The store this time was untidy and very little workers. The beauty area was particularly messy and unstored items in carts. But the store only had one of what I was seeking and it was in the wrong spot. When I went to self check out I was having issues with the gift card the CDR was very standoffish and stared at me like I was an alien 👽 wasn't helpful especially with the long nails trying to jey in on the screen. Finally I just gave up and returned the item.

I can get everything I need here. I can get in and out in a quick trip. It is easy to find everything. The cashiers are helpful and both the service checkout and the self checkout.

This Target was nice and clean. I found what I needed and the cashier, Ms. Penny, was very nice and efficient.

The truth is, if you’re looking for the best price on just about anything, and you want instant gratification (aka you don’t want to order on Amazon), Target is probably your place.. Of course Walmart is always an option, but let’s just say that’s a whole different shopping experience!! The parking lot here in Riverhead is huge so you’ll always find a spot, and the staff is well trained and always helpful.. Their selection of products seems to keep expanding to offer better quality and even the Target brands seem to get better over time.. The clothing is simple and trendy and definitely reasonably priced.. The electronics department has a huge selection of consumer level products at good prices.. They carry a wide range of Apple products, GoPro, and even DJI drones.. We all know that their toy selection offers more to choose from than any kid really needs! Over the last few years they’ve begun selling lots of health brands in their supplement/pharmacy section, as well as their produce.. They really do have some great food options now, ranging from organic produce and non dairy products, to kombucha and organic coconut water.. Definitely a good option to have this Target right here in Riverhead.. Did I mention that there’s a Starbucks in the store?!?

This location is always total mess! Usually targets are kept clean and organized, but not this one. I guess management doesn’t care and needs to be replaced.

It is the largest and most complete store of all the targets I have visited. The clothes and objects to decorate the house are fantastic. But the costumer service was not good.

I don’t normally have an issue with Target.com but highly dissatisfied . Box sent to me is not only destroyed by UPS -open box of wipes and and it looks like the Doritos had a rodent in that box. Soap also leaked over everything. That’s not even the issue, my issue is it’s now my job and time to go return the items to get my money back. Took pictures as soon as I opened the box. Spent 20 minutes chatting with customer service and a poor resolution. Take responsibility for your carrier and products.

Went to the Starbucks and the employee pushed the cup and it fell and got all over my new clothes. She did not bother apologizing and just laughed

I am not sure if I want to shop here... The mess in the shoe/cloth section was unbearable... Is that sloppy clients or crew not paying attention? I am not sure. Do they have issue with hiri g workers? Well. I guess it is not my concern as a client. Is it?

The majority of times I have had to go to customer service, there is always a line and one employee at the counter. If you need to ask a question, usually there is no one to help you.

I love Target. I always have a great experience there( so that’s what the 3 stars are for). I was there this morning and bought a ton of stuff for my home from storage to food to beauty. I was super excited to try the Target Branded Good & Gather products. HOWEVER... while I was eating some of the reduced Fat Coby Jack Good & Gather Cheese snack bars.. half way through my second cheese bar I realize there’s MOLD in the middle of it. According to the eat by date there’s still plenty of time(January 20,2020) . I’m debating if I should throw out the whole pack or if throwing out that one MOLDY individually wrapped bar is enough. So be careful...

Went there the other day and needed irish spring soap. Walked all the isles and couldn't find any or other common brands of soap. This store keeps making annoying changes and I find it a waste of time to go. It used to be a weekly store I shopped at and now i go maybe 2x a year. I prefer Walmart to find a lot of what i need .Went again for 2 common items that they of course stopped selling. This store never carried many common items because they supposedly did not have the room, now after the stupid changes that utilizes even less room for items, they removed even more things people need. CVS did this a few years ago. They tried to make some stores look more "high end" and got rid of product. Beyond stupid decisions! I prefer contents over looks when I need a can of deodorant. I rather find what I need rather than a fancy looking aisle.

I always enjoy shopping in Target in Riverhead NY ! The store has terrific sakes and good quality for their price range. The staff has always been pleasant and helpful . It’s a terrific place to shop for my family and friends ! I usually buy more than planned ; that’s a good thing for Target ! Keep up the great work !

Always find what I'm looking for. This Target has a grocery section which is less expensive the the local grocery stores. Love the drive up option to pick up my groceries.

It’s a big target. I love the magnolia home section they have. They keep everything stocked and full of supplies. I recently bought some really nice and firm pillows! I also bought some good elderberry syrup here that made me feel better. Make sure you check prices on your target app before going in for coupons and deals. Highly recommend this target!

Went to target February 23, 2023, the parking lot is filthy and garbage cans are all broken and cracked very unsightly store, not to mention the potholes as you try to enter the parking lot. Very limited selection of merchandise. I asked a sale associate a question and she didn’t understand me. I just shake my head.

Great Target!I love going to different ones and check the different stock and this one is pretty good.The only downfall is their bathrooms. They weren’t very clean and it had flys every.Other than that great stock and great employees who were helpful.

This rating is specifically for the CVS pharmacy in the store, if you actually NEED your prescription then you definitely need to go somewhere else! Their service is horrible and more often than not will have a problem filling your prescription.
