I needed a new refrigerator, and needed a big one with extra drawers in the bottom freezer, but every where I went they were over $2,000. So at Lowe's I saw a offer that said, if you apply for a Lowe's credit card, you would get 20% off your first order. Plus I found a good name refrigerator , exactly like I was looking for, for a whole lot cheaper then anywhere else. It would have cost me around $1,100 to $1,200, with delivery and taking out my old one, plus installation, but with the coupon ( which waa not advertised) I paid a little over $800. Big savings. So next time you need some expensive household item, don't forget to ask if they have a good deal. Plus the worker who helped me was very kind and fast, I wish I remembered his name.

The staff was extremely helpful with our window and door order. Every employee we encountered in the store was friendly and enthusiastic, which was surprising at 7:30 am. The prices were great too!

Bought a sink pedestal combo online, had it delivered to this location. Took two weeks to deliver in store. Item weighed nearly 100 lbs and with several employees standing around, nobody offered assistance loading the box into my vehicle. They didn't check the Item to make sure all the parts were there or if there were damages. I load the box into my car, drive several towns over to find out when i got home that the item was damaged and missing parts. When I return to the store, there are no flatbeds around. I ask the night supervisor for assistance and he tells me I have to go to the other end of the store to get a flatbed or lift the item into a cart. I explained how heavy it was and again did not offer assistance. Unacceptable.

I wish you could put zero stars. Been shopping there since it opened. Just went to lowes in East Patchogue to pick up some firewood. There something on the self checkout screen that I couldn't pass. It was like doing a favor for the girl to help me. She cleared the problem but there was no sku on the wood. She said you probably rippedit off and offered no assistance. I went outside to get another.

I needed assistance finding a programmable lamp timer. After being directed to two separate aisles and finding nothing, I was asked by a very pleasant man what I was looking for. He immediately took me to the aisle where they were and checked the price for me!His name was Mitch. Have Mitch train some of your younger emploees and you will have people flocking to your store.Lynne

Love shopping here the employees are always helpful generally have what you need stores parking even had handicapped which is usually not the case in most stores people that don't need handicap use handicap which I find very frustrating.

Purchased a paint sprayer that didn’t work the first time I tried to use it. I was not aware of any changes to Lowe’s return/refund policy. At no point have I seen any posting or notification about it. The return was days past the deadline and the manager was unwilling to override and allow the return. Very poor customer service. I will never shop at any Lowe’s again. Completely disgusted to find out that returns past that date are permitted when using a Lowe’s credit card. What an unethical racket they have going on there. Again, it is not posted anywhere. The management should be embarrassed and ashamed of themselves. Avoid this and all Lowe’s at all costs. Shop small business or Home Depot over them.

Not that I should be rating Lowe’s or anything, but their appliance section is very nice and I like to go there everyday. It’s worth the visit and the workers handed out ice pops for the 4th of July!

Terrible. Horrible experience with kitchen cabinets where I had to email corporate. We ordered cabinets in March which were delivered in April which were the WRONG CABINETS. Told we would have wait 8-10 MORE WEEKS to get the right ones. We were given a pittance of a discount to keep these. Cabinets were installed (installers were great). Ordered custom countertops to go with cabinets, got a robo text the day of the purchase then nothing after that. Ordered the countertops a week before receiving the wrong cabinets, went through that fiasco, then calling the store to find out what's going on with our countertops no response from store staff for OVER A WEEK. Finally told 4 days after cabinets installed that the countertop fabricator went out of business and we could pick out a different countertop with lead time of 3 MORE WEEKS!! At this point I have no working sink in the kitchen, no stove hooked up or dishwasher, washing dishes in my bathroom sink and you're telling me I have to wait OVER A MONTH to have my kitchen finished??? Oh, and by the way these projects totalling over $10k had to be paid in full up front because that's how Lowe's does it and I'm paying interest on merchandise I haven't received and services that haven't been performed??? I wrote to the CEO and I get responded by a corporate customer service rep, the store NEVER responded to multiple calls... just an overall terrible experience. I would think twice before using Lowe's for kitchen remodel, especially not the Riverhead, NY location. I could go on and on but believe me I left A LOT more stuff out...

