I have never had a worse experience at a pharmacy than I have here. I have been argued with and ignored and left without answers multiple times. When I finally got fed up and attempted to transfer my prescriptions to another pharmacy I was questioned on that as well and finally needed my doctors to call in new scripts for everything. Most of the staff is friendly and as helpful as they're allowed to be, but the pharmacist is a nightmare to deal with.

Yet again, Walgreens fails. I must admit, the pharmacist was polite. That nicety aside, Walgreens seems to look for new and creative ways to complicate any prescription process. I have encountered issues that I have not with CVS or a local pharmacy. I will not buy so much as a bottle of water from this incompetent company, a corporeal legal entity whose avoidance of insolvency is stunning.

Horrible, not only not customer service but if you are dealing with the pharmacy, they will be the worst. A Pharmacists who just don't let you speak and if you are lucky to start talking then he will overtalk saying "NO" and everything even what he have not heard from you , will be "NO". I am looking for a nice pharmacy.

Terrible customer service. The guy said hold on a minute. 10 minutes holding, I hear them in the background. Very sad how it’s changed over the years. But I love the main head manager

I’ve been in here a few times now and have had some bad interactions with some of the staff; most recently the pharmacy. To be fair, there was one gentleman who took the time to help me out initially, but it seemed that the other individuals were more concerned with their break than helping me resolve an issue (that was on the end). Essentially I needed Covid tests immediately (which were covered by my health plan) and they told me to come back after their break when they already put through one of my orders and wouldn’t complete a second one. Talk about caring for the customer huh?

Absolutely horrible customer service. Every time you visit the pharmacy it's like first time they have ever met you. Takes several days to refill a script. Long lines and mass confusion.

Not professional at all. As a customer I asked to used the bathroom and the employees said ppl do weird things in the bathroom after 10pm. Unbelievable response. Will never shop here.

Bad photos, wouldn't do a return in-person. Do not order your photos here, they are bad quality. Called and kept getting transferred. Terrible service.

Was treated like garbage and I didn’t do anything wrong. Very embarrassing. The women was falsely accusing me. I’m very patient and she said I wasn’t be, I didn’t rush her or anything, it was very confusing and yes I cried because it was hurtful. I hope she has a better day and things improve in this Walgreens. Very sad.this was in the photograph dept.
