The owner and workers there are so kind and educated. My boyfriend and I are first time dog parents and when we arrived they gave us helpful tips and were so kind to answer any questions we have.The lady at the front remembered our dogs’ name and OUR NAMES! It’s all in the details and the owner and her make a great team. We felt very welcomed and most importantly our mini golden-doodle Milo felt like he was at a dogs amusement park haha!P.s he also made his first friend there TILLY (on the right)

I have a girl puggle, and because of her puggle half she is barrel chested. This makes it hard to find a coat. Debra was recommended to me by a friend, and after explaining to me how to measure her we purchased a wonderful winter coat with hood. It fits perfect!Also, I like the fact that her snacks and food are healthy because Luna cannot have food with grains in it! Thank you.

My dog Minnie gets groomed here and they always do a great job, they are very pleasant and have a friendly atmosphere. I highly recommend their service :)

If I could give zero stars, I would. I’m absolutely disgusted and disappointed at the experience I had today. I was dropping my dog off, who has gone here multiple times before, and heard one of the groomers aggressively screaming at a dog for peeing on the floor. These screams could be heard from where I was standing at the front door! Screaming, cursing and who knows what else should never be directed towards another person’s pet. Especially when the owner is paying you for a service and trusting their dog in your care. The receptionist tried to shrug me off and say the groomer was yelling at the pee and not the dog as if I didn’t hear everything myself. So unprofessional and disrespectful on their part. I turned around and didn’t even leave my dog with them, and I will never go back again. A truly disturbing experience.

I took our dog Harley to Woof Gang today for the first time for a grooming appointment. He had been to a different place before but we weren't happy so we decided to try Woof Gang and we were thrilled! Everyone is super nice and welcoming! I had made an appointment for a full groom but when we got there they said it's not necessary and he should get a mini groom which is cheaper. Such a nice surprise! Penelope gave Harley a great cut, she payed special attention to his doodle ears and he came out smelling delicious! They gave him treats right from the get go so he was in heaven! We will definitely be returning!!

My dog managed to get sprayed right in the face by a skunk!! Yuck, yuck, yuck. I called them and they took us on right away and washed my stinky pup several times. She was legitimately 85% better after just being there just an hour or so - a miracle! AND they were so kind and reassuring during it all to me and my dog, for example they let her walk off her wetness after they saw she was so frightened by the hair dryer. We also left the shop with an adorable new collar since her old one was not salvageable!So if you're reading this, thanks so much. I'm not sure what we would have done without you!!! If we ever need a bath or toy or snack we are definitely coming back.

Our chow chow/ jindo mix is a very shy dog and he loves getting a bath here. We love everyone here! They are so gentle and caring and taking him in like he is a new family member. We love this groomers so much!

Very cute store, lots of nice looking treats and clothes for the dogs. We bought a couple of donut looking things for our dogs birthday.One of the things we bought were covered in mini marshmallows, and I thought "oh that's neat, they made dog friendly mini-marshallows somehow"... but then I ate one (yeah, I ate a piece of the dog treat, what about it?!) and it was just a regular mini marshmallow. Too much sugar/high fructose corn syrup for dogs. Dogs don't need sugary things to enjoy their treats, it's just to make them sell better to humans

Friendly and professional staff. Cheerful atmosphere and amazing selection of food, treats, apparel—everything I could possibly need for my dog. The groomers do a wonderful job with my Scottie (who doesn’t love getting her bath) She always look marvelous and happy after her trips to Wolfgang. Kudos!

This is in response to the Owner's comment to my mom's (Michelle) recent review below.It is very frustrating that the owner still is not taking accountability for the situation and continuing to make excuses while trying to discredit our experience there. I was with my mom and can confirm the situation was exactly as she described and not taken out of context. We understand if there was pee on the floor the urgency to clean it up & appreciate the safety and cleaning precautions but that does not warrant aggressive screaming (not shouting) that we could hear crystal clear from the front of the store. The screaming was so aggressive it frightened us. If the blowers were so loud, why could we still hear everything the groomer was screaming perfectly? At the time we did not know the receptionist was the owner, which makes the fact that she was so dismissive towards us and did not get off her chair to take any action in the moment even worse. As the owner; stop making excuses and trying to downplay the whole situation.

