Great place to get some great products very inexpensively rather than the 'big box' stores. I agree with the last review about the boxes all over the place and the stock being placed. It makes it difficult to maneuver a cart around. Plus one guy putting stock away was a little upset and dropped the box so hard on the floor it scared the heck out of my mom and I. Not nice.

☆~This Dollar General on 104 is actually nice and clean. Staff are friendly. They also have their shelves stocked up. The one thing that my Husband and I can never find there is Pokemon cards.

Good place to shop, they have always changing seasonal and holiday decorations. Be sure to look at the bottom of your l receipt because you might have a 5 off 25 dollar saving. They tend to have it monthly on a Saturday. If you also go onto their website you can enroll using your phone number at checkout for additional coupons and savings. Friendly staff with a clean store.

Brockport Dollar General the WORST customer service. I was told by an employee after she threw my merchandise on the floor, that I'm lucky she didn't throw me on the floor. Not only was there another manager from a different Dollar General in line and heard the conversation and seen it all. There were atleast 6 other people in line and witnessed it. The manager in line immediately texted Mike the manager of the store we were in. I called corporate and reported the situation. Nothing was done and was even told by Mike's boss, she don't have time and was very rude. I'm disgusted to think that Mike the manager of the Brockport Store did NOTHING. Employee still works there, not even an apology. I am a regular at this store. I know everyone that works there, never have I ever had any problems with the friendly employees! Except 1 her name is Deborah. Step down Mike if you cannot be a MANAGER of ALL expects of managing! Disgraceful!

Today Lorraine cashed me out and she was the rudest customer service rep i ever met! There were notebooks on the 50% off sale table and they came up full price so I mentioned it and she rudely told me it was full price, I said its on the same table she said well its not suppose to be. Even though there were tons of notebooks there.Also they was sign that said 25% off kids socks and she said they were full price so i took a picture of the sign and she said you cant use pictures from other stores and i (nicely) replied i had just taken the picture of the sign from her store!I will never be going to this dollar general again!

I like DG because I can usually grab last minute stuff there quick. However, they are usually a mess. Not sure how they decide when to order stock but it always looks like they just got a truckload in and have no where to put the stuff.

Cashier spoke to us when we came in. Also nice when we checked out. I love all the different items you can buy. Some I have not seen in any other store

I stop here frequently. The staff are always really friendly, helpful and the store is very tidy. Though the carts are weird and kind of small for taller people LoL

what a joke this place is.. i stood in line behind a women with a gatorade. when the kid was done cashing her out he walked away & never came back. 3 employees working & they all walked away. so i stood there for 5 minutes before i decided to leave & yelled bye! worse customer service EVER!!!

Isles are too small. I bumped my humurous bone and the pain wasn't funny. It is hard to shop when there isn't enough room for two people to pass each other going opposite directions.Otherwise, service was ok.

Um no. Half of the store was red taped, fans going, no reason for it. Place looks like it should be shut down, emptied, cleaned and restocked. Looks like a horrible movie.
