I would say the staff process and handling is worth 5 STARS. We had 3 females cats spaded.The time was spot on. The recovery was good. Like nothing happened.Well earned 5 Stars

We adopted two amazing kittens from there. Small fee covers care, shots, and fixing when of age. Nice, helpful people that are great with animals there. One of the best gifts our daughters ever could've ask for, I wish I could adopt them all. Highly recommended for those in search for a pet.

Staff is extremely busy, so don't expect a quick reply to emails. Unfortunately they have a cap on volunteering which was a first because I would assume establisents like theirs would thrive with more volunteers!

Awfully people ,recently I broke my back and disabled..I had gotten free cat food I had 2 weeks till I could.come again.i went in and they have a drawer of collars and coats and every time I came in I grabbed somthing.this time I went it they were crewel,refused my emergency not only that.i had taken 2 dog coats out of free drawer and 2 -3 pac dog biscuits she took away from me.she told 2 items once a yyear.know for a year strait they let me every time I came in.i also had taken in a rescue that was very old at begining of year .that was to old for abasteasha and would of not mad it if I had her fixed.she refused my other dog food who was fixed.all my cats are fixed and have shots.i want something done about it.or please do not donate there!!!your supposed to help community she sent me into further depreshion.i have no family my pet are my family,it's ok I'll give them my food off my plate I want her fired.please do not donate to this place it does not go to people who really need it. I should not have to I have severego in there and feel like s*** when I leave rescued hundreds of animals. I have had lots of people call and ask about that free drawer they tell them once a month take what you need. How do you think that made me feel to down grade me.i don't eat that night but my pets did,

Have lots of cats looking for a home . I am on the adoption list hoping to bring a cat home to love for years to come . Also the people were very friendly and helpful , if anyone can adopt a cat please go down and see if there is one there you could bring home instead of buying from someone privately the cats are all fixed and updated on shots . They also take donations that will help these animals to stay fed and healthy .

The people at Oswego county humane society provided a welcoming atmosphere since I walked in the door. They foster adorable animals and their pet food pantry helped me when I was out of cat food during the pandemic. A good crowd and definitely worth the visit.

I called crying upset about a dying kitten I found and the woman ((dont remember her name) was super helpful. After very nicely assuring me I could come in so the woman could show me what to do unfortunately the baby died before I made it to the car. I called back super upset crying even more and she was so just understanding and comforting. Instead of making me feel embarrassed for crying like a baby over a cat I knew wouldn't survive she made me feel better and was just so sweet. Highly recommend!

Staff was friendly. Building was clean. Animals there appeared to be healthy happy and well taken care of. Litter boxes were clean, food and water bowls were clean and filled. Staff was helpful and knowledgeable.

Çlean, beautiful animal shelter. Staff was wonderful! The young lady I spoke to was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. This facility has animals for adoption, vaccination clinics and spay and neuter programs. They also have an emergency food pantry that provides dog food, cat food and/or kitty litter once a month to furbabies of low income families. Definitely an asset to the community!

I know from personal experience,since I have adopted four cats and three dogs, that this organization is not only compassionate, but dedicated They do not have kenneling facilities. They place all animals within foster homes.They are always looking for qualified homes to harbor rescue or surrendered animals. And of course, if you are looking for a pet, check them out

I Love Animal's and when I was a little girl and a teenager my mom adopted two dog's from OCall Spca Human Society Of Oswego County In Oswego Ny and one was a female Walsh Corgie German Shepherd and The Other Was A Female Full Blooded Chow And They Both Are Long Gone I Miss The Both Of Them And I Loved The Both Of Them And I Still Do And I Love Everyone In The Staff And Staff That Is New Staff That Just Got A Job At Spca Of Oswego County In Oswego Ny Thank You Everyone For All You All Do You All Are Way Past Awsome And Keep Up The Way Past Triple More Than Awsome Work You All Do You All Are Way Past The Best And I Do Not Know What I Would Do With Out You All!!!!!!!!! :)'s Love Ya All And Hug's Always Too You All One Of You All's Best Friend's Forever Jen Rivera Of Oswego Ny
