I like the drive through carwash. I have opted for both the unlimited exterior and unlimited interior packages . Well worth every penny if you are like me and spend a lot of time in the car with kids. I roll through weekly and in minutes my car is sparkling outside and tidied up inside. There setup is efficient. That they can shampoo mats, vacuum everything, wipe everything, windows and vents too, all in a matter of minutes is extremely convenient. It takes me longer to set up and the vacuum the floor mats at home.

If you look at my reviews they're honest and provide what I believe to be fair assessments for the services provided. With that being said this place had the potential to be great. I gave it this rating for the fact that I went in for a simple steam cleaning vacuum of my BMW X3. The representative provided great confidence on the quality services that would be rendered to my vehicle with that and adding the vinyl protection. I definitely fell victim to the added services talk. Not to down play what was actually provided I mean they vacuumed my vehicle and sprayed some sort of leather protectant over a non-steam cleaned vehicle which is what I originally went for. I had salt on the carpet and I know 100% that if you steam clean a carpet that would come out easily. Nope it looked like they quickly vacuumed the loose dirt and then wiped the interior with a scented spray to make it seem like new. I went through the vehicle again with my own interior cleaning cloths I purchased and vacuumed after which removed the salt they couldn't do with their "steam clean." Funny the kid that pulled my car up looked for a tip as if it were warranted lmao!!! Maybe I just had the crew that doesn't perform to a quality service standard. I wouldn't recommend going here unless you're doing the detailing yourself which isn't available.

Waited a half hour and the interior cleaning line when they're supposed to be two lanes, however they had an employee's car blocking one of them so two lanes could not formed. Then when they had an associate come out to direct traffic they let people that had not been waiting for a half hour in front of everybody that was waiting. I can't go to the other location because they've been under construction for about a year. So I just canceled my unlimited package because I haven't been able to use it accordingly. The organization of this place needs a lot of work.

The old guy working Tim Horton's this morning totally ignored me when I walked up to counter just for 1 coffee. Another employee was standing there & they proceeded to talk about personal issues. Then after she finally moved aside; he continued to ignore me & walked way over to the other side of the counter only to then walk right past me to the back. He never even bothered to acknowledge me whatsoever. I even waited another minute or so for him to come back out before deciding to leave the place & go to McDs for less expensive coffee & BETTER customer service. Also, the last time I had my car "detailed" there; they did such a poor job I had to go home & redo most of it myself. They say a manager/supervisor "inspects every vehicle" before owner picks up - which is a lie because I found 2 dirty rags they left in the back seat - so obvious no one inspected.

The worst interior cleaning i have ever had. I paid for express detail with 3rd row $10 extra interior total to $183.59. Worst clean ever. I wasted my money thinking i would have a great cleaning experience, but i regret now! They didn't clean windows properly, inside doors are dirty, 3rd row wasn't washed properly. More than 2 hours for unsatisfied customers. Check the photos!Edit after a whole week...No reply, refund or at least an apology for the bad service i received! Their customer service sucks!

Shout out to “carlee” (my apologies if I’m spelling his name wrong, I only glanced his name tag while inspecting my car) (he calls himself “island boy”) he does a FANTASTIC job! I have unlimited basic interior (recommend to anyone who likes their car kept clean) I come at least once if not twice a week for a cleaning. Sometimes I find grass still on the carpet, mud on the door jams and crumbs in the center console. (Yes I understand the cleaning is basic but I’m expecting a vac and wipe) They will usually ask if things look ok, and if it’s something small I’ll ask them to fix it there but every once in a while I feel that it really should go back around again and I just come back another day (hence the unlimited being a plus). Yesterday was a come back another day kind of job and I returned today and had him clean my car! I’m very happy with the job he did! I can tell he actually takes pride in his job and isn’t just going through the motions to say it was done. This particular employee is a keeper! I truly hope you find more employees like him!

horrible experience. I paid a lot of money for interior detail and they did not even pull the seats to vacuum.Nor have they dusted. The car almost looked worse than it was. When I called back the office the manager Byran was extremely rude and did not even apologize and refused to issue a refund. After much struggle he toldme to return to the location to issue the refund. Extremely disappointed and willnot ever be using this location again. Pictures included to show how they “clean.”

