This place was great! I have a big dog, and some places are apprehensive with him, but they knew exactly how to handle him. They also gave him a bath, and it came with a free bandanna.

This is the only place I will bring my dogs! My dogs are always nervous and two of them have been refused at other groomers. They always do a wonder job for a very reasonable price! They also add a cute bandana!

Took my puppy for haircut when I picked her up I was questioned by owner in very rude manner she asked why she was afraid? Well she is a pup very loving never afraid of me my family not afraid of Vet or any of her helpers, not afraid of any people at Walmart or park but maybe she was afraid of being left at your shop maybe afraid of her treatment there? Her haircut was not the best but the questions the owners put to me the loving owner of the dog put me way off ! I told my vet , my family etc we all came to same conclusion what ever happened there made her afraid will not go there again I will try somewhere else. The pup is happy, loving and sweet she doesn’t need to be afraid and I don’t need to be questioned like a criminal Had dogs all my life was kind and treated them like family and will always Daisy is my baby treat her like gold so whoever the owner of K-9 grooming thinks she is I’m not having it goodbye lose my number because I’m losing yours.

OMG!! I love this place. First time in 25 years I have found a kennel that I trust with my fur-babies. The VIP is the best and Marie and her staff are absolute saints. The place could not be cleaner and the service is SO personal.The grooming is the best I’ve ever seen. Incredibly thorough, show quality regardless of the mutt.

Fabulous! Love the freedom of taking my pups to stay with Marie for day care. They come home tired and happy and I always get a picture or two of my fur babies showing off with their friends.Very professional and accommodating. Such a great find in Oswego. My wife and I moved here last year from NJ and did not expect to find such a high quality place. We are so lucky!!

I brought my dog Sherlock to K-9 Grooming for the past 3 years (only stopped since we have moved out of state). Marie and the staff are exceptional. Sherlock got to the point where he was excited to stay overnight and play outside at their facility. Marie is a wonderful person, easy to work with, very responsive and caring. I can't say enough good things about K-9 and would HIGHLY recommend. There were plenty of times where I needed to leave town on short notice and they were always accommodating. Thank you for everything you have done.

When I first made an apt to have my shar pei puppy groomed I was so nervous bc she is terrified of strangers and is not very cooperative. When I brought her in she barked and made a big fuss and Marie wasn’t phased by it at all. She didn’t give me a “that’s a bad dog” look, and is one of the very few people so far that I’ve met with my dog that didn’t give me a lecture on how shar peis are bad dogs. She said “she’s beautiful, perfect size, and we’ll be fine. We’ll be friends by the end.” I thought for sure that I would get a phone call a half hour later saying to come pick up my unreasonable dog and not to return. But I didn’t. I showed back up at the pick up time to a beautifully clean and fluffy pup with trimmed nails and the works. And she was leaning against Marie’s leg getting pets. I don’t know what sort of animal whispering witch craft she possesses but it’s special and I will never take my animals anywhere else. Since our first apt we’ve been back a couple more times and every time my dog is calmer and more cooperative. She’s being groomed by someone who understands her fear, understands the breed temperament, and is working on building a positive relationship with my dog. Aside from the fact that my dog always comes back having had a fantastic grooming, smelling amazing, and looking beautiful, the comfort I have knowing that she is with Marie is invaluable. I’d happily pay 10xs the incredibly inexpensive rate they charge, it would be worth every dollar.

Great Kennel and grooming! Owner is on site and is such an animal lover! All the staff are great and take such good care of our dog! The grooming is fantastic and they do exactly what you as for. We are lucky to have such a great place to board or dog as well as have her groomed! They know her by her name when she walks in!

Will not take Nala to this groomer. Owner has a horrible attitude and is miserable. All she does is complain about her business, her stress, etc. Not reliable to be open when she says. Poor response to messages (never responded to VM and took 4h to respond to text). Extremely poor attitude and customer service. Our dog is the most loving lap dog. But every time she comes back from her grooming she is very anti-social for a day and won’t eat. We have always wondered if she was mis-treated while there??? I can’t believe people actually take their pets there. The only reason we ended up there was vets/groomers were difficult to find during the pandemic. Won’t ever refer anyone there.

Marie's K-9 Hotel...... Is wonderful. They treat your furbaby (s) just as you would. Marie knows dogs. You might like her to a dog whisperer!! Her staff is wonderful, too. The kennel is spotless. I usually hire a house / dog sitter for my two boys. I would (will) entrust my babies to her ANY TIME. She is reasonably priced.Call her, make an appointment to visit the kennel and speak to Marie. DO NOT TAKE MY WORD FOR IT. Find out for yourself!!!

Patron for many years and couldn’t be happier!!!! Marie has ALWAYS treated my dog as if he were her own and we were family- the staff love both our doodles.like children ....running out to the car to say goodbye! So sweet! Great grooming- Happy sleepovers- when the vacation bag comes out, the dogs scurry like it’s playtime!!! Hilarious! Thank you, Marie!!!!

Oh my God! Who would have thought Cats? Marie & staff are WONDERFUL!! My 2 kitties (after the initial shock 🙀) were prancing & showing off their new beautiful look to all - they were so proud. Literally the best - and only groomers you should ever go to. While other groomers might love dogs, these people are true dog lovers.Don't trust places like pet smart and other major corporations - This company is nice to dogs - They prefer not to muzzle your puppy, and they even have long "Run" type cages for your dog to stay in.

Can't say much, as I am not in the know, of even what the inside looks like, pre-covid-19, husband maintained scheduling and serviceing needs of our Morkie's Grooming upkeep, I am pleased with the looks and results our pet receives. It shows she trains her clientele also, because I've spoken to the pup to "wait, hold still" in order to remove something stuck onto his face, well, he completely knows that command and will maintain the hold still stance, until I say "good boy". Shows me my boy is more than a payment. They care and reinforce character building obedience skills. Thanks for caring and your talents.
