The head manager Teddy was great he explain the services I needed in a pleasant manner didn’t pressure me to do the work just told me it was needed so I felt so much better in getting all the services he recommended without feeling like I was being ripped off. Once he was done the technicians did great work, car was fixed as promised and I have had no issues with the services performed. Johnathon cashed me out he was polite and efficient. I bring all three of my cars here to be serviced all the time. 2 Infiniti's and a Scion and they do excellent work on all three of them. You can trust this place to do work on your car.

The customer service is horrible at this place. I went there at 8:30 am. They told me to book appointment and I did make an appointment for 9:30. I dropped off my car at 9 am. The store manager was very rude and not giving me any information. They didn’t even bother talking me about car. They were taking other customers while they told me to stay on the side. They keep trying to tell cancel my appointment. I still waited for my car to get alignment and tire rotation. I was there till 1:15 pm. Anytime I had a question the employee didn’t help me. There was 3 people at the store working at the front all of them rude. This is my first time experiencing something like this. I been a loyal customer more than 5 years. I went as I asked the girl at the front she kept ignoring me. Then finally when the store manager told her to give the that’s when she said your car is ready. No paperwork was given to or anything else. I felt horrible and uncomfortable. This is a very unprofessional place.

I Had the best experience at this location! They had me in and out within half an hour and service my vehicle. The gentleman who serviced my car took such great care of it! I was even offered light refreshments and treated very nicely while I waited for my car to be serviced. If you were looking for a place to service your car, be in and out in a short amount of time, and save money I would definitely come to this location.

I towed my car here around 4PM when the alternator went bad. I expected to get it fixed the same day but they said they couldn’t start working on it until the next day. Fair. They charge a $100 diagnostic fee which is high but it’s pepboys, expected. I got the diagnosis report along with a quote for repairs around 1 pm the next day. There were a few more things wrong with the car which brought my total repair to around $1950.Now I knew Pepboys would be expensive but they were charging me over $1000 in labor charges which I could not afford.I went to pick up the car and move it to another mechanic and I was very disappointed with the manager/technician’s attitude towards me once he heard I wasn’t going to have it repaired here. I had some questions for Mr. Manager, the one who also checked up my car. Before I could finish asking, he essentially replied, “I don’t know why you’re asking me, you’re taking it to another mechanic, right? Go ask them.” After paying $109 for the diagnosis including taxes, I should be able to ask a question or two, right? Nope. Disgusting behavior if you ask me. I can understand you want business, but please don’t hold that against customers when they choose to spend their money elsewhere. -2 stars (being generous)Their counters are often empty or have one person taking care of a few customers, so wait times can be annoying. -1 starI’ve had tires and oil changed here before and they are quick and do a good job. Just please hire more people at the front and give your staff some customer service training. Will have second thoughts before coming here again.

I highly recommend this place to service your vehicle. I’ve been a customer for several years. On a few occasions I came in because of different sounds and lights in the dashboard. I was always charged reasonable rates. On many occasions as being an overly cautious person of safety there were times that there was nothing wrong with the car. Each time the car was examined and I was charged nothing. You know as a woman, other places would finds hundreds of dollars of things wrong.They have integrity. That is what keeps me coming back, other than a job well done!

I brought in my car for new tires and an inspection. I was told that my car would be completed in an hour and 15 minutes. 2 hours later my car was still not done. I logged in to the tracking text which said my car wasn’t assigned a technician. When I asked I was told that the app didn’t work. I looked at the work area and saw that my car was sitting against the wall. When I asked why it was against the wall, the clerk told me,” That’s because I have your papers. Sit down and I’ll call you when I’m ready.” She was beyond rude. The customer service was beyond lacking. They NEVER did the inspection! Do not use this location!

The best Car Service I have gotten in a very long time ! If you’re ever in the Queens Village area of Queens Nyc, I highly recommend them. They will go above & beyond on their quality of work. Teddy the Manager as well as Suran as the mechanic, did right by me. Trust me.

Their service is very bad. Every time I went, they charged for something they didn't do. They charge for Labor extended warranty and materials, when I found their faulty workmanship and went back to fix the issues they charged for the labor and the material. I also bought 4 tires and had a warranty and it was clearly written under limited warranty for a passenger car, "defects in material and workmanship: should the tire prove to be defective in material or workmanship, we will at our option and subject to prorate adjustment, either replace tire or give you a refund. My tires got bumped. I only drove 7000 miles on these tires and the warranty was for 50000 miles. When I took the tire to them they ignored me and finally when they told me to call the manufacturer. Very disappointed. I would never go to pep boys again. I wouldn't recommend anyone else to go there either.

My experience at Pepboys was surprisingly seamless. My service advisor, Marc, was the main reason for this. He was very transparent with the issues on my car, as well as the estimated wait time. He also was able to show me the worn tread on my tires, as well as recommend a brand that would give me the best bang for my buck. His stellar customer service should be the standard. Pepboys has certainly earned a repeat customer!

I just had to tires replaced. They put the wrong tires on but when I made them aware of the mistake they Replaced them with the correct size. It cost me another hour of waiting. Overall, the staff were ok. I stood at the sevice counter while the staff walked by me a few times without acknowledging my presence when I first got there. They did get the job done.

My first experience wasn’t on good one. Went to get my car bulb changed both front and Back indicator was out. The service for adviser was good but the technician was horrible. He did a terrible job. Didn’t even fix my car properly two hours later my front Bulb was out again. This place I will never go back.

What the hell happened here… You can no longer buy any type of auto supplies here, and when we walked in casually just to pick up some motor oil, I didn’t know that they no longer did this. The guy behind the counter had such an attitude and just snapped “ no we don’t sell that no more”I mean if you really don’t like your job then just leave, don’t share your cruddy attitude with other people. Maybe they’re going to make some changes and go back to being more of a full service auto store but right now it’s just Pep Boys tire repair center/whatever other under the hood service they can give you but don’t look for anything else soap, wax, windshield wipers, nothing else. We’ll wait and see what happens. Perhaps this is going to be a lucrative venture for Pep Boys but I’m going to venture towards how long will it be before this becomes a vacant store and then be bought out and turned into a 99 Cents store because I cannot see how they could possibly be turning a profit in this location in its current state.

Happy with their service and workmanship but people at the front desk are not courteous. And, with people with bad temper, who cares to go to get their services done! I had a very unsatisfactory experience with such front desk people, who have no sense of courtesy or greetings and were very rude and hot tempered.

Very bad service and unprofessional mechanics! They do not do any of the inspection properly they purposely broke my car intake hose and wants to charge me more! Before I took my car from my cousin who is a mechanic I checked everything and everything was fine but now they telling me the intake hose is broken. They broke it on purpose to charge me more. I WARN EVERY OF YA’LL DO NOT GO TO PEP BOYS THEY WILL ROB YOU LIKE THAT AND TAKE YOUR MONEY!!!
