I honestly wish 0 was an option. We are at this location multiple times a week the cashiers know us by face and we are loyal customers. Today while browsing electronics we stumbled across some incredible deals on keyboards and microphones etc. All clearly tagged with sale tags. Photo below for reference. We grab a few items and go to cash out and not surprisingly they ring up regular price. We notify the cashier she calls for backup. While I go back to show another employee where we got it all, he proceeds to tell me they will not honor the pricing even though it is an error on their end and they proceed to rip down all the sale tags. Meanwhile, my wife is up front being questioned by loss prevention telling her the tags look suspicious because they do not follow the same format as normal showing what the discount is. As if we were criminals trying to rob target and took the time to create our own sale tags and put them on the shelf. To say we are not going back to Queensbury target is an understatement. Treat your customers better. Do better Target!!

Love Target! Only complaint is there are so many associates in the store daily but the clothing departments are a wreck. I always respect Target that's why I gave 5 stars but I am sure they would agree this is not a great representation. As I shop there weekly this was last summer and it still looks like this.

I went to this target today on my lunch break just to get a t shirt to change into because it was so hot out. I paid for my 3$ tshirt at the self checkout. The employee at the self check out was behind me the whole time. She saw me pay and have the receipt in hand. I turned around bc I noticed the security sensor was still on. I politely asked her to remove it Please and she made a comment saying I didn't see you pay! I said you watched me pay and my receipt is in hand. I was racially profiled Nd I felt extremely uncomfortable and will not be returning to that target.

Target has everything including food, office supplies, electronics, clothes, toys, drinks, cleaning supplies, and video games. The employees are also super nice and will help you with stuff

The pharmacist Rebecca Hutchinson is awesome and handled a very busy area and accommodated our vaccine shots with care and in very professional manner and she was working all alone!

I've always liked going here till today. Came in for a return, at the service desk a guy barrels backwards and knocks into me while I'm in line. He tells me to get the hell out of his way. While they are leaving the guy starts yelling at me from 15 feet away. I asked the woman at costumer service to ask them to stop or to leave she said she couldn't. And said what's the big deal he accidentally bumped into you. I said that's fine and well but why is he verbally attacking me after he did this. She shrugs her shoulders. The guys girlfriend is now saying things to me while I'm now requesting security and police (I'm not engaging back). She refused to call anyone and refuses to give me a refund. Walking away and calling her manager. Nothing like getting knocked into and being verbally attacked at Target of Queensbury with the consent and help of costumer service!

Plenty of employees, stocking shelves, and organizing sections, but only two cashiers up front. Most customers were in line for self check out, which was faster, even though the line had 16 people in it. Store appeared clean and organized, but not enough cashiers on duty at 3pm on a weekday. I won’t be back.

We’re visiting from downstate. The only issue we found with this store was the lack of registers open. It’s 8:03 pm and they had no actual registers open, only self checkout. Until stores start discounting for me to work there, I’ll expect a person to check me out. I put my items down and walked out. That aside, the store seemed clean and well stocked.

I like shopping here and the 5% off using my Redcard, but the store on my last 2 visits has been a mess - clothing and items all over the place and floor, this is at 8 am right after opening. Employees appeared to be trying to straighten up but not easy to shop when you have to pick up the items off the floor 😕

Target at the Aviation Mall has become extremely messy and unorganized. pallets or carts to be placed on shelves are usually blocking the aisles with noone around unloading them. Extremely messy store. this store has gone down hill in the past year or so.

I really love the women’s clothing at target, but the customer service has been lacking as of lately. I just wanted to do an exchange where I return items and buy new ones on the same transaction, but apparently that can’t be done. I suppose that’s understandable, but there needs to be some way to return an item and purchase a new one and the same transaction without spending your own money out of pocket. I had to have the associate put my items on hold, and now I will have to make another trip to come back and buy them when my money is returned!! Why is that necessary.This is the third issue I’ve had with customer service in the last few weeks. I also had an issue where the app glitched and seemed to duplicate my order - so I canceled “one of them”. It turned out there was only one order, it just looked like two. The order I canceled had free shipping because it was originally a store pickup but they couldn’t find it in store. I spoke to customer service and they were just like 🤷♀️ and refused to ship the item for free again. So that’s why I went to the store today to begin with.

I've been using the drive-up more often as the pandemic has gotten worse and I'm so happy they have it. They're not like other stores that charge you fees, its free and so helpful. It makes us feel that much more safe to avoid the crowds. Keep up the good work, employees! We appreciate you!

We stopped at this gigantic Target while using the Tesla supercharger and their very convenient, clean bathrooms. The rest of the store is excellent, the groceries are fresh, and it has everything you would expect a target would have.

placed 3 orders in the last 2 days for curbside pickup, the last one right before I headed to the store. all orders were ready to go within an hour of placing. curbside pickup was extremely fast and easy. all orders are perfect, nothing missing, and I got some pretty random stuff. these people are working really hard during the pandemic holiday season and deserve some praise! thank you!!!!!!