Really the worst car wash I have had that I can remember. I spent over 22.00 for my truck wash, and it still had lots of dirt afterwards, basically much of the truck was not even touched. Then the guy drying the car used the drying cloth and basically rubbed the dirt and road grim all over the car. Bad for the paint too. There are much better car washes around. Use them.

Detailed my car today and 1x a week. I only come if Kyle is detailing, cleanest car every time he does it. He's kind and listens to what I want done and does it no hesitation. Great worker!

I don't really buy to much food or munchies in the store, BUT the car wash and gas prices are the best hands down. The super kiss with the body gloss tire dressing is the best products. Drive in dirty.. leave out prutty. Lol! My favorite car wash spot.

This is by far THE WORST Delta Sonic I have been too. I spent $66 for exterior wash and a 30 minute interior cleaning. I specifically asked for my mats and door jambs to be done. My door jambs weren't even touched! I'm sitting there waiting for my car so I go up front and it's sitting there parked. No one told me it was done and nobody went over the car with me like they do at other Delta Sonic's. I can go on and on but I will spare you the details. They left a candy bar on my passenger seat and even change my radio presets. Seriously?!? Don't waste your time going to this place. It's a joke 😡😡

Went through the wash and the blue stripes that wipe your vehicle ripped off my license plate holder putting a nice dent in my front bumper when it pulled off. I didn't even know my plate was gone until I got out of my vehicle 20 minutes later. I went back to Delta and my plate was still in the wash. The associate handed it to me didn't say a word and walked away without even offering to put it back on. All the holes were stripped out so I had to have it repaired. I reported the incident and delta said it wasn't their fault. Parking lot is very dangerous especially the South Bay entrance/exit with people crossing two lanes to go left and there has been two bike accidents because of this in the last two months because people try to rush out of there. Beware!!!

Dont have below 1 rating. No value for the money you pay, extremely worst care even you are an unlimited member. No one takes seriously, interior wash or exterior wash they just do it for the sake of it and think customers are fools and accept any explanation. Last 3-4 interior cleanings, none of them are done properly and they had to take back the car inside and they dont vaccum and will not even touch something clearly visible to clean. We have to tell again whoever delivers the car to you. They lost my matt below the rubber and had to visit 3 times and i had to ask to look into the footage. After few visits they noticed i keep bugging them and they simply said we never took out 4 matts out of the car and saw the footage and we pulled only 3. When i asked them if i can see the footage, obviously they say I am not allowed to see. Absolute ridicoulus services, please think again before taking membership here.!

I want to thank Conner for his help at the car wash. As I left the wash bay I noticed my rear wiper was gone. He found it but it was broken. He ordered a new blade and put it on the next day. Thank You Conner for your help, they need more people in the work force like you.

I was always hesitant to be a member as I didn't want to commit to a specific car wash. However, with the experience I had with other places, and the great price offered by Delta Sonic, I was convinced to try it out. I got the Super Kiss unlimited membership and I can definitely say I'm happy with it. They have bee incredible especially during the crazy weather and I will continue with them as long as they keep it up. Recommend them to anyone who has second thoughts.

