If you want to find the rudest and most unprofessional pharmacist, this is the place to go. There is no respect for customers and no help. Pharmacists and other counter workers have no respect or care for customers. I came here to get a covid shot, at a scheduled time. They took my covid card and said to wait to be called. 30 minutes later I asked what is going on and the girl at the counter told me that someone "she" is getting ready for me and will call me in a minute. 20 more minutes later I asked another girl at the counter and she said that a pharmacist is a man, not "she" and he will do the shot for me when he gets a break from fulfilling prescriptions!! At this point, I said that I am leaving (after 50 minutes wait for the covid shot) and want my card back and the pharmacist didn't even come by to apologize or offer something, even though he was standing 2 steps away. To note, there was no one in front of me waiting for a shot.The pharmacist's name is Gene Vaynerchuck.This store is well known on Staten Island as the worst pharmacy on the island.Avoid, avoid avoid, go to CVS.

I really don't know how they manage this walgreens pharmacy. People who work in this pharmacy are not professional at all. They don't even know they have automatic message system to notify customers that their refill is due and ask if they need the refills. My parent ran out of her medication and did not get notified to place the refill. Surely I called them up to ask for refill. Unexpectedly, they even told me that they don't notify that customers' refill is due. And I have to call them to tell them the refill is due and ask for refill. Even worse, when you call to ask them about the refills, they will hang up the phone without finishing their explaination.
