I used to love Big Lots. I don’t know if it’s the location, or what, but they literally have NOTHING. I went there looking for Knick-knacks, and they used to have like 5 isles of stuff. Now it just looks like an off-brand Walmart with too much furniture. I’m really disappointed. I won’t be back.

Not my favorite place, but my boyfriend loves it here. The workers are all very nice and engaging. The store always has seasonal decor that is amazing. I think it's a bit over priced but we still get it.

Awesome, I really like Big Lots their Christmas decorations are beautiful and they always have what I'm looking for. Dawn was a big help in helping me figuring out a price on a sleigh. The employees are always willing and able helping customers find what they are looking for. The store is always neat and tidy and very clean. Thank You Big Lots for all that you do for your customers!!

I visited this location to grab some headphones and a shoe rack, I found the headphones right away that I wanted, but couldn't find the shoe rack, so I asked when an employee. The gentleman that I asked for help, was more than willing and brought me right to the aisle where they had them. He was very polite, courteous and professional as well.The store also seemed very neat, organized and clean as well, which is always a pleasant shopping experience.I didn't spend much time in line either, which is a bonus. I was in and out in probably 15 minutes.Overall a great experience, I would recommend this location to everyone I know.

Great manager and assistant manager. Neither had processed a return from an online order before but they were determined and succeeded in discovering the process. Many thanks for their help! The store is well-organized, the staff friendly and the location is convenient.

Management does not communicate to each other! I had patio furniture on hold and went in several times to tell them I wanted it. I was just waiting for the final piece to arrive, so I had the full set. One manager would not sell the final piece to me that they had as a display that I was lacking. Wanted me to wait for the final piece to arrive by truck. I went back a couple days later to check on everything and they had sold what I had on hold and the display that I would of bought if she sold it to me! Waited weeks and checked in multiple times for it all to get in.

Found just what I was looking for. At checkout there was a moderately long line. They immediately opened another register. The gentleman who took care of my order was the most cheerful friendly person I've met in years. I'd go back just to have him check me out. 😁

Great prices, and usually everyone there is exceptionally friendly.However, there is an employee that works there that I know (whom I have a serious past with, and we both left our friendship on a very bad note) and she wouldn't even so much as say "hi" or "have a nice day" to my significant other and I.She had continued to greet and farewell the person before me, as well as after me, though. I found this incident to be very unprofessional, as regardless of whom the customer is, it is common sense to treat them with the same amount of courtesy and respect as anyone else that shops there.

It was a good place to shop. I haven't been in there for a long time I was checking out prices for a comforter and they had the best price the cashier asked for my rewards card but never signed up for one it's a good thing she asked me because the specials they have a great.Plus what I savedWOW .They have me as a customer the store is very cleaned and well stocked.Thank You. My husband went to pick up a curbside pickup order we placed and paid for ahead of time. He was listed as pickup person. When he called and said he was there, the girl that answered did not even ask what his order was she just told him he had to go inside to pick it up. She would not come out to the car for curbside pickup. My husband had to go in and pick up the order. When he asked why, he was told so that they could see his ID. Apparently you can’t see ID outside. We have never had this problem anywhere else. If you want to do curbside or avoid going in stores, I would not order from here!

The store was clean, well stocked, and organized. I highly recommend this location. The staff were helpful and friendly. I was able to find everything I needed. The clerk signed me up for on me if their cards quickly and without issue. Was through with the explaination of registration.

This store was stocked very well, employees were very helpful and friendly.The store was really clean, and since this virus started, they only allow 41 people in the store, a very good idea.I would give this store a 100 in all departments and employees .KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!

I like big lots. Theres so many different things for sale there. You need some really basic groceries? Big lots probably got it somewhere. You need a birthday gift for the 4yo second cousin you see 3 times a year? Big lots got all kinds of dope toys that will make that 4 year old think you are the greatest cousin on earth, cause you spent 7 bucks on some Hulk hands that just happen to be packaged to promote, like the first Avengers Movie, or whatever.Big lots is cool.Do you need a ceramic frog? For whatever reason....Big lots always seems to have those. The ceramic frog market must be flooded with product. Who's still making those? Any way.....go to Big lots. Its fun.

Great Rewards program. 4 (or more) times a year: 20% off entire purchase. Excellent miscellaneous items from hardware to seasonal to groceries. Have to be vigilant of expiration dates. When in doubt: ask! Very friendly manager and staff.

Big Lots is a good deal store. Good sales,and lots of savings on brand name items. Handicaped accessible, but aisles are congested with racks of items, so very narrow getting around with a cart. I like the store.

Very nice selection of items that are priced reasonably. I like their furniture selection and finance and lease options. I found the people that work there to be very helpful. "Dorothy" in the furniture department was really a great help to me, thanks.

Nice furniture and a great price. Had a hell of a time trying to find the restroom. Not sure what's up with the restroom, big sign that takes you into the warehouse and a maze full of mattresses etc... I felt like Stevie Wonder looking for the toilet....

If I could rate a zero I would! Bought a couch from them 2 years ago and it's already started to fall apart. I bought an armoire from them and when I got it home none of the pieces lined up, we had to drill holes to make it look decent. Recently I bought a patio set and went through the "leasing program" they offer because one of the guys talked it up, saying how great it was and how costumers come back for it. HA! What a joke, I'm actually gonna end up paying more for the patio furniture than if I payed for it up front. I will never buy another thing from a Big Lots again!

Honestly pretty pleasantly surprised with this store. I didn't have a lot of time to shop the store but I am interested in going back.Not overly impresses with some of the pricing on furniture however.

This place was dirty and disorganized. Only go here if you want to pay full price for overstock products and be waited on by entitled and judgmental college students that act like you are killing all the sea turtles in the ocean if you forget your reusable bag.

This Big Lots location is decent. It's more crowded than other locations, but its clean. Staff was "just there," not helpful/kind or unhelpful/rude. To sum up; this is a so-so Big Lots store.