Had express detail of my car in Brewerton, Syracuse location, brought car very dirty and gave back to me so shiny and clean .... Everybody's nice, no matter how busy they are they still find time to tend to what you want. I wanted to take a moment to recognize Exceptional Customer Service that I experienced today. Upon receiving my vehicle, I noticed my car was still extremely dirty, seats were scuffed, and my raincoat, which was on the front passenger side seat had never even been moved, upon lifting it. There was potato chips and papers underneath my coat. It was never even picked up to be cleaned.The representative that delivered my car to me was extremely embarrassed & asked me if I had a little bit more time so that he could go and have my car redone all over again, his name was Domo. I find very little customer service like this, especially with the younger generation. He should be applauded and commended for his thoroughness, attention to detail and above all, professionalism.Domo, you may things right, you owned it even though you weren’t the one that did the entire job and as a result, I will be back to Delta Sonic Salina. ⭐️

UPDATE JUNE 16, 2023:Visited to have interior cleaned. KYLE CASTLE went above and beyond to make sure I was completely happy with service. My black car was FULL of white dog hair. He was very friendly, efficient, enthusiastic and meticulous!!! Took extra time to help me put my belongings back in passenger area after cleaning. As a disabled person I am very grateful. THANK YOU KYLE!I went through the exterior wash plus as an unlimited member. Chris was the young man who dried off my car at the end and he did a FANTASTIC job. My car was dried quickly and no waiting. There were absolutely ZERO spots on my windows, mirrors or paint, which is VERY IMPRESSIVE since my car is BLACK!THANK YOU FOR STELLAR SERVICE!

Got a wash and interior cleaning.$60.00 !!!It was the Worst $60 I EVER SPENT....Windows look like they were done with a toilet brush...Hit and miss and streaked......Door panels were never touched...What I got was a forty something dollar vacuum

It's the cheapest gas in town if you link your checking account to their ZIP card and have the monthly car wash plan. I get my truck washed a few times a week and pump fuel. With the ZIP Card, gas is usually $.30 to $.40 cheaper per gallon.

This so far the worse interior care cleaning they went up on prices and they do a horrible job vacuuming they leave so many spots untouched. Same with wiping vinyl they cant do basic job of wiping anything u can still see the dust in manu spots. Same with the windows wiping glass with dirty towls or use the same towel on everything. They have put the wrong mats back in my car that belongs to someone els. Don't waste your money!!!Services: Auto detailing, Vacuuming

The staff are super friendly as well. Frustrated with their corporate office. Recently had my interior done and something in the rag left faint scratches everywhere. Anything with a shiny, plastic finish now has hairline scratches and the leather has fine, circular tracks that show as soon as any dust settles on it.Filed a claim and they rejected it. "We didn't see anything negligent in the video." Doesn't have to be negligent for you to be at fault. I understand it was probably an honest mistake. A rag that didn't get thoroughly cleaned or changed out. Doesn't free you as the vendor from all responsibility for making it hard to sit in my car without being distracted and reminded about the damage to virtually every surface of my interior.No compensation of any kind was offered.Cancelling my exterior and interior memberships on all my personal vehicles and they lost the accounts on all my fleet vehicles as well. Hiring a bonded detailer with the money I used to spend on their membership fees.Maybe 50+ fewer vehicles to deal with will lessen the chances they damage yours.

They need an employee directing traffic. When the line for the carwash gets so huge no one let's anyone in to use the pumps. Sat for 20 mins trying to get through and stuck with cars behind me. Their gas prices are usually great but not worth it when this happens.

Kyle was fantastic! He was very attentive to detail, I looked over the whole vehicle and had no issues! Really took his time and got my car looking back to new. For a car wash and gas station, this place is fancy.They've got a nice lounge where you can sit while you're car is being detailed. There's also a cafe with sandwiches and pizza and such. Seems to be a little better quality than typical gas station food.Overall the location is clean, including the bathrooms, something that the typical gas station falls short on usually.Prices seemed reasonable for gas and food. I think the detailing may have been a bit pricey, but I didn't catch all the options, so they may have something more reasonable in between the full detail and the basic wash.If you just need gas any gas station would do, but I think you go here for a quality car wash, something they appear to do better than the typical car wash you find out behind the gas station. On nice days get here early to get in line though. The lines for the car wash a usually spilling into the parking lot, giving the impression that they're packed.
