Ugly people think everyone is a stalker, Is called transference, basic psychology. Being pretentious is the ability to believe that you're more important than you really are. Let that sink in

My teenage children went in this evening to simply get shampoo and conditioner. When they walked in they were met with a worker cleaning that looked up at them seemingly annoyed and said, "Oh." Then the workers proceeded to talk about them loudly about coming in so close to closing time. They had a handful of things, and were in and out. We just needed to grab shampoo and conditioner on my way home from work. Another lady walked in with her child as my kids were being cashed out. The cashier said, "Oh we're closed. We're just cashing them out." The lady said, I just need trash bags. The cashier then said, "Whatever." So, I get it from a retail perspective that it stinks when customers come in so close to closing. Closing time is 9 though, and if you don't want people to come in, lock the door instead of complaining. If your door is unlocked, then you're open and people are going to walk in.🤷‍♀️ You shouldn't be so rude to the people that patron the store that employs you. It's not like they filled a cart. Chill out...🤷‍♀️

Customer service is amazing however store obviously has black mold throughout the store and nothing is being done. Corporate HAS been contacted and still nothing. Staff are obviously trying their best to keep the store clean and orderly. Despite them having to close every so often due to flooding because of the building.

I bought my vehicle from Marissa Stephans and I had a great experience. She is polite, kind and professional and answered all of my questions and concerns quickly and effectively. 10/10 recommend. Will be going back to friendly dodge.

Great variety of random stuff. I took my son to buy paints for a landscape watercolor contest as it was raining. They had a great selection of stuff we needed but had to wait in a line 9 people deep as there was one lone cashier that did they best she could. It was a tragic scene but I've never been here before and unsure if the norm, hence 3 stars.

I have had several experiences at this store that should have resulted in the immediate termination of the manager Kathy and her partner in crime assistant manager.!. I had requested the use of the restroom and an employee gave me the key. When exiting the restroom the manager Kathy walked by and then proceeded to verbally assault me. What are you doing she screams? I said I was using the restroom and please don't scream at me. Who told you could do that very loudly still. I responded with I asked you to not scream at me and one of your staff gave me the key. Then she asked who and I gave a description and then she proceeded to scream the girls name so the entire store could hear her. I then left my full cart and went across the street tofamily dollar.2. Another incident occurred when I was checking out and my friend I was with had already checked out. The manager and another staff member were going outside to smoke and I informed the assistant manager running the register that the line was all the to the back of the store and she might want to have one of them open the other register. I did this as a courtesy because the sales rack hindered her view. She replied with a snide tone it's fine. The lady behind me said what did she say and I said she says it's fine. Then she lunges over the counter and sticks her hand in my face and says do you want to start with me!!!!! I responded with are you serious? I reported both incidents to district managers and nothing was done.The store it self is nice, clean, organized. The staff for the most part are also accommodating. The management is a negative 5 star.

Not a very nice store, nor do they have a great staff of people. People here are rude, obnoxious and nasty. Bitter and cold. There is a much better store right across the road. It is called Family Dollar, and the folks there are just the best. Unlike the nasty miserable and rotten people here. Do yourself a favor, and avoid this place. Steer clear of these people this store should be closed, and everyone should be out of a job. They have no idea what customer service is and it is a horrible ordeal.

I usually dont have an issue with dg however there seems to be some new people I've not seen before in there and the store was a complete disaster when I went in with my child yesterday. Hard to maneuver around, one section had shoes all over the place on the floor etc could barely walk down that section. Had to maneuver around some unpleasant employees as well who had zero manners and looked absolutely miserable and inconvenienced.

Absolutely the rudest employees when it comes to being coupon friendly. I coupon to donate to local high schools, womens shelters etc. I have never come across a DG store (and I go to many) and had such horrible customer service. Way to go Jenn and Jackie. I truly hope you're both replaced! Have fun putting over $150 worth of merchandise back that you turned away. I'm sure you make the company proud😉

Usually a good experience. Lately there has only been 1 register open & they have had numerous customers. Should always have back up personally to help get customers checked out & on there way!!

Vast amount of stuff some decent deals can be found. Since remodel it's a little more crowded. Nice customer service.

It was nasty due to the roof leaked and made it smell musty. I feel bad for the worker's who have to clean this up every time we have a bad rain storm. Yo7 would think that they would care more than they do. This is all at the corporate level and not the employees.

This store got damaged by rain again. The floor is wet they have big fans trying to dry it out. Stuff is all over in carts. This is the 3rd time this has happened.
