I ordered a tray of fried flounder for a family gathering after a funeral. The flounder was amazing. They don't get the fish from the store. They order it fresh...had to give them 24 hours notice. Highlyrecommend.

Customer service lacks. When I asked bread section employee where are the sliced bread bags ,she said not here. When paying I asked cashier that it was in isle 7 when walking back to check out I mentioned to employee that this is what I meant.Arrogantly said not here again, and I don’t know where.I said so why didn’t you say that? Oh I did she says. Well that is saying I am a liar. Management better step up and educate their employees. Instead of just brushing it off. Bottom line We the customers are their bread and butter.This happened 2-18-24 Saturday evening.

Today I was there and the cashier big lady with a heavy eyeliner was so rude she need to learn how to behave with the customers i just put the jar of salsa on the shelves next to the cashier in order for me to put all the items on the cashier to scan and she was mad I wanna make sure I put all the items in the cashier in order to me to run and put back the salsa! That's not first time I think that lady need to be trained that's 3rd time for me to encounter her, and she act the same way!

Generally I really like it here. Amazing cheese and veggies selection. However, the milk is expensive ($8.39 for a half gallon of Horizon). And tonight I bought some meatballs from the deli section that were pretty gross, to be honest (and pricey at $11 for two).

It's small, but it's got food a bit above and beyond what other stores have. And everyone is so helpful.- today I stopped in for some milk and found something I've only found there... Marrow bones, here comes my stew.Usually a selection of wonderful fresh fruits and vegetables.There are lots of out of the norm (in my mind) goods. I usually find something new to try.

Great place for shopping, large variety of fresh produce, dairy and bread. Great fish selection and rotisserie items. Prices are a little high on everyday items but you'll find a large selection of authentic Italian products hard to find in other places. Cotechino, speck, bresaola, parmacotto... are some of the things that make this place great

Bought pita bread there yesterday opened it up last night for dinner and it was totally moldy. It was pretty disgusting. Returned it this morning and got my money back. Very disappointed with North Shore Farms. Now I question the freshness of their food. I won’t be back.

Great store with exceptional produce and groceries. Fresh fish mongers are exceptional as are all the staff. Fresh bread bakery is second to none. Cheese isle is fantastic. Great parking and individualized services.

A nice little place to shop. Very pleasant shopping experience. There's many choices and a vast selection of foods. As well as "homemade" foods that are very delicious. Especially the Italian foods. Not so much the Asian foods, but they are good too. Nice workers at this location (Port Washington) compared to the mineola location. This place has an entire island of cheeses from around the world.

TBH...they are very nice..great selection of items..but..(why??).. they moved some products to behind the deli and I was not able to get what I initially went there for because it was closing time. And they were nice enough to let me in at 5 minutes before. Very big and delicious cheese section. Fresh sushi. Pasta.. imported varieties top notch very extensive produce section. Moderately priced . Better than uncle Giuseppe down the road from them.

The prices and quality of the produce are excellent. From fruits and vegetables to fresh baked bread, organic beef and chicken, spices and much more. They have all that you need to make a delicious dinner with ingredients of top quality. I recommend it.👩🏻‍🍳

I love this little market. The produce is always plentiful and fresh, plus they have a wonderful bakery, butcher, cheese area, fish counter and plenty of prepared and ready-to-cook foods. Staff is always helpful and friendly and plenty of checkout lanes open. Not a lot of 'center of the store' boxed and canned goods nor cleaning and toiletry supplies, but enough to get by in a pinch. This is where you want to shop for FOOD, not the other stuff.

Better stocked than the nearby Uncle Giuseppe store. Has more variety than Whole Foods - more cheese variety, baked goods, less breads, faster lines. Prices are comparable. Temperature within kept a bit on the cool side.

My favorite place for groceries, fish and breads. Their prepared foods are very good. Produce selection is great. Outstanding staff. The meat department is very accommodating...selected beautiful Capons for our thanksgiving which all enjoyed. I actually enjoy going!

I love North Shore Farms, they have great Italian breads baked on premises, great deli and ready made dinner items. I also like their choices of produce for the most part, except some produce is over ripe with short shelf life. I also like the quality of meats and seafood.Only drawback is isles are too narrow when busy.All in all a very good shopping experience!!!

Nice selections — outstanding bakery — aisles a touch narrow, but nice wood floors — parking lot too small. If it’s a tad on the fake old time side, I guess that’s what cost shoppers want.

A decent enough neighborhood supermarket. I believe it's Greek run with a good selection of cheese and olives. The bread is fresh baked and the meat is decently priced prior to Covid. The produce is fresh and the workers are friendly. The only knock is the space is tight in our era of social distancing.

Always has fresh and good food with a wide variety of selection in the deli and seafood counters. With good prices as well, they have kept me as a customer for many years. Additionally, the prepared foods are always great and make a delicious dinner

The produce looks and taste really fresh! I like their meat dept and fish dept ! They also have excellent and unusual prepared dips,sauces and soups ! Their bakery is delicious

Vast selection of fruits and vegetables. Meat department is much better than local big chain grocers. Very good seafood department with great selection.Cheeses, both domestic and imports are sampled throughout the day. Fresh baked breads are decent for Long Island. I shop the Port Washington NSF 3 - 4 times weekly for fresh foods.

Easy in and out.. great parking .. specials, fresh produce from around the world, specialty items you can't find anywhere else.. prices are reasonable, store impeccably clean and friendly helpful staff. Stop in and you'll return over and over again!
