Went there to pick up my pills, it was 1:25 and the rude older woman said they were closed for lunch. I thought lunch was 1:30. The second time I went for a covid shot and was informed they were too busy. Done with them, time to move to Wegman's, they don't shut down for lunch.

After waiting in line for others to be helped, then being invited to the counter by a representative I was informed that they could not fill a prescription because of lunch break. The metal gate was rolled down in my face and I was turned away. Why was I helped just to be turned away? Why did I wait in a line if they couldn’t help me in the first place?I called my Dr. to have the script sent to the Apothecary across the intersection. At the Apothecary (Very pleasant and helpful people)I was informed that the script had been opened and they couldn’t run it through insurance… How can Walgreens Lock up my script?1 Star is far to generous for Walgreens

Every single time I need to get my prescriptions, there's an issue. It takes double the amount of time to complete a refill than any other pharmacy I've been too. Truly sucks to have to use this place in Spencerport

Please provide a better training to your staff I understand why you're getting bad reviews online.was in the store earlier this evening 10/13 with my Son. one cashier was with another client, and the other one was just pretending not to see us (the blonde one). Another customer walked straight to her and she decided to ignore that we've been waiting in the line right in front of her. I did not want to make a scene in front of my Son and decided to walk out but made sure to say loud enough "let's go since they don't want to serve us here" that cashier looked at me as I was walking out, looking at me like i was all the sudden visible to her. Don't work in customer service when you don't want to serve "'everyone" i will just leave it at that.

Pharmacy is awful. I used to work at Walgreens and the blatant lack of knowledge here is concerning even from the pharmacist.Same issue every time because they refused to merge my 3 different charts (why there are 3 no idea. Just update my address it’s easier to do that then make a new chart). I was told to just leave and call my doctor.. come to find out the script was filled at another Walgreens 30 minutes away - they CAN see that on their end and the pharmacist should’ve seen this as well.Shoutout to Zach from Webster Walgreens for assisting me with this and going above and beyond to confirm my script was filled there.Then I was told to go sit another 20 minutes to have a script filled that THEY count and it’s not from the dispensary machine. I refused to go wait because I had to wait 25 minutes to do THEIR job. People are so lazy now days it’s shameful. I refuse to come to this Walgreens ever again.

I dropped off a prescription for my canine to replace an older script since his dosage has increased for essential epilepsy meds to prevent grand mal seizures. Unfortunately the vet wrote the script wrong and it was going to be several days before the vet could be reached to remedy the situation, at which point we would be out of the country for 8 days without meds during which time our pet could have a grand mal that might result in irreversible neurological damage.Pharmacist Tiffany was sympathetic and compassionate about this regrettable circumstance and went out of her way to find a solution in a timeline that meets our needs and protects our pet’s health. Thank you so much!!

Went to the drive up window waited in line (second in line) for about 5 minutes only to drive up and find a sign stating they were closed for lunch from 1:30 to 2:00. When I looked at the time it was exactly 1:30 on the dot. We were the second car in line you would think they would finish the line. Customer service is obviously not the goal at this Walgreens and It’s not the first time that this has happened. I will be going to Wegmans pharmacy from now on!

The Pharmacy is joke here. The customer is service extremely poor especially through the phone. They couldn't return the call promptly. I understand the shortage of staffs and all those. But you could tell whether they care or not. I prefer Tops Pharmacy over this location.(The front end customer service is ok.)

Pharmacist told me that my prescription only came as ER in the dosage that I needed so it cost me $25 more. I found out that it would have only cost me $12 for the same med not in ER form and I could have just taken 2 pills in 80 mg. Also very poor customer service by a young blonde when I was last there

DO NOT go here for Covid testing! I pulled in to the drive thru 10-15 mins early for the appt. With only 2 cars ahead of me, I figured it would be quick and easy. ONE HOUR later, I was still sitting there with the same two cars in front. When it was FINALLY my turn to pull up to the window, I was snarkily told it was time for their lunch break. After stating I’d been sitting in line for over an hour, I was given an eye roll and a basket with a swab THROWN into the door. Never again! I don’t recommend this place to anyone! I would give zero stars if I could!

Scheduled my covid testing. I needed for 3 people. Called and spoke to a man. He told me to make one appointment for 3 people and just go through drive through. Pulled up and this RUDE blondy told me that she can only do one test not 3!!! I had to go around town searching for test. Will never use then again for anything!! Get some people skills if you want to work in customer service blondy.

Most horrible pharmacy ever. I had to switch from cvs due to insurance. Customer service is horrible. Prescriptions are never ready. Drive thru is randomly closed or closed due to no staffing.
