Beware of PRICE GOUGING!! I have been taking my dog here for a couple of year now. But like another reviewer mentioned they were bought by a corp. so the prices have recently increased dramatically. I have a medium size dog and would always pay between 70-75 dollar for full grooming (this was less than 2 years ago)- then they hiked it up to 88 about a year ago but it wasn't a terrible difference and the service was always good so I still went. However, today when I took my dog for grooming they told me that the charge was now 107 dollars!!! That's a whole 40 dollar increase for the same service!! They doubled the price for the extra services such as teeth brushing and gland cleaning and they also charge you a 4% credit card fee - so at this price point thats an additional 4 dollars. Needless to say I left no tip and I'm never going back there again. I also asked the staff if they increased their salaries with all these extra charges but of course they said no. It's all profit. Do yourself a favor and find someplace else to groom your pet. This place is way OVERPRICED for no good reason.

They charged $38 for a nail trim and file that took the girl about 5 minutes to do. 2 months before that and same service was $20. Will never take my dog back here again

If you love your pet do NOT bring them here. To my shock they keep the dogs in small cages under a dryer for long periods of time. Brought my dog in at 11:00am. Checked in at 2:15 just to see what was taking so long. The person at the desk told me they had not started grooming yet and it would be a while. I asked to see my dog and they grabbed her out of a crate in the back with air blowing on her. I asked if she had been in the cage the entire time and was told "thats just how we do it here." Not nice people and not ethical to treat animals this way.

Just don’t go. A corporation bought a bunch of groomers. They make up prices on the spot. Took the pricing off the wall. Solicit you by the phone w one price and charge another. Very sad to leave my groomer, but the corporation that runs it now, left us no choice.

Sadly, my experience was similar to A. Kelly's (below). At first I was excited that they got back to me so promptly and I had high hopes. As my dog is short-haired and doesn't get cuts, (only baths), I was so disappointed that it took nearly 2.5 hours for him to be done. I dropped by after an hour and a half, and was told they needed more time. So after my dog's being there for over 2 hours, his coat was still wet (which I didn't realize until I got him into the car!). It breaks my heart to think that he clearly sat in a cage for quite a while before anyone got around to bathing him.A few of the groomers seemed friendly, but I too heard a groomer snap at a dog in the back - traumatizing to the dog no doubt and very unprofessional for the business. I was told the bill would be somewhere between $40 and $50, but it ended up being $60, and after the tip $70. I will not be returning.

I was very dissatisfied with the grooming. My golden retriever puppy did not have a good experience here. The groomers were not knowledgeable about breed specific grooming. I gave specific instructions which were ignored. My puppy was shaved. Golden retrievers are not shaved . They have a double coat. The groomer shaved the feathers near the ears. Terrible job!

I brought my dog here for the first time for a bath only (not full groom) which I was told would be 1.5 to 2 hours and I would receive a call 15 minutes before I could pick her up. Her scheduled appointment was at 12:30 and after 2 hours I had to call to see when she would be ready and they told me that they needed 1 to 1.5 more hours and as she just started to get bathed because there were many dogs that day and one bather. I asked why they didn't call me to tell me that as I would have come to pick her up so she wasn't just waiting there. The woman that worked at the front desk did not seem to grasp that that I was annoyed about the lack of communication as my dog was sitting in a crate for 2 hours unnecessarily when I would have absolutely picked her up. The man and woman that bathed her and did her nails were very lovely and sweet, but I heard another woman in the back talking very aggressively to another dog saying "STOP YOUR WHINING!! BE QUIET!!!" I have never written a review before, but I felt compelled to share as I will absolutely never be going here again.

My dog Winston is usually so scared to go to the groomer but not with Leslie. Winston goes straight to Leslie when we get there and is so comfortable! His grooms are always perfect and he leaves smelling delicious and is always happy. Finding a groomer you can trust is hard, but don’t second guess this place!!

Luck Paws in Syosset cut both my dogs on their underside when i took them for grooming today . Be very careful . Apart from their suffering i will have to take them now to the vet to get them treated .

Great place. My dog is old and they take care of her use special shampoo and the service is quick. My dog looks beautiful everytime she gets her cut and blow dry. I highly recommend

Love them, the staff is always nice and they are very accommodating. They are always great with my dogs one of which has very high anxiety when he gets groomed. Dogs always come home smelling fresh and clean

The lady who answered my call was rude and seemed bothered when I was asking simple questions such as types of hair cuts, price rates etc. If they are treating potential customers with such an attitude, they surely don’t treat the pets any better. My cat will not be coming here thank you.

Horrible customer service -the owners do not call back when there is an issue - the have raised the prices 2 times since January -don’t even tell you until after your dog is groomed - don’t recommend !
