We were camping at Letchworth and caught a rainy day and we where looking for something to do close by. So we ventured out to Silver Lake Brewing Project. When we arrived we were the first patrons of the day, so we had the place to ourselves for a bit, before it quickly started to fill up.The staff was super friendly. There is some interesting stories about the physical structure that dates back to the early 1800"s, with a portion (nearest the front door) still maintaining many of the old beams etc. The building was a stable at one point before a fire and then a hotel, and yep another fire. But now it serves it purpose as a brewery!Prices are reasonable and there is a fair selection of brews from pilsners, lagers, sours and IPA's with a vast array of flavors and colors. They have some snack options with FLX gourmet popcorn, meat sticks etc. Currently they only offer beer options (no wine, craft cocktails etc.). If you are in the area, stop in and pay them a visit!

Beer quality is excellent, particularly the Schwarzbier and Prickly Pear Sour. Service was even better. McKayla was very kind, knowledgeable and engaging. We'll be back!

This place is a true gem in downtown Perry. They've got great beers, knowledgeable tenders, and an eclectic atmosphere that will surprise you. If you love craft beer, and even if you don't, you should check this place out.

I have loved SLBP from my very first visit. First of all the space and atmosphere are great and the slate bar is awesome. The beer is crisp clean and very well done. They always have lots of variety for everyone’s taste. This is craft beer at it finest. Staff is super friendly and knowledgeable . This brewery is a true gem and Perry is lucky to have it.

There are few experiences in life has magical as drinking the beer from Silver Lake Brewing Project. A fan since the beginning, and possibly one of two Silver Lake fantatics stuck in the DC area without my beloved SLBP brews, I finally made the pilgrimage to the brewery today and am happy to report it is just what I imagined it would be. Inviting atmosphere, beautiful industrial decor and a busy happy clientele— I will be back again— and not just for the amazingly tasty beer. Do yourself a favor and make a stop here as frequent as your schedule, wallet and waistline allow— you will be a better human for it.

This is a brewery that should command people to travel to experience their product. Everything they make is delicious, a variety to appeal to every beer preference. With the lake less than 10 minutes driving and all the nice little shops and restaurant options, this place has the potential to be a brewery that people search for like they do a Lawson’s, Alchemist, Hill Farmstead. Are they on the same level of these breweries? Not yet, but they are on the level where you could argue they are one of the better breweries in the state.The staff is friendly and happy to help you if you are out of town. They are knowledgeable to the point that you can tell they have a passion for craft beer. Grab some crowlers or growlers and go hit the lake or the golf course behind the lake. A must visit if you like to travel and try craft beer.My only complaint is they do not can yet. But given the size of the building that would likely be difficult.Come visit! Cheers!

Great beer and relaxed atmosphere. Very dog friendly on deck. Go there when Hot Dawgzz is there for traditional "dirtywater" dogs, have an IPA and enjoy the weather.Growlers and Cans available to go.Bring it back to your campsite at Letchworth like I did.

This is the best microbrewery I've been to yet, and I've been to a lot of them. We sampled all 10 of the beers on tap, and every single one of them was great. They don't go overboard trying to make the most unique beers ever, they just brew very good, very drinkable beers.Josh is the kind of happy, friendly bartender you want to have. The building is very nice, and there is a patio if you want to sit outside.

This place is a must if you're in the Wyoming County NY area. We placed a curbside pick up order of a few selected crowlers and growlers. We got the Blackberry Blueberry Sour and IPA #20. Absolutely amazing beer. Josh took our order and had it ready promptly. Great experience and will definitely be back again to try more and next time we'll enjoy it in the tasting room or on the awesome outdoor patio.

Love the beer, space and bartenders. Always great beer on rotation & beautiful natural light. Worth the stop when visiting Letchworth State Park or surrounding area. Lots of other great businesses on main street in Perry.

Libby was an awesome beertender. She was knowledgeable of the beer as well as the area.The beer is solid to the style. Vienna Lager and the Chai Milk Stout were both standouts for me. Worth a visit.

This place is very personable, classy and has very good service. The staff are professional, laid back and curtious towards their customers. There's one TV, light music, sometimes even live music or trivia! And food, the Brew will serve food and snackage to you. If you ever want to bring in your own or have it delivered. Have at it!The beer selection is always delicious. There's a mix selection of drinks that rotate and change every so often. Lights, darks, stouts, IPA, sours. You can always taste test before you dive into one. Or if you aren't sure, get a small sample platter. Easy peazy. Get this, they're actually so awesome. They're going to be our beer selection for our wedding next year. Just sayin'Enjoy your time there! Have some fun.

I just visited Silver Lake Brewing. I was handed a beer menu and was also checking out the chalk board menu above my head on the wall. The prices did not match up at all. I ordered a beer for the price of $6, which was what it said on the chalk board menu above my head. The paper menu stated $7 for the same beer . The bartender insisted that it is $7 and wouldn't honor the price of $6 that was posted on their chalk board. THEN, My friend ordered a beer for $6 and kept his tab open in case he wanted another beer. On our way home, he checked his bank account and it stated that there was a $20 charge from Silver Lake Brewing even though his total bill was $6 for one beer. He called the brewery and they mentioned an "open tab authorization fee" (which was NOT clearly posted anywhere for customers to see) and they said it would be credited back to his bank account within 1-2 days. I have never in my life heard of such a thing, especially using my own card in the past at this brewery and left my tab open and this didn't happen to me. How can an establishment charge a $14 fee for keeping your tab open? I will never go back to this place if this is going to be their customer service.

Great staff, great brews, super clean finish, but not overly sweet. Had a #18 and "A Stout," recommend them both! Looking forward to the return of the Blonde Stout!!!
