I have purchased all my bird food, bird feeders, suet, etc. for over 20 years at Wild Bird Unlimited stores in both New Hampshire and New York States. I would never purchase at any other store. Brad at the Poughkeepsie New York store, has been so kind and very helpful to me the last few years. He is very knowledgeable when it comes to birds, their food and supplies needed to care for them. I call him, place my order with him, and it is delivered within 2-3 days! I am in awe with the excellent customer service that I receive year after year. I even received a gift this past December from Brad - a beautiful coffee mug with an oriole image. I was thrilled! I did not have that one! This was to thank me for my order. I am extremely grateful to have one of these stores only an hour away from my home.

Nice store for bird enthusiasts, a bit pricey for me. They do have interesting things you might not find anywhere else and it was nice to see the water wiggler (?) in action in a birdbath. Friendly helpful staff and hey, they will ship purchases over $75 to your home for free!

What a great store! Brad is super knowledgable and goes above and beyond to put customers first. “Cawl, walk, run”...That’s what you will hear him say while you are loading a cart up with items you don’t even know how to utilize as a new bird enthusiast. From the start he gained my trust as I embarked on my bird journey. It was a bit overwhelming deciding what to buy. Brad led me in the right direction and told me what to hold off on, which kept me and my wallet happy.I ordered some suet online and he was even able to drop it off on his way home.
