I wanted passport pictures. I was able to do it, however one of the managers or so I don’t know what he was. He was profiling my family. Every time I would turn my head, he would be right next to us staring at us. Of course I stared back because I’m not going to back down. I just did not like how close he was to my family. It made me very uncomfortable. They also had two little girls working there. I believe they were around the age of 13.

CVS pharmacy is almost as PATHETIC as Walgreens on Springfield Blvd. Yet CVS wins 1st Place for incompetence and worst customer service. I called 8 a.m this morning putting in a prescription for my 91 years young mother and CVS asked when do u want it? I answered this afternoon and they said okay. Here it is now 20 minutes till 6 p.m and they said I have to sit and wait while they fill it now as they never got to it in the last 9 plus hours they have been open!!Maybe hire more workers as u can surely afford it as u make millions on all these drugs priced outrageously gouging seniors. I come from work and have to wait for a prescription when I called early morning to save time and a hassle in the first place? DISGRACEFUL.CVS deserves ZERO STARS!!!

Shameful behavior. No medication was given, especially a girl wearing the hijab. She saw that I was an Arab and behaved very badly with me.

They have definitely made an improvement from my last review.The pharmacy staff is friendlier and take care of everything. I would definitely give credit to Amit the manager there. The people seem overworked and may need better monetary incentives. The short staff at night might need to be looked into and cvs might have to open up more budgets to employ more people at night.If cvs is looking , thank you for your hard work and don’t stop there.

I guess the pharmacy phone isn't 24 hrs.I called the pharmacy was on hold for 13 minutes and no one picked up.Called back and went to front store and they picked up quickly hence the (⭐)The phone service is another trip. It takes forever to find out which options you are looking for. One set of options you have to use number keys and the other option you have to speak. Like chose one and stick with it cvs.READ THE OTHER REVIEWS... SAME TRASH DIFFERNT MONTH...Your phone customer service is trash, difficult in selection and pharmacy phone non existence.

Worst people ever worst pharmacy ever. I called and went back 3 times for one prescription that My BOSS prescribe for me . I called them for the 4th time they said my script was ready , my mom went to get them and they said they never got any scripts . Unbelievable with this place they need new workers. The tall Indian guy knew nothing at all he even picked up the phone and said it will be ready in 30 mins. Chinese woman said she got it and it’s not ready it will be ready on 20 mins now they are saying they never got it I’ve been going here since I was a kid . The owner of this place needs to look around and find new staff. I honestly will give this place 0 ! Please do not go here especially if you are extremely sick and do not go here for toddlers .

Always very busy... except if you go later in the eve.when you do wait to get to ask your questions in the pharmacy they are always very nice and answer all your questions and you feel as though they took the time necessary to help you.

I called three times today and was place on holdThe pharmacy section disconnected me back to back.This pharmacy employee need some customer service training, Very poor service and unprofessional. It truly a nightmare going to Springfield and 89thAve CVS.

Calling the pharmacy for the last 2 days. I was on hold for 30+ minutes. Spoke to two store managers and still could not speak to anyone in pharmacy. I wish there is a zero star. The worst customer service

They need to answer the phone...called 4 + times and no answer ....you will be on hold for ever and when i show up there ...they are not even busy but they still leave the phone to ring/putting calls on hold. I hope someone is reading these reviews and make a change.

Guys u need to avoid the location pharmacist RUSHIK GANDHI he's racsis and a lier when Indians come in CVS he is all nice and if u r not white u get the worse treatment he was calling out this lady meds and she ask him why do have do that he was so rude to this old lady when we got up to the counter to say dude why r u so mean he told to mind out own business and he held back my mom meds all because we spoke up she had move to another CVS pharmacy
