I have very different opinions of the Adams and Sackets Harbor locations. Sackets Harbor staff are helpful and courteous, very customer oriented. I am there almost daily. Adams is another story. I have in the past spent hundreds of thousands there but not a penny for the last several years.

Prices are a little higher than the big box stores but you save it is gas driving to Watertown.

Great company. Between this location and Adams Center, they have always gone out of their way and often beat the big box stores. I will say the quality of the wood has been better too.

this is a great small town hardware store . the employees are friendly , helpful and knowledgeable . they were doing a memorial day celebration and customer appreciation event , it was great.. I will be stopping there again ..
