I wasn't upset that they charged for the repair estimate. I was only upset because I am on SS and get only one check per month.. If I had known there was a charge in advance I would have saved up before I had them come.. The owner graciously cancelled the bill but that isn't fair to them either..I would gladly pay over a couple of months and would be happy with that.. Thank you for your kindness..

This place has problem with your appliances, NEED to order it and not many things are in store,and for a while there wasn't any repair PEOPLE to fix customers things they already own. NEED TO CHECK OUT IF THEY CAN HELP YOU NOW.When I was there COVID WAS THE PROBLEM.

Love these people! Their service is always top-notch!! I have purchased all my appliances through them, even though they sometimes are slightly higher on purchase price than a “deal” you may find at “ big box” or other stores, its completely worth it in the end! These people REALLY stand behind the products they sell!! Not to mention, they are friendly, reliable, & just an all-around pleasure to do business with. 🙂

Our dryer broke down and called then stopped in at White's. They were very helpful, patient with questions, low key, and no pressure. We felt they were honest with advice regarding repair or buy new and did I mention patient and no pressure. Looking forward to a long relationship with White's.

Extremely rude customer service, I called about an issue I was having with my washer. I had already diagnosed the problem so I called for parts. I had to provide the part number over 6 times for her to get it correct. The price for the part was twice as much going through this business rather than just ordering it myself. Then after being unable to help with that issue I was hung up on before I could ask about another issue. I will never do business here.

We buy all our appliances from Whites, HANDS DOWN the absolute BEST customer service! We have even had appliances break that we did not purchase from Whites & Whites always help diagnose the problem And help us fix our appliance. The Staff & sales ppl are very knowledgeable. And EVERY appliance we have purchased at Whites has lasted YEARS! No more purchasing appliances from the Big Chains- just to save a few dollars. (The Big chain customer service for broken appliances is horrible). WHITES is Definitely our only option now!! HIGHLY recommend them!

I Called white's because I lost my display on my kitchen aid oven. Scott came out and looked at my oven right away. He found the problem quickly and showed me the burned out control. He called me the same day with the price of the part and when it would be in. As soon as he received it he called me and came and put it in. My oven works perfect again and he saved me a lot of money. Keep up the good work.

Called whites to repair 7 year old kitchenaid refrigerator. After inspection Scott called and informed me that control board was bad and that parts due to its age were not available anywhere and needed new refrigerator. Seemed odd so I called myself found available and had shipped overnight. I called that day to have installed when received the following day was told no problem will be there. No show next day, waited till following day to find out still not available maybe later. I was warned not to call Whites that they would leave me hanging, they sure did. Not recommending this company to anyone.

Call to ask if someone would come out and take a look at my LG dishwasher in didn't even get 3 words in after saying LG and was caught off extremely rudely saying no no no we don't work on algae or Samsung and got hung up on basically. Very unprofessional
