Brought my 6 month old French Bull dog in for a bath and for his nails to be cut. First time at the groomers and I couldn’t be happier. They were so good with him. My first time here and I will be back with him and my 8 year old Yorkie. The shop was decorated so nice for the Holidays too.

Laura and her staff are wonderful. My oldest dog is my late parent’s poodle who is 17 years old as of last February. My second dog is a 15+ years old poodle. She does a fantastic job.

I have a shih tzu who always needs to be groomed...I tried a couple other groomers but wasn't happy....I had someone recommend Puppy Kuts and they are amazing!! They always take such great care of my pup and she always comes out smelling and looking great!! I always get compliments on how cute she is!! I would highly recommend them!!

Friendly and caring! We having been going there for years. Our dog feel comfortable with them they treat her like a family. She always gets a great cut. The price is reasonable and we wouldn't go anywhere else!

Laura has been taking care of my mom's poodle for 12 years. When I inherited Winston I continued to take him to her. We recently were given another little poodle so it was only natural to take Luci there too. We love the service and staff. The prices are reasonable as well. I've even taken a couple of my lhd cats in to be shaved for the summer. They are adorable. Thanks Laura!

*** UPDATE: a month later now from my original review and 12 weeks since my puppy’s grooming. I today took her to a new groomer. My puppy has had a different type of hair on her shoulder blades (corse and very short) compared to her very long wavy lab-like hair (she’s a doodle). I shared I wanted her to be evened out and stated I thought she was losing her puppy hair and her adult hair was growing in. It was to my surprise as I have done endless research on why her coat between her shoulders has changed I learned that it was probably a result of her initial grooming ... here at puppy Kutz. I am incredibly saddened for my puppy girl again and disappointed in myself for entrusting this facility with my baby. They “ruined” her beautiful coat by not knowing how to properly groom a dog of her breed at 5 months old. I was ensured by our new groomer her coat will go back to normal but it could take upwards of a year to really grow in properly. So go ahead and read my initial review. But it just gets worse and I’m am sickened every time I think about how upset she was coming back to us that day and wondering what went on.AVOID AVOID AVOID to save yourself the heartache !!!!Initial review - As I am awake at 1 am googling why my puppy all of a sudden hates her crate and continues to give us such an issue at night when she's always slept in there, I'm finding out a lot of times the dislike of their crate comes from a scary or upsetting experience. Recalling when this started, it was the weekend she was groomed. The hour long crying and barking at night started right after she had been taken for a "spa day" at puppy Kuts. Apparently for my puppy this was anything but a spa day. I am not sure what they did to her while she was in the crate or there because she was only there for an hour. To make it as painless as possible for my 6month old puppy we took her at 7am to be the first ones of the day and reduce the time she would be there. Apparently that was not even enough. At all cost I would avoid them unless you don't mind your puppy suddenly having terrible crate anxiety. I feel like we are back at the very beginning, I hope we can get her to like it again.

Took my dog there for the 1st time today. The place was super clean. They were all really nice, and my dog was scared when she first went in but came out really happy she was just wiggling all around. We are definitely going to be returning customers.

You must go to Puppy Kutz, the owner Laura is the most caring person, she’s thorough, patient and really cares about her customers! She’s a perfectionist when it comes to grooming your pet as though they were hers...Rosie loves you!

Very disappointed in my first visit after specifically advising the young man who took my dog that she had allergies and not to use any fragrance. Guess what? I called the owner later and made her aware of their failure to honor my important but simple request. Excuses and wonderment on her part about how that happened. The cut was fine.

I've been trying to get my dogs hair cut for the summer every place we called was either way too expensive or had no interest in calling back my husband stopped in on Monday and Tuesday at 7:30am they fit her in not only that my husband was so impressed with the care that went into jilly's care hours later hes still talking about the adorable bow they put in her hair thank you so much we have found our groomer (jilly Rotzman)
