Called and asked if they had a 16-20inch chain and bar for a STIHL chainsaw they said yes. Drove 20 minutes and they said they didn’t have bars, the man was standing right in front of the bars and was unaware what it even was. They then said they did not have a blade for a STIHL, even though I called them on the phone 20 minutes before. The interaction was very bizarre

The Gentleman whom I believe may be the owner was attentive and informed on the merchandise and community events. Our Minisink Valley Kiwanis Club held a Tricky Tray fundraiser about a month ago. I stop in Otisville Hardware way more than I would expect. They always seem to amaze me that they have the item I planned on the not. Always nice folks as well. I've had nothing but positive experiences there.

You'll be amazed to find everything your looking for. Might be slightly more than your home depot or Lowes, but I assure you it will be all worth it. The gas your going to waste to travel to these places, you'll be better off just stopping and supporting your local hardware store.

Old home town hardware store that seems to have everything, Owners are knowledgeable about the business and have been doing so for a very long time and it shows. Prices are fair and worth the trip.

A really good local hardware store. Everyone always goes out of their way to be helpful. Also, everyone there knows their stuff. Do not be fooled, this store is big town and top notch all in the small town of Otisville.
