The only reason I would give them a 1 is because of a refund I got. In October I ordered and custom made door. The contractor came out measured the door. The wrong size door came. Contractor comes to put in and it’s the wrong door. A new one is ordered and comes in the beginning of February. On February 15th the new door was supposed to be installed but contractor called said he has no one to help. Then he says he cant install the door the following week because he was on vacation. I called Lowe’s and I got the installation money refunded. Now I find my own contractor he goes to put it in and the center of the door is too tall. I will never go to Lowe’s for anything again.

It took them 40 mins to get a fork truck driver out to the pro desk to load me today. Pro desk was fully staffed with several drivers, and the forklift was parked, with clear easy access to load. I hope management will look into this!

We have been without our two-year-old side by side refrigerator/freezer for over three weeks now. We can't seem to get any help to get this fixed. It is under extended warranty, and they have to go through a different provider to get it fixed because it is a samsung. The part was ordered a week and a 1/2 ago. There is still no tracking number, nor has it been shipped. We have been without a refrigerator for twenty-three days so far. We keep getting told. It's going to be escalated, but we never hear anything back. I don't know that we will ever buy an appliance through Lowe's again.

Was bringing back a return to to get credit to make another purchase. Was told any holiday items could not be returned. I showed them return policy that said only returns that couldn't be refunded within 90 days and wasn't on list. Will probably be my last trip to this store, was disrespected and have given them business since day opened.

One of my ALL TIME worse experiences at lowes. The woman in home decor Dawn was one of the rudest people ive ever experienced at a lowes store ever! Not only was she nasty when we asked where the guy was in flooring, when we actually found the guy we were working with him she came in a butted in between us talking over us to another customer. I get it people need to be waited on but not like that. She was rude unprofessional. Lowes need to do something with and about her because I wont be back if I ever get treated like that again in this store. I flip houses I buy alot of appliances and such.

Lowe's is the best place to get our project supplies. The staff has as always been professional and as helpful as they can be. I'm always inspired when I walk the aisles.

Don't ever expect your appliances to be delivered by these guys. Attached is a picture of my driveway with no snow on it. I was told by the store that my driveway was covered in snow and unsafe. This is the second time my delivery has been canceled without a phone call letting me know. The manager of the store didn't seem to have time to care and had no problems canceling my 4 appliance order. Oh well. Lousy drivers who don't want to work and a manager who just doesn't care. This is the last time I do business with Lowe's.

Went in to try to find bird feed, couldn’t find it anywhere so I asked four employees for help. Two employees said “maybe over by the outdoor stuff”, one said “probably where the birds hang out” and the last said “I don’t know”. Guess I will be trying somewhere else next time.

I am so disappointed in Lowe's lately. They just don't have the same quality they had 5 years ago. I understand prices rise, but what they are asking for lumber vs what they are offering just doesn't match up these days. Stopped in to grab some landscape timbers the other day (they are kept outside in the garden center) they were so gross and warped everything they had was unusable (possibly moldy?) But I could clearly see a new "fresher" straighter bundle sitting up on top of the very high shelving waiting for the junk to sell first. Figured I'd check out the plants while we were there, and wasn't impressed. I really got a kick out of their "managers specials". Plants were dead as a doornail. We left without making a purchase.

Know your stores when going in to make purchases or price shipping. Most times hard to find assistance to find, don't leave your carts unattended for more then a min or so otherwise it will get re shopped, and have to start over.

Caution for those in the market for a new appliance: steer clear of Lowe's. While their appliances vary in quality, our dreadful experience lies in Lowe's extended warranty. The repairman exacerbated the issue during a brief visit, damaging the product further. Surprisingly, we were then tasked with removing the dishwasher ourselves for future service. Despite our efforts, resolving the matter has been a frustrating two-month ordeal, marked by canceled appointments and false claims of our absence. #Lowe's #DisappointingExtendedWarranty

Lowe's sucks. As far a Lowe's goes, this location is one of the worst! There are possibly three employees who have a clue the rest are just warm bodies milling around with no knowledge of the business or the ability to assist with much other than to point you towards the restrooms/break room.

