Not sure where to start. Frida Panda was going up the stairs of every place on the block before we got there! When she finally got the right door, she immediately picked out her first Chewnel and pumpkin toys (pictured with her). Frida had a mast cell tumor removed this summer, so the oncologist recommended we feed her Farmer’s Dog moving forward, which is great but she is hungry all the time.After listening to Frida’s many health issues (and over many fresh baked doggy treats), Patty discussed options to supplement Frida’s diet, and we decided to try a small bag of Dr Harvey’s Canine Health. Frida loved it even without the added protein or oil. I’m beyond thrilled to have found a healthy way to supplement Frida’s diet. Thank you so much for all the love and advise, Patty!!! 🐾🐼♥️

This is a lovely and friendly business. It's a wonderful place to bring your furbaby because the owner truly cares and loves the pets and cares about her customers. Support your small businesses! The care you get here cannot be emulated by ANY web based stores. The variety is wonderful and lots of unique items. Will keep on coming here!

Coming to this place is always a wonderful, magical experience. It’s one of my favorite places to travel to. My dogs always love the toys, clothes and treats they get from here. Authentic wool sweaters, seasonal clothes, unique collars and leashes, knit and rope toys, homemade treats; absolutely everything can be found here. The selection itself can’t be found in stores anywhere else. The owner knows more about the sizing of the clothes than even you as an owner. She truly cares about the people and dogs who enter her lovely shop. Always attentive to the little details that are said; giving each customer equal attention. She gives each dog that comes in water and free treats. She always follows up on previous orders and such. To her, it’s not about the money; she genuinely cares about her customers and is passionate about what she does. It’s truly my favorite store ever.

Stopped in here today on a whim as my brother is bringing home a new puppy tomorrow and wanted to get something for him. Patty was so great to talk to, pointed me to the best products. Didn’t try to upsell, even heard her tell a customer she wanted to save her some money by pointing out more affordable options. I loved my whole experience here, will be worth a 45 minute car ride the next time I need something.

I highly recommend Fetch. Their customer service is top notch and they have a good selection of quality products. Patty was very helpful when I was going through the process of changing my dog's food over to another brand. When we drive up up the street my dog gets all excited because she knows where we are going.

We love this store and so do our pups. The owner Patty is so friendly and really does love and care about all of her doggy customers. We travel 20 minutes just to come support the store. You’re able to find things you can’t find at the “normal corporation pet stores” Highly recommended.

She’s extremely welcoming, personable, friendly and knowledgeable! She loves the store, it’s customers, their fur-babies and is extremely enthusiastic about all of the stores products! My daughter and I went to Fetch Doggy Boutique to buy items to donate a basket to a local children’s cancer foundation fundraising event. When I walked in i immediately knew this place was pretty special. The most unbelievable amount of adorable unique incredible things for dogs. The owner Patty was in the store and when she got wind of what we were doing she absolutely insisted on donating the basket for the fundraising event. She proceeded to whip out this big, beautiful basket and fill it with so many goodies any dog would love. While we waited numerous customers came in and out and most had their dogs, it was just so sweet and the dogs love going there too. Patty seemed to know all their names as well. Amazing woman who truly cares about other people. Her kind gesture really touched me and brightened my whole week. It’s just a great feeling knowing there are such wonderful people out there. I love the fact that its a women owned business that just makes me love it even more. The owner has to be the sweetest person I have ever meet she treats every animal who comes in like her own. Honestly, this is the best pet store I have ever been to! The owner is very knowledgeable, kind, and considerate. One of the sweetest people I have ever met. I only have good things to say about my experience here. My boyfriend and I have large dogs and we were worried that there wouldn't be any products for them, since it is usually hard to find big dog products (specifically cute sweaters and accessories) but there was such a large variety for any size dog!! I have definitely recommended this place to my friends and will continue to recommend it to my fellow pet owners.

My bf and I stopped in for the first time this weekend and already know we will be coming here in the future whenever we visit Port Jeff. The store itself is a dream for any dog owner! (They also had a selection of cat products that the owner took the time to show us and explain which items might be liked by our furry feline friend.) They had a great selection of quality healthy treats and foods, a few of which I did take home to my pups. They also had a wide array of different NY sport team jerseys and I was so happy to find a Yankees jersey in a XXXL for my pitty.The best thing about Fetch is Patty the owner. Patty was beyond wonderful to speak to. She was welcoming, warm, and gave us a few great suggestions for restaurants to try in the area and was generous as well with sending us home with some treats for our fur babies. I only stopped by a few days ago but have already recommended this boutique to everyone I know who loves their pets.

This is a wonderful pet store. The owner is quite knowledgeable and takes her time helping you pick foods, treats or toys. They only carry quality products that are good for your pet. We have a dog with a sensitive stomach and they could not have been more helpful at Fetch.

the first time I visited Fetch Doggy Boutique and Bakery was the last day on Earth for my sweet baby—and there was no other place she would rather be.The owner (and her sister!) could tell my girl wasn’t feeling well as soon as we walked in—she was weak hadn’t been eating for weeks. They were incredibly patient with her and went through snack after snack after snack until they found some that she enjoyed enough to eat despite her sickness. They could also tell that I was emotional and didn’t ask me too many questions as they spoiled my dog—they knew she needed it and knew I needed it and that was enough for them. After hanging out for a while in the store, we bought a few bags of goodies and took them to the park to spend the rest of the day soaking up the sun☀️I knew I wanted to spend my girl’s final day somewhere special and Fetch Doggy Boutique was that place for me. They treated us with love and care and I will never forget what they did for me and my dog during such an emotional time. Thank you, Fetch💛

We were at the store this weekend with our puppy Coco. It was such a great shopping experience. They have everything you need for your dog, with lots of unique accessories and healthy treats my pup devoured. Patty was simply lovely and is clearly a dog lover. She engaged Coco with treats and attention while we shopped. Will definitely make this a regular visit and expect our dog will be pulling us in every time we’re in PJ!

I rarely post and this is overdue, but no superlatives quite cover this place. I saw some other reviews and they are so true. Patty is an angel! Today I heard another customer call her a dog whisperer - true but an understatement. This place is a real gem. Patty goes above and beyond every time you walk in the door. The quality of everything she stocks is outstanding. I always get compliments on my dog’s collars and jackets. She has such a wide variety; leashes and harnesses as well. And her treats are great quality. In these times we really need to support our local businesses and she makes it easy!

Cute store and the owner was very helpful! I've been having a hard time finding a harness for my pup. Not only is he between two sizes, which makes it challenging to find the right fit, but he's also still learning, so he pulls a lot. Anyways, I stopped in and explained the issue I was having. The owner was super helpful and thorough. She fitted the puppy for a no-pull harness and even gave me tips on how to walk him. Bonus: They have doggie bakery cookies!

The nicest Pet Boutique I have ever been to. The owner Patty loves people and pets alike and it shows as soon as you walk in and she helps you. I visited the shop twice from Massachusetts and bought the best quality jackets for my Min Pin. The latest is her rain jacket with fleece lining. Keeps Kira warm and dry during these nasty rain days that we have been having in New England. I will be back next time I visit Long Island!
