Night and day difference between this CVS pharmacy and the CVS pharmacy on Main st in Mohegan Lake. This pharmacy is courteous , knowledgeable and they must of had training in customer service. I will be using this CVS going forward even if it is much futher.

Staff there are incredibly rude and disrespectful. I've called 3 times now and have been hung up on as they don't have a resolution to my issue. Their lack of respect and initiative to resolve this issue is very disappointing. Will not be going here again. Will recommend others to go to another location

They say they call the doctors office when u are out of refills and they really dont, the pharmacy line is always a half hour wait and the customer service is horrible
