Super friendly and helpful staff. We had an 'incident' with our pooch in the store and the staff was so kind about it and wouldn't even let us clean it up ourselves. We felt so bad but they laughed about it and made us feel much better about the entire situation.

The associates are very knowledgeable and are always helpful. When they dont have a product in stock or don't carry something they're always happy to order it or suggest a place that does have what you need. I have two cats, a service dog, and currently 5 foster kittens and Tractor Supply had the syringes I needed to go with the miracle nipple I bought on Amazon to feed my fosters their milk and they have an excellent selection of toys for my service dog. Before Covid I would just go there to walk around and enjoy the store, now I play it safe and only go when I definitely need something. Would give ten stars if I could!! Wonderful store and staff!

Bought beef bones for my dogs as recommended by their vet. Navigating the store was easy, check out pleasant. Parking was easy and exiting the area with the stop light was a breeze. A Great Experience!

Retail store is averagly "Ok". The selection varies often and availability of certain items is not always consistent. The staff can be very pleasant and helpful most times. You can take your pet into the store with you. That is a big plus.

People are genuinely friendly, and help the community. Make sure you leave with everything you purchase, sometimes they forget to put it in bags, and if you get your propane tanks filled, make sure the tank isn't over filled. The problems were solved quickly.

I was just there to exchange a Wrangler flannel shirt which was defective. Dawn was excellent, courteous and agreed immediately to exchange the shirt. No problem at all. It's a shame that the quality of Wrangler clothes has tanked, but TSC remains a great store with friendly staff.

I always buy my dog food here. Cheaper than any other store including Wal-Mart.Also a cute selection of clothing , western wear, boots, great prices too.They also have gifts, gardening supplies, parts for tractors etc., animal feed, shampoo flea meds etc. Really a decent selection of goods

Awesome customer service, people were very kind, it was a clean environment and I was serviced right away! I highly recommend going there for any of your farm/agricultural needs, they had everything I needed and a few extra add ons! My favorite errand to run!

I pulled up to the store at 7:58. An employee came out, locked the door, waved and laughed at me. They close at 8. Needless to say, you just lost a customer that comes there often. How about next time, close at 8, not before 8. Or just be polite to your customers.

Had an amazing young woman who was kind enough to fill a propane tank for me even though it may have been a little cold and may have been a little snowy. It is late but I didn't forget lol. Thanks for toughin it out for me. I do appreciate it

Ran in to buy some suet for the woodpeckers , So it wasnt to long of a visit looked at a few things .Went to check out Kathleen was our cashier she never asked us for our number for the rewards program No closure to the sale . My husband needed to us the mens room she said it was in the back of the store . Well the mens rooms is in the very back of the store the storage area he had someone else show him Kathleen's directions were well there wasnt any .I guess we were bothering her from the begining when she wasnt even close to her register . So as far as my experience it sucked .I guess i will go to the Hamburg or Dunkirk store Kathleen I think you need so training ! If you were having a bad day I should not have to have been able to tell.

Service sucked 5 employees just standing around talking and neglecting would be curious customers. But then again im a Black man they may have thought i didnt warrant help. Who knows.. But no one approached me the whole time i searched around and turned things over trying to figure out if they had what i needed..

We go to one of 2 Tractor Supplies stores on a regular basis.We do not have any problems except shortage of some items...but to be expected. Staff is always pleasant...

Haven't been there in a while 2017, day manager elicited a number of calls of complaint. I typically go out of my way to the Arcade TSC where I've always been treated very well. Where as Springville it was rudeness and too busy chatting with friends to help.

First after standing in line for at least 10 minutes I was told that all of a sudden the line is closed, so go stand in the next line behind around 10 other people. How can you run a store with only two registers to begin with and then only have one register open. Plus, why are returns processed at the registers, people returning stuff is part of the reason it took so long. This is absurd and you should really do some research on how a store should be run. I will say that next time I will go elsewhere.

tried to get propane half hour before the store closed I was told no then when I pressed the issue because it was late and had no other source of heat I was told that it was too cold told fill propane tanks. it was 40 degrees

Purchased an ATV battery. Got it home and opened box. Battery was used/covered in mud. Second time I have . Poopurchased item off shelf , got it home and it was used.
