I have never written a review in my life this is my first. I don’t shop at Walgreens very much and I thought I’ll give it a try since my medical benefits suggest mail order and Walgreens. After many years with my mail order and no problems why even consider. Sadly I did. What a horrible horrible experience and I have not even visited. BE PREPARED! If ever you decide to call you will wait at least 30 min if someone picks up or drops the call. If you ever do get someone they will tell you we tried calling you about your prescription (which you called in about a week ago and are following up) several times, but couldn’t leave a message for some reason. Yeah yeah I heard the same thing a few weeks prior. Seems my business is not welcomed. HORRIBLE I always give the benefit of doubt and try their service again and sadly sadly it repeats itself.

I have to admit that I go there every time there is a good clearance, because the Walgreens around me are so small and don't have much, but this Walgreens never let me down, they always have so much products and a lot of variety to choose from. And I can't go without saying that Eric the store manager is very friendly and always happy to help you. It is very pleasant to do huge transactions with a big smile 😁 thanks for everything Eric and all his friendly staff.

My Dr called in a prescription 5 days ago. I need it prior to a procedure. I went in to pick it up they said we don’t have it will will order it. I asked if the prescription was called in. I was told yes. I asked why did I have to come in to pick it up just for them to order it for me to go back there? She shrugged her shoulders. If there was any question , they could have just called me.By the way this wasn’t the first time this happened! This will be my very last time I have prescriptions sent to Walgreens!

Customer service was good but only one register open manager took forever to come to register for code to be put it..cashier was nice but I wasn't offered much help in the store. Besides that it wasn't too bad

I love this walgreens! I specifically go there and tell all my family and friends to go there to get help from tevin the manager because he truly cares about customers! Please give him a raise! Im so well connected i tell everyone i know about him he truly connects with me when i am there, its like i knew him all my life!

Exterior, entrance and interior aisles kept clean. Hand/cart sanitization station available to customers. Customers must wear a mask to enter. If you found my review helpful, please give it a thumbs up.

Customer service is horrible employees Ann hung up phone on me and gave incorrect info then transferred to supervisor Greg who also was no help said he can’t refund a item from another store, to go the store i went to … he did not even try to resolve as a supervisor i asked if there was anything he can do knowing he had the item in stock that i needed refunded it didn’t work i just needed to exchange he said i have to repurchase it ….i would not recommend this Walgreens i love Walgreens i shop there a lot i would not recommend this store at all

The Riverhead, NY Walgreens is the worst pharmacy I have ever used. They take forever to answer their phone, then out you on hold, then hook you up to a phone that just keeps ringing forever. We had an emergency prescription that needed to fill and were told they had the medicine but we’re too busy to fill it that day. Next day they said they didn’t have it but it should be in the next day by 1:00pm. Then they said it might not make it in that third day so maybe by the fourth day by 1:00pm. Where are the managers? Do they even know what’s going on. People and managers need to be fired. Get someone in there who knows what they are doing! On a better note, Walgreens in Wading River and Medford were extremely helpful during our emergency checking inventory and filling within an hour. Hurray for these Walgreens. Do yourself at abortion and make the trip to support them instead of the idiocy going on at the Riverhead Walgreens!

Check out resulted in overcharge.(did not ring up current price.This was Friday, new prices take effect on Sunday!) A call for assistance resulted in more errors.I was only given half the credit due resulting in a $5.00 overcharge. I WAS APOLOGITIC TO THE LINE WAITING AND CEASED TRYING TO CONCLUDE THE MISSHANDLING. WILL NOT RETURN TO WALGREENS,MY RX ACCOUNT GOES WITH ME AS WELL.I suggest you be very dilligent regarding pricing and checkout practices and suggest Walgreens review their staff for compentency.I also inquired about several items on a cart being marked for clearence. I inquired as to the price of an item that i would have purchased."I can't do that now"?????*

Walgreens in Riverhead has many products to choose from. This Walgreens has a wide inventory of food, health and beauty, stationary, toys and a great pharmacy. The employees at the pharmacy were very helpful and knowledgeable. I reccomend this Walgreens for everyday essentials, pharmaceutical needs as well as long or quick shopping trips.

Clerk couldn't get it right. It took him 4 trys to finally succeed. Also I was looking for the pay bar code for the 2nd time and I told him to help the lady but she kept going on and on and when I told him I was done he ignored me and proceeded to help this woman procrastinating on the same issue.

I gave 1 star for the automated greeter who gives address and phone number. I tried to call to find out why my picture order has the wrong family, but was hung up on while waiting for manager

I wouldn’t go here if it was last pharmacy on earth, look at how they keep the outside maintained. Can only imagine how nasty 🤮 it is behind the counter. You should be ashamed of yourselves you make Riverhead look like trash!! Thanks for NOTHING YOU DIRTBAGS!!!
