If you don't want customers calling to ask about your hours on a holiday , change your blurp that says holiday may affect hours on your website. Also remember to hang up the phone before you complain that it's another person calling about the hours. Also the road speed limit signs are what the police go by, not what your phone speed limit says for North Collins just an FYI per the conversation you had with fellow employees when you were done complaining about people calling about your store hours. Do you really think we would call to talk to you, if the hours were clearly stated on the website????

I’ve had a few bad experiences here in the past but last night reminded me how much positives outweigh the bad. Scooter and Riley were absolutely AMAZING to us! They beyond exceeded our expectations. I wish I could give them 10 stars!!!! Thank you!

Yes Lowe's is a large corporate Box Store, it's not what defines restoring its community it's the staff and the level of service and their commitment to their clients. I've always had a great experience well shopping at this location. My two daughters saw balloon that were out for promotional purposes and they had asked if they were allowed to have one, a lovely staff member named EM spoke to the manager to see if it was acceptable. It's important to understand customer service. I left it with the store with the but you said I had in mind and my daughters with two balloons have some impeccable people who are Community oriented. Thank you Em for putting smiles on my daughter's face

It is Lowe's. This particular visit I needed some totes that were located on the top of the rack out of my reach. It took 20 minutes and I asked 3 different employees before I was able to get the totes. Other than that they usually have everything I need for my projects.

This place is great if you love to waste time. Went in looking for an appliance and picked one but inquired on ordering it with a different feature, a feature advertised by signage in the store for this product. The sales person helping me told me that's to hard to find you'll have to come back tomorrow. I asked him if he could just take a quick look and see if it pops up on his computer. Then he did look and found it. We made the order and I opted for delivery and installation.I then headed to dinner and while thinking about it I realized somethings wrong with the delivery charge it still seems quite cheap. I looked up the product number on the receipt and it was for a lesser model a few hundred dollars cheaper. I immediately called them and asked for a manager as this person swore they had the right product. She ended up have him call me back and proceed to tell me that I am wrong he definitely sold me exactly what I asked for. I flat out asked for a refund and he said he was unable to do that over the phone.I finished diner and went back and asked for the same manager again as I was annoyed that I wanted some one with half a clue to help me and she just had the same guy call me back. We proceeded to walk back to appliances and I showed her what I wanted vs what was sold. She stood at the computer for about 10 minutes trying to find the product. I got bored and wandered back and was looking at the appliance again and noticed the item number no one could find was right on it. A sticker showing the different features with the different item numbers... granted I did miss it the first time but neither the "pro appliance guy" or the manager could find it.After providing the number I was told it was no longer available. I then asked for a full refund and pointed out to them they have old installation install sales pricing advertising in that section and that I was charged the full amount.When we got to the customer service desk it took 3 different associates 5 different trys to refund me. I ended up being late to the next thing I had to do.The next dayMy wife didnsone research and found the new model that replaced the discontinued model and it was the same price and same features that we originally wanted. As far as I can tell the only change made to the product was the item number. I called them up and asked if it was in stock. They said yes we have one.I went there after work and headed back to the appliance area hoping not to encounter my old friend the pro. No one was around...cricuts. found a rep a few isles down and said I want this specific item. She said she can't help but will get the appliance person. I waited 6-7 minutes and decided nah I'm good. I don't want to wait for my pro buddy. I headed to the check out and told them I want this item number I know it's in stock please cash me out and have some one bring it up. I'm told no can do we need to make sure it's in stock first. I mentioned again that I had just called and some one had went and checked and confirmed it to be in stock.Finally after radioing someone I'm told they can't check I have to go to the appliance counter. That's great I hadn't thought of that. I better go to the appliance counter. I get there again and am greated by someone informing me they just got back from lunch and that's why I had to wait. Great lady I'm glad you got a lunch. No worries just annoyed no one else could help me after providing 3 different associates the new correct item number that is written down no where in the store and also happens to be in stock in the back and on the second day of trying to purchase this order.Anyways I gave her the number and she told me she had to go make sure it is in stock. I once again inform her I had called and that it was confirmed minutes before I had gotten to the store. And it was infact showing in-stock on the website. Nope she's gotta go make sure...ok ill be here I geuss. She comes back a little while later with the item and finally cashes me out. 2 days and 10 associates to buy 1 appliance /rant

Ordered 4 peices of flooring. Got an email they would be delivered. Had extra staff come in to receive the items that never showed. Called to find out the flooring was in. We came to pick it up just to find out they left it all on one roll and it's my problem to cut it. Order shows 4 separate peices. I got one roll. Not happy.

