not have essential baby foods such as baby water, some basic cereals for babies.Although people at the pharmacy are very attentive and super fast. I like their photo printing center.

Cashier's and front staff are great, but every single time I try to go in and pick up my prescription that was called in the day prior it's always "not ready yet" wnd I have to wait 30 minutes just for it to be ready.Not a coincidence or anything; this has happened the last 3 times I have had to pick up a script. Now, I always just call ahead to make sure it won't take "30 more minutes" which I shouldn't have to do if the script is called in the day before.

The entire pharmacy staff makes you feel like you're an inconvenience for filling your prescriptions there. They will not go above or beyond to help and huff and puff when they have to put through my script. Literally just got off the phone and that's exactly what she did. Claiming my ins didn't go through but she didn't bother to check if it was run through. If they're too busy to have any manners I'm too busy to bring business there.

Whoever the guy is in the pharmacy is not customer friendly and is very rude. He hungs up before i can even get his name he must of knew i was asking for that. I call back and the phone is busy bad customer service!

Friendly and helpful staff. When I was put in a situation in my life and I had to go on to Medicaid, Rite Aid kicked me out stating that they no longer excepted medicaid. I went to Kinney Drug Store and they were more than helpful. I will be a Kinne Drug Store customer a life time! See you later Fay's, Exckert, Rite aide, Walgreens or whatever your name is now!

It takes 2 days to fill a prescription when it's done through the automated service unless you push a certain number and it still takes 24 hours. Getting prescriptions at this location is a slow process and will probably switch back to my former pharmacy which is further away but easier to deal with.

I really wanted to give the pharmacy the benefit of the doubt seeing as we’re in a pandemic, but at this point I can’t. I’ve tried to get 5 prescription filled in the last 6 months, and only once have they gotten it right on the 1st try. Idk if its ineptitude, miscommunication, mismanagement or if I really am just that unlucky, but after this last time, I’m out of patience. I’ve been here 4 times trying to get one prescription in the last week and there’s a new problem every time. On the 4th trip, they told me they didn’t have a script for me period. Which means someone just canceled it without telling me.TDLR; If you want to get your script filled expect it to be done wrong or not at all. You’ll be making way more trips/phone calls than you should need.

Every time I go to drive through and Kelly is there first she goes on computer then throws her arms up starts all over again computer This happens several times until she may or may not need help Then she can NEVER find script after she has looked through every place 3 times Asks for help and there it is right where she looked first placeTonight I go script not ready after long look through computer I said hmmmm my DR sent over yesterday AM She said very snotty We don’t prioritize anyone here