I was at self-checkout and the employee was hovering over me, watching my every move. She took over the entire transaction for me (I never even asked for help!!). She also TOOK my debit card out of my hand and was rushing me like there was a long line but I was the only customer at that moment. Then another lady came over and just watched me. Made me feel very very uncomfortable. I don’t think I’ll be coming back here. Very strange experience.

Lowe's has gotten a lot better since I moved here. I recommend them. But please carry more Pro Form mud. I also wish they carried TrimTex products. I'd rather consolidate where I get everything.

The gentleman that helped us was amazing! He quickly helped us get the bottom box off the top shelf so we could start spring with our new smoker/grill. Always love coming here easily find things I need for projects around the home.

Extremely good service, very friendly associates, their credit card works well. I just recently bought all new appliances from them, and have had no issue with delivery, install, or the appliances themselves. Would recommend.

All of the employees are extremely helpful and willing to assist in both advice and location of merchandise. Everything is clearly marked by isle so you can find anything you want. They have both cashier and self serve checkout stations. This is where I always go for my building needs.

We waited for 15 minutes for someone to come and help us get a garden hose that was on a shelve and no more on display. We were ignored by 2 employees in the garden center. My husband went to get help again amd found Rob inside at lawn and garden. He came right out and got us what we wanted. GREAT employee!!!!!

I have been a loyal lowes customer since it was built, spent countless thousands there. Never again. I do not want to self checkout, I will go to ace or home depot if that's what it takes. Last visit was the last straw. 15 customers waiting, no registers open. Self checkout area was a total circus, everyone was confused , in the way of people trying to walk thru the store. Even the poor lowes employee who was trying to help everyone was totally frustrated. I saw at least 4 people walk out instead of dealing with the aggravation. Seems like every transaction was a problem. On top of it all saw at least 4 lowes employees standing around socializing . Don't tell me they can't afford a couple of cashiers. I won't be back.

The cashier/service person at the lumber side of the store helped the 2 gentlemen in front of me and then ignored me when 2 people came up to cash out after me. No, "I'll be right with you" or acknowledgment. The cashier I went to was very pleasant and the 2 people I found in the store to help me were very nice.

Almost impossible to find any employee to help with finding things. When I did find one, they misdirected me three times down different aisles. Their attitude was one of " I couldn't care less". When I finally was ready to checkout, I found one has to do it by oneself. The less than unhelpful woman assigned to watch us work for free for Lowes was no help whatsoever. I am a disabled veteran and needed help. There was no help to be found. Lowes just permanently lost my business. -And I know, they couldn't care less.

Put in an online order on the 16th was told it would be here on the 19 I only live an hour from the store. It is now the 24th and still no product. I tried the tracking number with no results. Called customer service at Lowe's in Queensbury and as I was still talking to the rude person she slams the phone in my ear. Nothing was rectified and was told I can't get my money back. I will never recommend ordering or shopping there to anyone

Always very helpful go-out-of-their-way employees (they remember and acknowledge you when you come in - I'm thinking millwork, electrical, plumbing, flooring, the manager in the wheelchair, etc...) Some incredible deals here, can't be beat for carpeting/flooring specials, great and knowledgeable paint staff, etc..

Went to buy a grill and was left with no help to load it it. When they brought out the grill, it was SOAKING WET. They didnt offer to dry it off or anything until we asked why it was wet. Its good to know that you guys clean products before giving them but atleast dry it off, it was going in someones car!! Then no one offered to help us, Until a nice man named Matt came over and helped us out. This guy was the only helpful Lowes employee in the whole store. And this is not my first bad experience!!!

We had to get plumbing supplies and Dave Bellows help us out tremendously. He is a wonderful employee. We used the self check out with a store credit and it took the cashier 3 times to get the info in. The other woman at the next register wasn't any better. Neither one knew what they were doing. Took us about 10 minutes to get cashed out. It was really pitiful.

I got what I needed, found everything 12/ 18/21 got the fans that where on saleMom had to pick up some board that dad needed it was expensive, but he didn't care me needed it !!!omg this is the only place I could find my Christmas 🎄,,the ones that are in the pots and they last for months ,I love them,,,omg I got a good deal on the potting soils with fertilizer 2 monster bags for 25$