My husband shops here all the time, today we went to check out hoping to apply his Military discount after presenting a valid Military ID and was denied because he didn’t have someone else’s driver’s license that the account was under. How can a store who claims to value our service members deny an actual member of the armed forces after presenting a valid ID card? Fix your policy lowes. It’s disgraceful and embarrassing to those who have served and those who are currently serving.

I used to dislike Lowes but after going a few times I've come to realize it's WAY better than Home Depot. They have way more items and keep them stocked. I'll often go to the other place looking for something that the website says they have and the shelves are bare. Don't have that issue here.

Where do I begin? My son and I came to Lowe’s to find a storage box for my deck on 5/15/23 around 2:00. Simple enough, right? I even had a picture from the Patchogue Lowe’s website. I figured the whole process would take no more than 20 minutes. Wrong! The first three apathetic employees we were able to find sent us to 3 incorrect aisles. The fourth employee we asked seemed bothered and annoyed. I cannot tell you how much walking my son and I did back and forth, back and forth, searching for someone, ANYONE who knew where to find a deck storage box. Aren’t Lowe’s employees trained to know what items are in each aisle? Aren’t Lowe’s employees hired to HELP customers? If they don’t know the answer, aren’t they supposed to find somebody who does? Isn’t that THEIR JOB? I finally had enough and went to customer service. Big shout out to Shane who not only went on his computer to see any storage boxes in store, he literally walked us to where they were and brought the garden manager Chad right to us. Thank you so much Shane and also thank you Chad. You were truly the only two employees who cared enough to take the time to help us. As for the other employees, you caused us a lot of unnecessary stress. You just couldn’t be bothered to do your job. Unprofessional and unacceptable. Btw, who is running this store??? My son and I were in the store dealing with absolute nonsense for over an hour. We literally could not get out fast enough with our purchase. Truly a VERY UNPLEASANT, FRUSTRATING experience and I can tell you honestly I will do everything in my power to never step foot inside your Patchogue Lowe’s Store again.

I get there’s staffing issues everywhere but don’t offer products on your shelves you can’t sell! Waited over 30+ minutes in an aisle for assistance to cut blinds and no one ever showed. 2 people paged 3 separate times, still no one. Had to leave and go to Home Depot where we were helped immediately. Won’t waste my time here again as this isn’t the first time that help is no where to be found.

Went here to buy Christmas decorations, we wanted the inflatable Santa but all they had left was the one on display so an employee gave us that one and said it should be discounted as a display item. When we went to pay we asked the associate at the register if this was discounted as it was a display item and he gave us a dirty look as if we were trying to just get it for free. We said the employee who helped us said it would be about a 10% discount. He had no idea what we were talking about, he was extremely rude and unprofessional. I believe his name was Andrew who might also be a supervisor at this location. Disappointing customer service.

Got what I needed the employees were nice helpful, bathroom was clean ,an prices was good ,an I also baught a Gerber daisy that was really pretty an healthy worth the money, I was sooo disappointed mother's day weekend when I went ro HOME DEPOT in SHIRLY-MASTICthe flowers looked ruff .they was dying an they had a bad selection, an had 2 colors of Gerber Daisy's an they was small, I should have listened to 3 others that said .no this place is Home Depot is to expensive for the small selection an size a quality of the plants , stop n shop seems to also carry good deals too thank you for having the Gerber daisy selection you had , I need to go back to THIS LOWES, get 2 more Gerber Daisy's, one white ,an one yellow ,an a light pink ,i know I said 2 but I think it's gonna be more 😆

The staff here at Lowe's were very nice and made it very easy for me to find everything I needed. And when one person couldn't answer my question another person came right over to help. They worked well as a team. That was great to see. Also this Lowe's is very neat I appreciated that. Would recommend that anyone come to this Lowe's
