This is a great general store with all sorts of interesting foods and other goodies and super friendly proprietors. But most of all today I was so enthralled with their new shopping carts. Happy I found this gem and frequent several times a week. We love their meats and fish selection, everything is top quality and you can tell Christine and Tim only work with the best local farmers out there. The oysters, steaks, and chicken wings are fantastic!! Perfectly curated Mercentille.

Christina is awesome!! I was so glad this place came on my radar. Great selection of meats, local produce (some grown there), beer, non-alcoholic spirits, goat soap, locally made plant based cheese/milk/meat alternatives…….just so much good stuff!! Picked up some amazing salami and crackers and kimchi. I’ll be back for sure!! I appreciate the thought put into every item being carried, not only for its food value, but for the values of the companies behind the products.

I was charmed by the quaint look of the place. If you are into health foods it is a great place for you. I wanted a hot coffee on a chilly fall day but they told me they only serve ice coffee.

A great place near Old Saratoga. All their goods are locally sourced from the grand State of New York. Their wide selection of beers provide a drink for every occassion. There is even maple syrup made from their own trees, and it’s some of the best I’ve ever tasted. I wish them the best in their journey.

I always take a deep breath when I walk into the Mercantile, the aroma is intoxicating! Although I do have a list of items I pick up each time I am there, I always find new and exiting things each time too, this is my happy place!

Selling dirt weed advertised as exotic strain names. Claimed 24.7 % thc. Smells like hay and is harsh as hell. Local farmers need to stick to corn if this is the showcase.

Best customer service and amazing quality products! Cristina went out of her way to help us with a last minute Thanksgiving order, and we couldn't be more grateful. I decided on a whim to also buy a fresh chicken when I picked up my turkeys. SO DELICIOUS! We can't wait to try the turkeys on Thanksgiving, which came from the same farm as the chicken. The kindness and compassion of this business and its owners/staff is incredible. We will def be returning to order for Christmas next! Thanks again Cristina! ❤

I went out of my way to go to Old Saratoga Mercantile because my friend told me about their beer selection. I really wish I knew about this place sooner, as I come to Saratoga multiple times a year. It’s safe to say these guys have the greatest beer selection in the area by a mile. They also update Untappd regularly, so you’re able to check which beers come in by the day. In addition to the excellent beer situation here, they have a whole other section of the store dedicated to local food products and other goods from the area, if beer isn’t your thing. I bought some delicious hot sauce and mustard here as well. To top it all off, the owners are exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable about all their products. I wish I lived around Saratoga so I could go to this place more often. 5 stars all around.

I like it here. There is a lot of local made products from spices to soaps. The prices can be steep on some items but I you should always pay extra to support organic local products. They have a great selection of craft beer that I will purchase on my next visit.