Went in and tried to buy a couple of treats. The price came out to 80$, i then tried to ask i could put them back because of the price. They were rude about it and i wanted to leave. However, they made me feel bad so i bought 60$ worth of dog treats. Major rip off do not recommend.

Very compassionate crew. I took my cat, whose fur had become very matted, in to Woof Gang, and they took care of it. I worked with Penelope and Nate, who took extra care to make sure my cat was as comfortable as possible. Highly recommend

I brought my 2 dogs for the 1st time here for a bath among other things and this is definitely my new place! Everyone was so nice and you can tell they all love dogs! Reasonably priced and my dogs were so happy going in and coming out. They did a great job! Buddy and Bella will see you soon!

Best groomers I have ever been to. They treat each dog with such care. They have gone above and beyond for my dog Cosmo who can be a handful. If you want a place that will treat your dog with care and love and also give them a great haircut, then this is the place for you.

Knowledgeable, caring, experienced professionals and a clean, lovely and extremely dog and people friendly environment. We eased into grooming with a puppy package (sanitary trim) and just got our first full groom (puppy cut) yesterday. They asked me exactly what I wanted (don’t lose too much puppy floof!) and the cut exceeded my expectations. Puppy looks even more ADORABLE, is sooo soft and smells great! I couldn’t be more pleased.

LOVE this location for several reasons. The groomers took wonderful care of my Charlie and left him smelling great and looking fresh. This is also my go-to store for Charlie's food, toys, and everything else he may need. The service is very friendly and they're knowledgeable about all things dog (and cat)! Debra, the owner, is wonderful. Can't recommend enough!

So happy to have found my favorite store.again !!Woof Gang Bakery and Grooming is here in Rye , NY !I first found one in Celebration, ( Orlando) Florida.What a fun, colorful happy place! I really love all their products , from toys, treats, food , lotions , shampoos ..we have been pleased with everythingThankful for the extra time spent with me to get just the right food. We’ve had improvement with less itching after changing brands. Great to have knowledgeable staffI travel a lot and was so pleased that they were able to ship items to my home,so they’d be there when I got back !I love looking at their Instagram page of the before and after grooming photos.All the groomers are amazing .. the love they show to each dog lets you know they enjoys what’s they’re doing.I can’t wait to bring my dog with me again when I visit in the fall .. Love the special grooming treatment he always gets ..Can’t wait to see what’s new for the holidays !

I was very disappointed in the service I had received here. I made a first appointment for my eskimo and all they did was give him a bath and the blow dry and brush was terrible. The one staff member told me to come back for another service and then the owner (I believe) said they would only brush him out. They do not communicate obviously. They were nice enough to watch him BC I had an appointment but thats the only positive comment I could make and I did appreciate that they watched him. Very clean though and Penelope is very sweet. Everyone that saw my dog could not even tell he was groomed LOL. And I spent $55 on it.

Walked in this afternoon, owner was behind desk looking at papers. Tried to make small talk about my daughters nine month old golden puppy and birthday for pup in June. Got zero response and she went back to reading.Rude rude rude. So I left and didn’t even browse the store which by the way looked very interesting that’s not the way you’re gonna keep anyone’s business. You really couldn’t engage your customer for 30 seconds. Needless to say I will not go back to find something for the dogs birthday

I was extremely pleased with my service and my Lulu’s wash and cut. This is my second time here and the owner was so thorough and professional. Laura is absolutely amazing and communicative throughout the whole process. I highly recommend bringing your fur babies to them if you want a warm and personalized experience. I would give more stars ⭐️ if I was able.

This is my all time favorite place to bring my dog as of late, (le Bistro groomers are very vocal about certain things...) and they do a magnificent job!I have a labradoodle (white, curly hair, very fluffy...) and to get him groomed is nearly $140 at most other boutique grooming salons in Westchester. Here the price is $120ish. It’s that high because of dematting fees. I am much more willing to pay the $120 here over going to Petco & letting their workers take care of my dog...

Sells mostly grain-free food...which causes DCM. (First red flag.) I absolutely loved the Woof Gang Bakery in my former neighborhood in Savannah, GA. But the people who work at the Rye, NY location are unfriendly. Definitely not what I am used to with this chain. Shout out to Savannah locations though! Way to be hospitable!!! Rye employees need to visit, watch & learn. Skip the Rye store. Order online.
