Today, we encountered a very rude receptionist/staff member when my daughter was getting her second dose of vaccine. We drove roughly 4 hours today in a rush so we forgot her insurance card causing the employee to grunted very loudly, give eye rolls and slam the desk. Now excuse me, all you had to do was ask for her name and date of birth. Then “miraculously” you can literally pull up all her information. We’ve given you all the information prior to her first vaccination and it should be stored in the computer. Like that’s what computers are for, aren’t they? Didn’t understand what all that tantrum was for, but it just showed how unprofessional you are. After everything that had happened, I expected an apology. As expected, you didn’t do anything to compensate your behavior. I understand it was our fault that we didn’t bring the insurance card and we “delayed” your time to relax. However, this is your job and do it professionally!

Store was very clean but the cashier was close to useless. She didn’t say a word to me until she was done ringing up my items, then she asked “Rewards?”. When my phone number did not go through, she then told me to try again. After it went through a second time and my payment processed we both looked at each other. Me, being the customer, expected her to bag my items. I guess she had different ideas, because she looked at me after she handed me the receipt and didn’t say a word. So I quickly bagged my own items, since I brought in my own bag. I tried to be as quick as possible since a line was now forming behind me and I wanted her to beam her helpfulness and welcoming warmth down on the next few customers. Why not just have a self check out? The scanners might be more welcoming than she was. Cut out the middle man and save yourself some money. Or put her in a new position where she doesn’t have to speak to customers, since she doesn’t do that anyway.

Terrible. Went in today for a photo pickup. Get there and get stuck behind an old woman trying to return something. It’s not the customer service area, so not sure why she wasn’t directed there, but since she’s older, I wait. I literally stood there for 15 minutes, as a long line behind me former, while an employee kept explaining over and over to her why she only received a certain amount of money back in her return. Rather than direct her to customer service, or even call for back up to address the long line, the employee did nothing. Finally, another employee noticed the growing line and went to find someone else to help. Will not do my photos here anymore.

I recently purchased Boots 7 make up. Daniel, who knows a LOT about cosmetology was of great help to me. He spent so much time helping me choose just the right foundation for my skin type. I have been searching for the right match for a very long time. He was so patient and so helpful. He has a good eye for what works for your skin type and skin tone. He actually sat me down, on two different days, and meticulously applied the make-up. He even took me outside in daylight to see if I Iiked it in natural light. If you're looking for help in choosing the right products for your best look, Daniel is the one to go to!

I think a customer picked up the phone after I was on hold for about 20 minutes. That or someone snuck into the pharmacy. Corporate really needs to hire competent people. Do they pay international waters level low? That’s the only explanation I can think of for whoever picked up the phone to have this job.

This location is the one nearest to my home, however I’ve had to change to a different location because each time I have prescriptions sent, its always an issue whether stating the order was never received, each time i’ve had to contact my doctor to resend or they look further into my records and happen to find the prescription. Today was the icing on the cake, Before arriving home from having knee surgery, my husband and I went to pick my medication 2 different medicine. The pharmacist explained only 1 medicine was received and they had nothing more for me. Again, as I normally have to, I called my Doctor and he states he sent both prescriptions and they should have it but he will resend anyway. We called the pharmacy and they all of a sudden found the order. Long story short, I chose this pharmacy because its the most convenient but each and every time it ends up being very inconvenient therefore today is the last day we will be using this walgreens.

Absolutely terrible store. The store manager Jeffrey Scull is the most disgusting person i have ever encountered. One point I caught him touching his genitals. Very awful human being. I witnessed him opening products on the sales floor, placing products into his undergarments, than putting them back into boxes.NEVER SHOP HERE!!!!!!
