A local recommended this restaurant as the best pizza in the area. It is a short drive from Plattsburgh and worth it! We loved the pizza and calzones. The red sauce was SO good. The wait staff was extremely helpful. Great choices of wine and beer. I have no idea what happened for any bad reviews. We couldn’t have been happier. We had leftover pizza and will be fighting over who gets it!

I placed an order through slice to a location that I thought was a pasquale's by home. It ended up being this location over 6 hours away from my home. They refuse to refund my money. I will contact the BBB in regards to this for pasquale's and Slice

Literally the best pizza I've ever had. And I'm from Northern Virginia with pizza (chains and local) practically on every corner. I stopped in for pickup when they we'rent busy and got a fresh, hot steaming pizza that sent me to another dimension. And the wings. I eat buffalo wings wherever I go, so also have had all kinds! These too were a hit- steaming, and delicious. If you've got a drive ahead, definitely steal a piece of the pie to eat a slice in the car before you head out, you cannot get better than a still steaming slice of heaven! ❤️

I have been ordering here for roughly 3 years. The food is great when we order pizza or their wings. Don’t get me wrong their food is always delicious, it’s just it isn’t always prepared the way we order. My fiancé gets the same thing nearly every time (keep in mind this is at least 2x-3x a month and we spend $45-90 each time) well, when you request specifically NO lettuce, Tomato, onion there shouldn’t be any! But unfortunately almost every time there is. I’m giving them one last shot tonight. If I don’t get my food correct this time I will NEVER order there again. We work hard for our money and I will not waste it. 🤞🏻 I will update after I get my food ❤️

Worst Dining experience I’ve ever had, management must have changed. Waited 15 minutes to be seated, waitress named Ariel never greeted us, I could barely place my order before she rushed away to enter it in the computer. The meatballs I ordered were still frozen, so I asked they not be added to my check.Waitress was only nice when I was leaving the restaurant. Weirdest and most unwelcome dining experience I’ve ever had.

Pasquale's delivery has never let me down. Oddly enough, I don't get their pizza much -- I mostly get their wings, subs, and bolis. And I regret nothing!

I always love the food and the people who work here are so friendly! Especially Colby and Brad! You feel like family and my order is never messed up, which is always a plus. Prices are also more than fair for the quality and amount of food you get here.

I would like to start by saying this is more of a constructive criticism than a bad review. Pasquale's pizza is my families go to pizza and we travel a ways to get there. The last couple times the order was nothing to brag about. The large pie had a 3 to 4 inch crust and the calzone was the smallest I have ever gotten from them and was mostly bread. Now I know they are busy but, product consistency is the key to successful / loyale customer base. Hopefully this will help slow them down reorganize get back to to a uniformity. I would like to continue getting my families food there.

Will never go back here again. It was a accident I meant to order at the restaurant... will NEVER make the mistake of ordering here again!!!I know what I ordered and once I got there the girl was fighting with me telling me I did not order. Not only did she fight with me but with my boyfriend as well. For $20 the wrap was small and soggy. The restaurant food is 100x better!!!!! Glad there different owners.CUSTOMERS are ALWAYS RIGHT!

Great food! Honestly when it comes to burgers and fries, I would recommend this place over just about any burger joint. And the pizza is pretty good too! But the burgers and steak nachos are the winners here for our family. And the customer service is great. The owners will take good care of you if anything isn't right! They are our go to place. 👍

I really enjoy their pizza and wings. Don’t get me wrong! BUT whenever you order delivery, they say 45-60 mins. Then you’re waiting 2-2.5 hours for it to get there and it’s usually cold by then. Same thing with carry out. They say it will be ready in 20-30 mins, show up and still have to sit there for another 30 mins waiting for it. They need to get the timing better. Shouldn’t have to have it delivered an hour late and freezing cold.

Called in an order tonight for pickup and the girl told me 40 minutes. So I sent my oldest son to pick it up and come to find out the girl never put my order in at all and the people behind apparently we're having some issues as well with their order. I'll give them a pass tonight because of all the craziness going on.

If I could possibly rate this at a zero I would! The workers are very disrespectful! I spent $36 and waited almost 2 hours for food that they messed up. I had called at 6:09pm. Still no food when I called at 7:24 pm asking if it would be here soon. Mind you they told me an hour. They told me it was just going out the door. My food finally arrived at my door at 7:52. Only to find it was wrong. So I called back to be told I was wrong they made the order the way I asked. I restated what the receipt said and he told me he was too busy to talk to me and hung up on me. When I called back they said they would not give me the owner's or manager's name. I will never again order from here! Which is a shame because I usually spend $50 to $60 at a time here.

Changes prices daily. Prices on menu do not match prices on receipts. Poor management. Poor service. Gets orders incorrect and doesn't correct mistakes. Management does not care about customers. Management makes excuses for mistakes instead of addressing and correcting them. Management blames customers for their employee's mistakes. Recommend avoiding.After getting the same order multiple times and getting charged a different rate each time repeatedly and then talking to them about it and being told 'prices are subject to change,' I simply can't trust them. On this last visit we tried to add up the prices according to the menu they handed us, it didn't add up because we were charged more for one of the items. Apparently that price changed too while we there. I am sorry, but that is just deceitful and poor business practice. When a price changes three times in one week that is wrong.

Was told an hour for delivery but it was much closer to 2 hours. Prices seemed a little high as well being it was 30 dollars for nachos and a salad. On the bright side the food itself wasn't too bad at all.

$12 for a chicken finger basket and the chicken is lower quality than McDonald's chicken nuggets. Will not be ordering from here again. Very upset.