Self checkout only and they have someone standing right over you. If that person cash people out you wouldn't need to assume everyone is stealing. Ridiculous every time I go there I'm watched like I'm a criminal when I have to cash myself out. GO TO GUIS down the road. They welcome their customers not assume they are criminals.

Purchased a table with a set of 4 chairs. Kept getting messages the order was in so went to pick it up (we are 45 minutes away), they only had one set of chairs and the table. That alone took 45 minutes to get, after having to go in twice saying we were here for pickup. Just to be told they don’t have the whole order. They assure us the other set of chairs will be in and they will send another message that it’s ready for pickup.Didn’t end up getting any message it was ready or that they had they whole order, so we have to call and ask if the other set of chairs are in. After 15 minutes of waiting to hear the status over the phone we’re told the chairs are there and they have them. We come in the next day to pick up the other set of chairs, let them know we’re here. And they cannot locate the chairs after we were “assured” they were in. Been sitting here for 30 minutes waiting for the other chairs. Absolutely ridiculous and 0 compensation for any of this.Update: employee copped an attitude after we explained the situation. and now they’re unable to find them at all. wouldn’t recommend dealing with this location for bigger online purchases.They finally found them, quite a hassle from the beginning. Won’t be doing business here anymore

I just find it disgusting when an employee is helping you and states” I’m sorry I have something in my nose and shoes something up there trying to dig it out” reason was they didn’t have any tissue. And NO he did. It go wash his hands!! Gross

Was in the Springville Lowe's this morning looking for a cordless hedge trimmer. Had trouble finding the product so I ended up at the "Professional" counter. There was a woman who when she finished helping another customer turned from me and proceeded to pick up her cell and send a text message. Left me standing there. Another associate tried at help but when I told him what I was looking for said he had no idea where the trimmers were. Ended up sending me to the other end of the store. Found nothing and by that time just walked out. So frustrating, came home and purchased the item at Amazon, delivery tomorrow. Your loss Lowe's.

I’m 68 years old. I was buying shingles. 3 Lowes employees watched me climb under the shelf area to pull out 8 bundles from the back of the shelf. Not one offered to help me.There are never any carts in the store. When I checked out no one offered to help me load my truck. If there was a Home Depot any where near here, they would never see me again. They are quick to say hi when they pass by.

Customer service was an absolute joke. Called to see if I could return certain items I purchased and was told yes and upon driving all the way out to the store was then told no they couldn’t return it. To make matters worse the associates behind the return desk were rude and nasty coming up with excuses and pointing blame at me for not describing what I had purchased better. Stay away from this store!

Just had a fridge delivered on Friday. Delivery guys were super nice. All roads in Erie county were closed but they were being made to deliver still. Upon opening the fridge there were a few dents. Thankfully up against a wall.

Went in to purchase a chest freezer. The size I needed was not in stock. Usually I would just go somewhere else. Today I ran into Mike. Mike is a delivery driver just happened to be standing in the appliance department. After some friendly joking we came up with the plan to buy 2 smaller freezers. Out of all the trips to lowes this store and it’s associates is the friendliest lowes ever. Mike gave 5 star service. Thanks for a great morning.

Went to lowes with my sister to get a new toilet for my dad. We called ahead so we knew they were in stock. When we got there we needed to get the toilet down. A couple associates walked by and never stopped to ask if we needed help. We managed to lift the toilet down and then looked for a cart to take it to the register. Went to the front desk to ask for help and the associate said she would send some one back to help us. No one came but several walked by. None stopped. We hunted down a flat cart ourselves in the garden center, managed to struggle it into the cart. When we got to checkout we went to self check out. Even though there were associates around, not a single one asked us if we needed help.

Just bought online and picked up at the store an HE washer. The staff gets 110 percent for great customer service. I haven't installed the washer yet so no comment on that yet but I'm pretty sure I'll be happy with it. Many thanks to the staff for making it a pleasant time. DTS

Went for something that the website said was in stock, I walked by more then 5 associates who never asked if we needed help and acted like they didn’t see me until I interrupted two associates who were chatting about things that had nothing to do with lowes for help. When I went thru self checkout an older associate I think his name tag said John came and helped me and was very friendly and kind. Idk if I will go back or not if I do I hope they have a talk and training session on how to take care of customers. Needless to say I went to Walmart and found what I needed.
