This is well organized. Super staff are very friendly and courteous. The store is bright and clean inside and out. The aisles are free from clutter and easy to get around. This store has tons of instore specials. A very well stocked garden center. When in town you have to stop here.

We purchased a new zero turn mower on line to be picked up at the store. We got a text saying it was ready. After arrival we were told some one would bring it out front.. 45 minutes later, the young guys came out to say they couldn't start it, we drove around back they thought it needed gas, put 2 cycle gas in, couldn't get it to move, had NO CLUE how to fix issue. My husband finally found a safety switch. So after 90 minutes we finally headed home. We discovered they gave us a book to a different mower . 2 phone calls an several hours later they agreed to mail it to us. It's like a bunch of morons work there. 6 people I talked to and 1 finally said I'm sorry. What happened to real customer service

Over all very neat and most employees are friendly. The assistant manager I believe her name is Shannon C, was very miserable and rotten. Very rude to a few employees. Something needs to be done with her. I have heard from previous employees who worked there even back then she was a rotten miserable individual.

What is the policy now regarding veteran discounts? I spent over $600 dollars for a new dryer only to find out at cash out that their was no veteran's discount. I informed the sales representative when he was checking if the dryer was in stock that I'am a veteran and he never mentioned at that time that their was no discount. If the policy has changed I'll spend my dollars somewhere other than Loews

Their delivery company they deal with are worthless. They've actually told us they have gotten a lot of complaints about them. Well do something about it to satisfy your customers. We bought a fridge and washer and dryer stackable and paid cash to get the stuff late and just put I to the middle of the floor. No settingP1

If I could I'd give zero stars. They make you sign before the plastic is removed to hide the scratches under the plastic. Also apparently my home gave birth to the old refrigerator because they said "no can fit through doors. They were just too lazy to take the old doors off which is something the salesman said they do. I need a washer dryer windows and a new furnace none of which I will buy from lowes. I was also planning to tip them $20 each for putting the old fridge in the garage.

They are improving. Never had much use for Lowe's, mainly due to the staff, however as of late their staff has improved and it has been noticed. I am more willing to do business with them now. Their prices aren't bad, not good but not bad, their selection is hit or miss, and their lumber is laughable. I do buy lumber from them for small jobs, but I spend a lot of time sorting. Overall they are improving.

This was the worst visit I have ever experienced at Lowes. The restrooms needed attention. The inventory in the plumbing area was scattered in the wrong boxes and no one was to be found to get help. I'll stick with Cicero. At least they know what's what.

I have to say this Lowes is super friendly, clean and many workers to help you!!! Very organized, had all the odd-ball items your looking for!! They even have marine supplies for boats, well this Oswego store does...Home Depot is too far from us. I was never here, but I'm glad I came, they had a hard to get 12' curtain rods, that's 144" long!! Sherwin Williams Paints too!!! Beautiful curtains, rugs, decorate the whole house from here!!!😍👍😱

Very disappointed. We attempted to order a washer and dryer with Progressive Leasing Monday but the employee was no help, said he would be right back then never came back. Tuesday we went back and the same employee was there again and told us to take pictures of the appliances that we wanted and left us with customer care. The order was placed and paid for and we were told that the order would be there and ready for pick up on Saturday. We called Saturday and were told they do not have our washer and dryer and that the appliance manager would be calling shortly. No call was received. Sunday I called again asking for the Appliance Supervisor and was told he would call me momentarily. No call received. Now I look on our Lowes app, to see that it states my order was completed and picked up and also had the wrong card number on it, duplicate appliances and then a refund for an extra set of washer and dryers that we didn't even order. Nobody seems willing to want to help rectify this situation and it is very frustrating and angering because I paid for these appliances, never received them, and am being denied help. I will be going into the store in person today to work this out.

Can never find any staff working thr floor beside paint or cash register. Seems like everyone is hiding most times. The bathrooms need attention. Went in there the other day while picking up tile, let me tell you, 2 of the 5 stalls were overflowing and clogged. Brought it to the managers attention and they said they would look at it.

...I had to awesome gentleman named Brett & Raiden help me with my lumber by cutting it & bringing it to the checkout for me...super friendly cashier as well...it was so nice having the help...great job

Went in to look at some stone work for my garden, could not seem to find exactly what I was looking for… so I stopped an associate in seasonal, very friendly guy, so helpful, very knowledgeable on the things carried in the store which was super helpful as I get lost in all the aisles in the store. He too the time to walk me in the right direction and even helped me load my items into my buggy as they were very heavy. I highly recommend coming to this location and asking for Alex if you need any sort of help. Thanks Alex for being so kind and sticking it out through this pandemic! Give this guy 5 gold stars and a promotion!!!! These are the kind of folks we need in customer service !!!!

Not overly impressed. Customer service was great for an exchange. Long wait w limited staff in paint department. After associates came to assist, I was skipped and had to wait several minutes just to have my primer shaken.

Very helpful staff and I got a free breakfast as well! I used to like home depot over lowes but the changes they've made over the years have made me a lowes customer now. Good work, keep it up

I posted a very negative review about this store a few weeks ago. On June 29th I paid $14,400 for a 10x30 deck to be installed at my house. It was finally completed on the 1st of Sept. By the contract it was supposed to be stated on 16 Aug and finished by 18 Aug. The Lowes deck install program is broken, no other way to describe it! However, the one person who constantly came through for me was the Store Manager Shawn. He is the only reason I stuck it out and allowed Lowes to complete the install. Even after I had gone in to cancel the whole thing. Shawn personally brought material to my house that folks who run the install program got wrong. I may never purchase another install with Lowes, but I know because of Shawn’s hands on approach he saved the Oswego Lowes store from losing $14,400.
