Was referred to this place for a good sub. I was fishing on Lake Ontario and needed food the day long fishing I'd be doing. Went at 8:30 am, 30 minutes after they opened only to be told they don't start making subs til 10:30 to 11 am. So no sub for me! Went back at the end of the day before they close to hopefully get a sub for the next days fishing. Got there at 8:30, 30 minutes before they close only to be told they stop serving subs at 8 pm!! GRRRR! Tried a 3rd time and finally got a whole loaf sub. It's called a whole loaf because they literally use a whole giant loaf of bread which is WAY WAY too much bread. It's literally 80% bread and 20% everything else. Just look at the pic of my whole loaf sub! Sorry but i think a good sub needs to be balanced and have more meat then bread. At nearly $20 I would not order this again

My kids and I love going here for the most part the staff are amazing. There are two workers here that have horrible attitudes when it comes to accommodating food allergy and customer service. On occasion we go in to get food and when this particular worker is working we get rude remarks about the fact we request no meat and make them aware of the allergies. Some comments are "well we can't accommodate for any cross contamination" and "why is there no meat listed". The other worker makes rude remarks at the register and has even given problems when we request to check our receipt to see an itemized list of what was purchased. Other than these two workers garafolos is an amazing place to go to the workers are so respectful.

Just received the most disgusting order of wings i have ever seen in my life. As sloppy and inedible as it is, the owner refused to consider making an edible order of wings. Dont eat here they don't care what they serve you!

Deli meats, cheeses, and deli sandwiches are out of this world. Incredible price for cold cuts (over half the price of local grocery stores). Staff is always kind and there’s usually a good game on tv to watch while you wait your turn. We purchase sandwich meat from here weekly, and will continue to do so. Highly recommend this place to everyone!

Definitely some of the best subs in town; all the meats are delicious (not only the deli meat, but everything from the butcher) and prices are good. Add some of the hot pepper relish to your sub, it's tasty. The sub sizes are great, loaf, half loan or sub roll! They also have lots of homemade sides (pasta salad and things like that).

I’ve been coming here for 17 years. My mom always got your subs, and I swear by them. Best subs I ever had, and I’ve had some food. Damn good asset to this community. Good deli and meat, good prices, and a GOD damn good sub.Thanks for the memories

They are friendly and courteous. They are always so awesome about filling my order for london broil. I use it for making my own beef jerky, they cut it for me so I don't have to.The subs are the best and affordable in town. The place is fairly well kept and usually has anything anyone would need. Their dry goods/pantry items are well stocked, they have a wide selection of drinks, alcoholic and otherwise. It feels like one of the last local places in Oswego and when I shop there, I know my money goes into the pockets of local folks and not in the coffers of large coorporations/ chain grocery stores. I would rather shop there so I can support my local business. Thank you for being so awesome! 10/10 come check it out!

This place been here forever. Great corner store Italian Deli. Of course the sandwiches are amazing. Way better than any of the chain sandwich places, thus why there is so few of those in Oswego.

The Staff is super family oriented. The shop has amazing food and have never had a bad experience. Our family loves it. No doubt this is somewhere we choose to go to often. You must try the sandwich of the month!

A small, traditional deli/convenience store. A favorite among locals. Great deli meats and cheeses, but also great prepared food. Try their "half load sub" (it's exactly what it sounds like, a half a load of homemade bread with all the sub/grinder fixings), sausage, or wings for a treat. Friendly staff, wide selection in their beer and soda coolers.

Great ma and pa store for sandwiches(whole loaf Italian is BOMB) fresh meats and cheeses! I special ordered their pepperoni bread and was blown away by how good it was and they definitely don't skimp on fillings. I strongly recommend this place, the service, the food, the prices, the quality....bar none!

I went to this place nearly 5 days a week for almost 2 years for their deal on a half sub and soda. The price has gone up 2$ in the last decade since I've been there but I ranted and raved about it to my new family and we had a chance to go to the area recently. According to my family even the amount I hyped wasn't nearly enough to give the subs proper justice. Its an incredible meal and a fantastic deal. I only wish I lived nearby again to frequent this place often. On another important note, I absolutely hate sausage of any kind from ANY place but I will eat a few. Most are established nationally in chain stores frozen sections but the absolute best has to be Garafolo's.

Well first the sausage if you like it hot get the xxx. Lunch is amazing. As is everything else I tried. SmallDining area but most take food to go. Phone is ringing and always a line but they take care of you. Oswego is lucky to have this awesome establishment. Can’t wait to come back for nuke outage just for a sandwich.

Went here and was sold items multiple times that was under 5$ and they allowed me to use a card for a 3$ purchase and allowed me to use card for a 4$ purchase so Ik you can & now I go in for another 4$ purchase & they tell me “our machine won’t even let us click card bc it’s under 4$ very rude employee on October 15th at 6:28 pm so garafalos whoever u had working then u should put ya 6:28 pm October 15th employee in check. Wish I could put 0 stars

Their whole sandwiches are basically two meals. Always filling and you get a small bag of chips if you get a half or a whole. It was too bad they didn't have any hot or mild sausage subs when we just went but it's still great. Can't beat their prices for how much you get either.

So full disclosure, I haven't been here in more than 20 years. I went to college in Oswego, and loved this place. The sandwiches were massive and reasonably priced. For some reason Garafolo's popped into my head tonight. Might have to make a road trip up there some day and grab some food!
