Clean store & great selections. A little upset that almost every time, the cashier is in the back room & I have to wait for her to come out & ring me up. Never see her when I come in; while I shop; had to ask a vendor where something was. She didn't know. Instead of finding several things on my list, I purchased only one. Had to stand at the counter waiting for the cashier to come out of the back room. She seemed perturbed with my interruption.

Pine Valley DG is definetly one of the better ones in the area. Clean store and the only times the aisles are clustered is on stocking day or when they get shipments which is to be expected. You can tell they work hard keeping it clean and tidy. Good selection and nice staff.

They usually are always in stock of what you need. The employees are all really nice and responsive to questions and attentive to customers. It’s a good solar general.

It is a clean and convenient store. Easy in, easy out. I like getting my Meadowbrook milk there, one of the few places that I can find it and much cheaper than what Target sells it for. They also seem to get all of the limited time/special Pepsi and Mountain Dew flavors that you cannot find in larger grocery and big box stores. Friendly staff, hardly ever a wait time. A+++

So convenient, love having this store close to us. It is always neat and clean. The staff are friendly always. It is nice having a store in Pine valley instead of going to horseheads/big flats especially when you only need a few things.

The entire store was being run by a single solitary employee. I witnessed at least 2 other customers leave the line and the store without buying a single item. There was another employee in the store and when I asked was told she's not on the clock. Not sure of corporate policy, but she should have done something. At least acknowledged us.

They always have items we need or they’ll refer us to a place where we can get whatever we need!! The clerk’s are very friendly and vary helpful!! It’s a lot better place to shop than the other nearby stores!!

So I am a Dollar General Junkie. I have found the best bargains many many times at our local Dollar General. Granted, the staff is always changing but I find them all to be enthusiastic and helpful.

I give it 3 stars only because it's OK and by that I mean it has products of good quality and all sorts of good products But the customer service sucks And if you're anybody that looks out of the ordinary please believe you will be profiled by them and followed Every time you're there no matter how many times you have shopped in paid And I think that's just wrong you should just look at your cameras and leave the guest Some Room to breathe and shop not everybody will be a stubborn him as me and come back despite the horrible customer service

I just shopped at Dollar General in Pine Valley. They didn't have wipes to clean the shopping carts...no hand sanitizer at the check-outs & no wipes to clean the credit card machine. I was very disappointed...I thought this was required at all stores. Also they didn't clean of the counter after each customer, nor use hand sanitizer after each transaction...VER NEGLIGENT!!

Nice store. It is new so it is still very clean. Big. Lots to choose from as far as merchandise. Big parking lot. Staff are very helpful.

It's a good discount store to get things you really need right away. And it's a little cheaper than like Walmart or a Wegmans. If you only know what a Wegmans is.
