The energy in this place is so weird and off, the employees seem miserable, it's dirty especially the deli area, things are too expensive, cashier on his phone with people in his line, their WIC info is wrong and they won't let you get rice with it, and lastly, last summer I tried to buy a stamp and handed her a $20 and she gave me change for a $10. The next day i called and spoke with a manager to ask if the drawer was off and they said "actually it was spot on which doesn't usually happen" like WHAT the manager's drawer is usually off?! So weird...

I love big m for the convenience, the only reason for the three star rating is because I can't always find what I need there. Not faulting the store for that, it's a small place so for needing something quick I have always had great service. The only other thing is that to me, the prices seem higher than some places but again, with it being close and convenient, it's really a trade off.

Great little grocery store. Love coming here for the fresh cooked chicken and crab salad. The food is really good. Nice sized beer cave with lots of different options. The deli is fantastic. Love the turkey and buffalo chicken lunch meat. Always a good experience shopping here.. Besides the prices of certain things but if you can't afford it shop somewhere else. I recommend this place for its meat and fresh cooked food in the deli. ❤

love this store. close enough to walk to, and still have the personal touch. I love the unique special items that they carry; such as the turkey shaped butter. Just a little something to add to the upcoming holiday. Update this store is still a nice place to get groceries within walking distance for many.

The employees are very helpful and polite, they have some good deals on food.Diane the manager is a great person to talk to, along with Marlene you ask them a question and they will get you the answer.I would rate them 100 percent as for and outstanding store.Great Job everyone and let me not forget the cashier's they are also great people they do there job well.

Love Big M because it's convenient and has better pricing on a lot of items that you might expect it to. The staff are friendly and helpful too.Is it a big store with awesome selection? No. Is it a great neighborhood store that meets my family's needs and I shop at probably 3-4 times a week? YES!

The store was very clean shelves very well stocked. I bought some hot food it was well prepared and hot. The employees are very helpful especially Marlene and Diane you can ask them any question and they are very willing to help. And it's the only store that will take your groceries to your car, and put them in there for you. Great place to shop.

I have shopped at this store mainly for its location. Marla us a class act and is foundation for their success. Awful way overpriced on many items customers need. This store badly needs an upgrade, wider isles, floors are awful, many times store has horrible oder like a dead animal. Again Marla is the Rockstar of this place and she and other staff deserve better along with loyal Oswego customer base Paul's enjoys. I often think this store needs done completion on west side

I usually go there everyday along with the rest of my family and we are always very happy with the service. However I just went there today and was horribly embarrassed by the cashier asking me to go to the front desk to exchange my change in for cash before she cashed me out. Her reason for this and the excuse given to me by the person at the front desk was that she was leaving and didnt want extra change in her drawer. I have worked customer service many years and never done this to a customer because I know that we all fall on hard times and may not have anymore than the spare change we can scrounge out of couch cushions to spend. I will unfortunately be making the trip across town to shop from now on because the convenience of going the 2 blocks up the street to shop at their store isn't worth being made to feel that way again for not being as fortunate as others and always have the money for groceries.

Decent, convenient grocery store. On the higher end for costs, but to be expected as it's a locally owned store. The parking lot is sometimes a feat to maneuver cars in as it can be crowded. I usually go in to buy only one or two things when I need a missing dinner ingredient as it's closer to my home than other grocery stores. It's on the pricier end and would not consider this for ALL of our weekly groceries. The baked goods are delicious. Meat cooler and deli products are high quality.If you're buying with WIC, it's a challenge, I have yet to have all my WIC approved items be credited. The updating of things in the store could be a priority? Unless that's part of the charm? Old flooring, narrow aisles. All in all for being housed in a historical railway station, (see the mural painted on outside) it's a nice place to shop. Clerks have always been polite and considerate.

I usually go at night and the employees are always politeand very helpful if you need help with anything! For a smaller grocery store they have a good variety and their prices are pretty good too. Also they run great weekly sales that with coupons really helps on saving money. think it's truly a great place to get my groceries

Great place to get groceries better than the big chaotic box stores. They have the highest quality of meats at the best prices around. I shop local and prefer to support our residents than big corporations.

Big M has always been a friendly helpful place that's centrally located. Like everyone, they're doing their best to keep up with the shortages to try and supply the neighborhood with all their needs with the same top quality.

A quick and easy grocery store, they offer a full service butcher and hot food. It can be difficult to get in and out of the parking lot because of its location but that's really the only draw back. The real gem about this place is PJ's ice cream in the back, we go there a few times a week and always get enough ice cream to take home and keep in the freezer. The prices for both places are very fair it's a great place.

Has most everything you need for an smaller store. Not the best produce selection but the deli is wonderful. ..have to stock up on Uly's macaroni salad & slaw and deviled eggs whenever we are in town. Customer service is great too, very helpful & friendly.

Nice small grocery store, the parking lot is small so getting in and out of spots and the parking lot can be alittle tough. The workers are very nice and polite helpful any chance they can get. Has small hot food section for lunch also has bulk meat package specials

The Conveniences & the things that I find in there are amazing! Most prices are the same as larger stores. They help you out to your car with your bags, if you have more than what you can carry for FREE! And the employees are friendly & helpful-ALWAYS!

Normally never go to this store but needed to get some meat. THis RANDOM old lady who is a “regular” there literally GRABBED my cousins arm so hard it left a brush. Just to question is, no idea who she was or why she did it. We alerted the cashier who was also customer service (3-15) and stated she does it all the time. Then why is this lady allowed in this store? She’s lucky she didn’t get seriously hurt by one of us, any one else in the crazy cruel would would of Harmed that lady! The next time i’m in the store and she’s there, does that. I’m having her arrested for assault! Touching someone by grabbing their arm without permission is considered assault! Better get that customer under control seeing how she’s there and does it consistently!

There uses to be Big M stores all over. This is the only one I know of anymore. But its a great little market. Everyone there is so professional. And they have a great variety of foods.
