Megan at The Pet Zone was so helpful. We got our little chihuahua, and she's the best. They employees at the store were so easy to deal with, and they were incredibly patient. My sister in law also purchased a Golden Doodle from here. He's great. We recommend The Pet Zone to anyone and everyone.

WOW!!!!Immediately upon arrival, I was greeted by the warm smiles of multiple employees who treated me with the utmost respect. I was impressed by the professionalism and dedication of the store manager, Megan.Megan, along with the entirety of The Pet Zone staff do everything they can to ensure the puppies are taken care of in every way imaginable. It is easy to see the genuine love these people have for all the puppies.I highly recommend you visit The Pet Zone if you are ever searching for a soul mate with fur and paws.

I saw that they had a toy aussie. Went in to meet him. He was perfect. Megan was awesome in helping with everything and had the patience of a saint dealing with the entire production leading up to us picking him up the following day. Like everyone else I have heard horror stories about pet stores so I arranged to pick him up the following day so he could go straight to the vet before coming home to meet our other dog. Vet visit went phenomenally and our little dude got a super clean bill of health. So happy that we have our new little pup who is settling in so nice! Thank you Megan for making this possible. 💙

My wife and I were just passing by when we had the urge to see what puppies they had available. We were greeted very kindly and respect during our time there. What was originally supposed to be a quick one shop stop at the galleria turned into us taking a puppy home. Trinity was so caring and passionate from the start. Megan, who was well knowledged, Quick and thorough about the whole procedure. Brooklyn was also kind. We once again, want to thank Trinity, Megan and Brooklyn for everything.

Megan was phenomenal! She was very honest and upfront with us when it came to getting our newest addition to our family Kai. Took her time with us and made sure we understood everything before leaving the store and signing any paperwork. Would 10/10 recommend!

I want to give trinity 5 stars. She pulled at my heartstrings. But not too much. Just enough. She was wonderful. We have a new baby shibu inu becuase of trinity. The reason this is 4 stars is because her coworker Teegan was yelling at her in front of customers and talking about her closed in a room. Very unprofessional. If it wasn’t for trinity I probably would have left. Be kind to your employees. It effects the customer experience. Megan the manager was very nice and helped me over the phone. She raved about trinity as well

A few days ago, we went to this amazing store and adopted our beautiful, beautiful, purebred Havanese puppy, that we named Woody! The staff at the store was absolutely amazing. They were teary-eyed as we took Woody out of the store. Woody is the happiest, most affectionate, playful, healthy little puppy. He is such an amazing addition to our family. I was able to pad train this puppy within two days and not only that, but he seems to understand the command be good! And when I see it, he simply lays down and starts to wag his tail. He is perfect in every way, and the experience of purchasing him from this store was absolutely perfect. It could not have gone better.

From the moment we walked in we knew the french bulldog and puggle were meant to be ours !!! Megan was awesome !!! She helped us from start to finish and took care of everything! All of the staff were knowledgeable and extremely friendly !!! The puppies are absolutely awesome and were so well taken care of at the pet zone. The Pet zone had a store rep named Karolin, who's customer service was absolutely awesome! I came into the store to show interest in buying the French Bulldog, which she was well knowledgeable, genuine, friendly and delivered exceptional service. I will return eventually to purchase my new best friend and make a final decision with her. Thank you Karolin!

I recently bought a puppy from here and honestly don’t have one bad thing to say. The lady we dealt w was Megan. She was professional and nice and pleasant. We bought a puppy 20 minutes before they closed. She made the process very easy and fast. She answered all our questions and concerns. We got all the proper paperwork of vet visits and shots. We even were give three generations family tree of him.. I’m sure Megan was tired and ready to go home on a Saturday night just before closing but she was sweet and professional w us. I would recommend pet zone for anyone interested in buying a puppy and highly recommend talking w Megan super helpful and knowledgeable

Been here several times for my dog’s necessities and adopted my English bulldog Rilee. I appreciated the friendly staff and their service any time I’ve came here especially with the adoption. Went there today and saw this amazing mini Aussie doodle. Immediately fell in love. Spoke to Meghan and Sarah. They were extremely helpful and explained everything. The Pet Zone at the Galleria Mall in Poughkeepsie is a MAGNIFICENT place to find the next Dog family member for your entire family. Megan Reilly and her staff are professional, friendly, engaging and they are A-1 tops in caring for the best looking and loveable Pups you can find. These little pups are healthy and loving and looking for families to love them. The communications and generosity of Pet zone by Megan and co. Are part of the great experience. My family and I added a new baby Jack Russell Terrier named ‘Mack’ to our home. I am 100% happy and convinced I got the best pup I could hope to find thanks to Megan and her team at Pet Zone. I got my puppy named Winnie here 1 year ago from today and he’s been a joy! He was well socialized when we got him and loves people. The girls that work here treated him very well and it’s very apparent with his behavior. We’ve brought him back a handful of times to visit and he still remembers the girls here and is very excited to see them when he’s been brought back. Highly recommend! ❤️

I had a wonderful experience at petzone. I met my perfect companion! I was helped by Megan who was so friendly and funny. In my case, she really bonded with my new puppy,Romeo. At petzone they all took great care of him and the other puppies looking for forever homes. Megan helped him so much and didn’t give up on him. I am beyond grateful for their help and assistance. They all are very patient and truly want the best for all the puppies. They give you information of all the puppies such as vaccines they’ve had, their diet, and their health. Wish I could give this place a 0 went there today with my boyfriend because I am looking around to purchase a puppy. I immediately thought of the pet zone since I have been coming here since I was 12 to play with the cute puppies they had I went in and asked if we could play with one of the puppies but the lady in the front gave me an insane attitude and was extremely rude as I was touching the puppies that are out in the front she said sanitize first before u touch them …. In an extremely rude way immediately I no longer wanted to even purchase a dog from here anymore which didn’t even matter because she than said I could only look at the puppies that were out in the front and only serious inquiries would allow me to play with the one I wanted to see I didn’t even bother to tell her o was actually looking to buy a puppie bc she then made sure she said “ u can’t even play with them unless ur 18 “ which I am so it honestly made me laugh because I felt like I was being judged by how young I am or I honestly don’t know but she was very unfriendly and definitely did not make me wanna purchase anything . How can u work with puppies and be so MISERABLE
