1st and only miracle baby shower cake , $25.00 middle name spelled wrong and a young child could have done a better job on doing the baby shoes and rattle ! However the butter cream frosting was yummy and cake was good , the 2 stars are for the taste overall.

Don't buy scan and go waste of 100.00 a year now... they only allow you to go to 1 register now while more then 1 person goes through your stuff.. making comments like" we do this now to stop theft" while others scaning on their own are not being watched or checked so what stops them from stealing??... we did this because of our son with autism can't stay in long lines and shopping is a struggle for him, now that Springville NY has done this it's making it worse for him again... do better Walmart.

So many products are missing from the store shelves, it's s a hit or miss finding the items to fill my shopping list. It's so frustrating that so many Walmart products are mislabeled or in a wrong shelf locations, with a lot of items missing price tags altogether. Ever since covid, it would appear that Walmart management staff has lost its control or possibly just has become complacent to the needs of its customers.

We got here 10:40pm 20 min before closing rushed through but the nice helpful staff worked hard till the end to get us along with our purchase you could tell they were tired but no worries or regrets shopping here

Was looking at guns older guy worker Was behind the counter with beard and glasses had stains all over his walmart vest he was so unpolite the price tags are so tiny on the guns can't see them I asked the worker what the prices were on some and his response was they are on the guns look at them in a rude way no one can physically see the prices at how small they are I literally asked people next to me they couldn't see them also

Simply terrible. Went to buy mulch and a bag of topsoil. Told the cashier the identifying # M-2 for brown mulch and GS-4 for .75 cu ft bag of topsoil. After entering and deleting item for the bag of soil charged me for wrong item for soil. Noticed this at loading in lot and went back in to correct. After waiting in line again. And wouldn't you know it the customer in front of me had her weekly groceries to check out at garden checkout. Was told by cashier she couldn't help me. That I had to go to customer service because because items were paid for already. So after standing in three lines I finally was taken care of. I bet they still don't have the product scan sheet labeled GS-4 for the topsoil. I will never shop at this store again.

Store was pretty unclean I wouldn't say disgusting but it just didn't look kempt(except the bathroom 🤢),when I was in I had a hard time finding a lot of what I needed. And this isn't from one trip but from a few experiences with weeks in-between.And I mean come on from the few times I've been there it's always like they're behind on stocking,lots of empty space on the shelves. The employees always seem to be chatting,not very helpful either when you need help trying to find something that isn't in the store anyway.

Every Walmart needs to hire more cashiers. Self checkout is fine if you have a few items but not when your spending almost $200.00. You are lucky if there are 3 cashiers available which causes the customer to wait in extremely long lines. If I am spending this kind of money I don't want to check myself out. This is why I am ordering through Amazon more and more!!!!!!

This store is amazing still one of the very few that still has hunting equipment and firearms also one of the few that actually has employees that are ready and willing to help which that is very hard to find in department stores these days

On October 7 2023 my wife and I purchased a shark vacuum cleaner that was on sale for 199$ the original price was 279$. We live in rushford ny and drive daily to Buffalo. We have a cleaning company so we go through about 10 vacuum cleaners a year. So we are all to familiar with vacuum purchases. The display was plain as day was 279 on sale 199. Big display I was tired but the sale was hard to miss. I just tonight on oct 19th I finally got back to the store to get the 80$ I was owed from not getting the sale price. I am a bit outraged and I feel degraded because three of the service managers I talked to said no you must have got a vacuum misplaced by a customer. I am an honest hard working family man and my wife and I appreciate the honored display price. I would appreciate it if someone can please help me resolve this issue ASAP

The store was clean and very well stocked. Surprisingly many cashier run registers were open and there was no wait time to checkout. Even though I had to go to several different departments to get what I needed, I found everything quickly and was in and out in less than 10 minutes.

Has all family needs, clean and bright. I have a concern over not many check out stations open if you want to pay cash. They are forcing people to self check out and use cards.

I purchased a wifi extender online while in the store in order to get the discount but couldn't pick it up for 3.5 hours. I had the product in my hands so when they called the manager to see how I could retrieve the product he told them I had to wait for the 3.5 hours. When I went to Customer Service they told me I could pay 40 dollars more to get it now. When I asked them if they even remotely seemed reasonable they looked confused and refused to help me. I will never shop here again. There is no sense of respect for people's time or common decency. I'm disgusted....

Not a bad Walmart. Clean. Well stocked usually. Workers are not inept and helpful. I've had a 65+ employee insist on loading mulch. I go out of my way to go here when I must go to Walmart. Usually not slammed either especially in the evening during the week.

Just had a very poor experience with the Auto Center at the Springville Walmart. Went in for an Oil Change and Tire Rotation. Was told it would be an hour to an hour and half. Well It was more like 2 hours and 43 minutes. I was told there was only 2 cars ahead of mine. Saw a couple of mechanics walking around the waiting area on their phones... must be they only have one mechanic working on cars at a time. Never put the reminder sticker in the widow either. VERY disappointed and will not be returning there again any time soon....

Gets the job done. Low quality meats and home goods. Toys sitting on a shelf so high you can’t grab them and they’re covered in dust. It’s a staple of Walmart. They do have some sweet lps these days tho.

Food has improved drastically. Its absolutely delicious. They have expanded their menu and offer some menu items that a lot of other mexican restaurants in the area do not offer. I am also excited to see they jumped on the birria train. The berry mojito is on point.

Remove the locked doors from the baby formula or at least have a system to unlock it quickly. Having to wait 5-10 minutes in the aisle with an unhappy child is not ideal and if loss prevention is that big of a problem you need to figure something else out.

Terrible store with ZERO customer service ,,, No Bags ! Are you kidding me ??? Everything in my shopping cart is plastic and I can't get a bag to carry my groceries home ??? Most disgusting , greedy , aggravating store I have ever been to !!! Stay the hell out of Walmart stores and if Walmart doesn't want to give you a bag for free because of New York State then they should pull all their stores out of New York and get the hell out of New York and their ridiculous laws ,!!! People are suffering enough and people have enough stress in our lives and then you can't get a bag and all your items are rained on or dropped in the parking lot or spilled in the vehicle especially items like cleaning solutions with bleach etc this New York state law is the most ridiculous thing I have ever seen at Walmart is the greediest store I have ever seen !!!

It was a successful trip for a friend after a brief medical appointment. Efficiency and accomodations were needed. Staff was so helpful. Product was exactly what was needed 👍

Rude employees. Was followed around like I was going to steal. Idk if it was bc I wasn't dressed nice or what. I've been steering away from Walmart anyway. Rather spend a couple dollars more and support small business anyway.
